Some conversations challenge the way you think about the world, and this is one of them.
In today's episode, I sit down with my friend Kim Witczak, an advocate whose life was forever changed after the unexpected death of her husband, Woody, in 2003. What began as unimaginable grief eventually became a decades-long mission to help families ask better questions, advocate for greater transparency, and rethink how we approach mental health, medication, and informed consent.
Kim shares the heartbreaking story of losing Woody just weeks after he was prescribed an antidepressant for insomnia. As she searched for answers, she uncovered information that ultimately led her to become one of the nation's leading patient safety advocates. Her work helped bring greater awareness to the risks associated with antidepressants and contributed to the addition of stronger warning labels on these medications.
But this conversation isn't simply about medication. It's about something much deeper.
We talk about what it means to trust your own intuition, to question what doesn't feel right, and to recognize that our bodies and our spirits often know more than we give them credit for. We discuss the importance of informed consent, why asking questions is not the same as rejecting modern medicine, and how easily we can outsource our own authority without realizing it.
One of the themes that resonated with me most was Kim's willingness to share not only the external battle she fought, but the internal one as well. For years, advocacy became a place to pour her grief. Eventually she realized she also had to slow down, allow herself to feel, and learn how to live fully again. That part of her story is something I think so many high-achieving women will relate to.
Whether you're navigating grief, struggling with anxiety, supporting someone you love, or simply wanting to become a more informed advocate for your own health, I believe this conversation will leave you thinking differently. More than anything, I hope it reminds you that your voice matters, your intuition matters, and asking questions is one of the most powerful things you can do.
In this episode we discuss:* Kim's story of losing her husband, Woody, and how tragedy redirected her life's purpose * How pain can become purpose when we're willing to use our experiences to help others * The importance of informed consent and asking better questions about our healthcare * Why intuition deserves a seat at the table when making important decisions * Processing grief instead of numbing it * The danger of outsourcing our personal authority * Learning to trust ourselves again * Finding hope, healing, and purpose after profound loss * Why growth often begins on the other side of discomfort * How sharing our stories helps other people feel less alone

As always, if this conversation resonated with you, I'd be so grateful if you would share this episode with a friend, leave a review, and let us know what impacted you most. Those messages truly matter, and they help these conversations reach the people who need them most.
Some conversations stay with you long after they're over, and this is one of them.
In today's episode, I sit down with my friend Kathy Rogers, someone I had the privilege of meeting at a retreat a little over a year ago. We were assigned bunk beds in an Airbnb, became instant friends, and over the course of that weekend I heard pieces of her story that left me completely in awe. Kathy has walked through more heartbreak than most people could imagine, yet she radiates a joy, peace, and faith that is impossible to ignore.
After surviving an aggressive battle with breast cancer, Kathy lost her mother to ovarian cancer and then, just months later, walked through the unimaginable loss of her 29-year-old daughter to metastatic breast cancer. Most people would understand if those experiences left someone bitter, angry, or hopeless. Instead, Kathy has chosen a different lens. She has chosen to look for good.
Throughout our conversation we talk about what it really means to trust God, not just when life is easy, but when everything you thought was certain begins to fall apart. We discuss surrender, grief, perspective, emotional healing, and why it's possible for joy and sorrow to exist at the very same time.
One of the things I loved most about our conversation was Kathy's reminder that healing doesn't happen by pretending everything is okay. It happens by allowing ourselves to feel deeply while refusing to become victims of our circumstances. We also talked about the importance of ordinary routines during difficult seasons, why gratitude is a daily practice instead of simply a feeling, and how our perspective ultimately shapes the life we experience.
This episode is full of wisdom that applies whether you're walking through grief, navigating a major transition, building a business through hard circumstances, or simply trying to find peace in a world that often feels overwhelming. My hope is that you'll walk away feeling encouraged, grounded, and reminded that even when life doesn't make sense, there is still beauty to be found.
