After competing in boxing for over ten years and being involved in sport since a young age, sport is truly my life. When I was competing life was full-on, training, travelling around the world competing, working and completing a University Post-Graduate degree. Since, moving away from competing I work on a number of various projects. The beauty of doing this podcast is that it is simply and everyone in sport has unique experiences and learning. I want to give you a look into how they become who they are, the good and bad. Nothing is scripted we just see where the conversation takes us.

This is my second podcast with Ziyad Almaayouf, for a young man I was really impressed with the mutuality and respect he has and had to get him on the podcast again to find out more about him.