In this episode we discuss:* Kathy's journey through breast cancer, the loss of her mother, and the loss of her daughter * Moving from a checklist faith to deep trust in God * Why perspective changes everything * How joy and grief can coexist * The importance of ordinary routines during difficult seasons * Gratitude as a daily practice instead of a personality trait * Learning to process emotions instead of avoiding them * The freedom that comes from surrendering the illusion of control * Finding purpose through pain * What it means to truly "look for good"
If this conversation encouraged you, I hope you'll share it with someone who may be walking through a difficult season. Kathy's message is one of hope, resilience, and unwavering faith, and I know it will bless so many people.

As always, if this episode spoke to you, I'd be so grateful if you would share it with a friend, leave a review, and let us know what resonated with you most. Those messages mean more than you know.
Today's episode is deeply personal.
I'm sharing my own journey with body image, aging, perimenopause, health, and the unexpected lessons I've learned over the last several years. While this conversation is especially relevant for women navigating midlife, it's really for anyone experiencing change in their body, their health, or their season of life.
For most of my life, I had a complicated relationship with my body. Even as a healthy, active teenager, I could always find something to criticize. Looking back, I can see that my struggles had very little to do with my actual body and everything to do with how I viewed myself. Like many women, I spent years believing that if I could just look a certain way, weigh a certain amount, or maintain a certain image, then I would finally feel enough.
As I've moved through my forties and approached menopause, I've experienced changes that no amount of discipline, supplements, workouts, or healthy habits seemed able to reverse. For someone who has always been committed to health and wellness, that was incredibly frustrating. It felt unfair. It felt confusing. And if I'm being honest, it brought old insecurities back to the surface.
What I didn't realize at the time was that I wasn't being invited to fix my body. I was being invited to heal my relationship with it.
In this episode, I share how watching one of my children battle an eating disorder forced me to examine my own beliefs about worth, appearance, perfectionism, and self-acceptance. I talk openly about the pressure many women feel to maintain a certain image, the obsession our culture has developed around biohacking and optimization, and why I believe many of us are more stressed by our pursuit of health than helped by it.
Over the last several months, I've experienced a profound shift. Instead of trying to force my body to cooperate, I've learned to work with it. Instead of comparing myself to who I was ten or fifteen years ago, I've started appreciating what my body can do today. Instead of viewing my body as a project that needs fixing, I've begun seeing it as a gift that deserves gratitude, respect, and care.
Most importantly, it's about asking yourself a simple but powerful question:
When are you going to stop being at war with your body?
In This Episode We Discuss:* My lifelong journey with body image and self-worth * The impact of perfectionism on how women view themselves * Perimenopause, weight gain, and the frustration of a changing body * What my child's eating disorder taught me about healing * Why biohacking and wellness culture can sometimes create more stress than peace * The danger of comparing yourself to your younger self * Learning to appreciate what your body can do instead of criticizing how it looks * Why connection, joy, purpose, and relationships matter more than perfection * How to create a healthier and more peaceful relationship with your body * The concept of calling a "ceasefire" and becoming an ally to yourself
If you've been frustrated by changes in your body, discouraged by comparison, or exhausted by trying to optimize every aspect of your health, I hope this episode feels like a deep breath. My hope is that you'll walk away with more compassion for yourself, more gratitude for your body, and a renewed commitment to caring for yourself from a place of love instead of criticism.
Your body is not the enemy. It has carried you through every season of your life. Maybe it's time to stop fighting it and start appreciating it.

In this episode, I’m diving into a topic that I’ve become increasingly passionate about over the last several years: personal branding.
For a long time, I didn't realize that while I was building businesses, I was also building something even more valuable: my reputation, my authority, and the way people associated my name with trust, leadership, and results. Looking back, I can see that I wasn't just building income streams. I was building a personal brand.
In a world where AI can generate information instantly and technology is changing the way people consume content, one thing remains incredibly valuable: human transformation. People don't just want information. They want guidance, leadership, perspective, and someone they trust to help them create results in their lives.
That's why I believe your personal brand may be the most valuable asset you'll ever own.
Unlike a job, a company, an affiliate partnership, or even a business model, your personal brand belongs to you. It is built on your experiences, your expertise, your story, your perspective, and the transformation you help create for others. No one can take that away from you.
In this episode, I share my own journey from a mom of five young children with no audience, no visibility, and no business expertise to building multiple seven-figure income streams, creating events, launching communities, and generating opportunities I never could have imagined. More importantly, I explain why I believe so many talented women are sitting on incredible gifts, expertise, and experiences that they're failing to recognize as valuable.
We also talk about one of the biggest mistakes I see entrepreneurs make: spending months, or even years, building an offer, a course, a book, or a business behind the scenes without simultaneously building the audience, visibility, and brand that will ultimately support its success.
In This Episode We Discuss:* Why I believe your personal brand is your most valuable asset * The difference between branding and aesthetics * What personal branding really means in today's marketplace * How AI is changing the future of business and influence * Why visibility creates opportunity * The connection between trust, authority, and income * How I built multiple income streams without a massive audience * The danger of building in isolation * Why many talented women stay invisible despite having incredible expertise * The emotional frustration that comes from knowing you're capable of more * How building a personal brand creates freedom, options, and leverage
Key TakeawaysThe greatest investment you can make isn't necessarily in real estate, stocks, crypto, or another business opportunity. The greatest investment may be in building a reputation, message, and personal brand that creates opportunities no matter what happens around you.
Your personal brand is more than content. It's more than a logo. It's more than colors and photos.
It's the reputation people associate with your name, the trust you've built, and the transformation you're capable of creating in the lives of others.
And unlike almost every other asset, it's one that no one can take away from you.

This episode came straight from a moment I didn’t plan.
It was something I shared at ALIGN during one of our VIP gatherings, and I remember feeling it drop into my heart so clearly. It wasn’t on my notes, it wasn’t something I had prepared, but I knew it needed to be said. Afterward, multiple women came up to me and said, “I needed that.” And I had a feeling… this is something more of us are walking through than we talk about.
So today, I want to have a real conversation about something every leader, every entrepreneur, every woman building something meaningful will face at some point.
How do you stay generous, open, and loving… even after you’ve been hurt?
Because if you’re in this space long enough, you will be talked about. You will be misunderstood. You will be disappointed by people you poured into. You will give your time, your energy, your heart… and not always have that returned the way you hoped.
And in today’s world, the easy response is to harden. To go to social media. To defend, to attack, to close off, or to shrink.
But I want to offer you a different path.
In this episode, I walk you through what it actually means to “give clean.” I talk about how so much of our pain doesn’t just come from what happened, but from the expectations and attachments we didn’t even realize we had. I share how learning to give without entitlement has completely changed the way I show up in my relationships and in my leadership.
I also dive into one of the most freeing truths I’ve learned, which is that other people’s actions and reactions are not yours to carry. They are not yours to fix. And they are not a reflection of your worth.
From there, I talk about the role of compassion and how choosing to see people through a lens of understanding instead of bitterness has been one of the most powerful shifts in my life.
And then I take you deeper into what it actually looks like to remain open and generous in a world that can sometimes feel harsh or unfair. Because the truth is, when we close our hearts to protect ourselves, we also close ourselves off from the very blessings we’re praying for.
I share a very personal story from ALIGN this year where I chose to give from a place of full surrender, without expectation, even when it cost me. And what happened on the other side of that giving was one of the most beautiful reminders that generosity, when it’s real and clean, opens doors that strategy never could.
This episode is for the woman who has been hurt but refuses to become hard.
The woman who wants to lead with love but is learning how to do it with wisdom.
The woman who is ready to grow, not just in business, but in who she is becoming.
If you’ve ever felt the tension between protecting your heart and keeping it open… this conversation is for you.
Entrepreneurship demands a lot.
Big vision. Long hours. Emotional resilience. Creativity. Leadership.
But none of that is sustainable if your health is falling apart behind the scenes.
Over the years, I’ve realized something important: success isn’t just about strategy. It’s about energy. And energy is built through the daily habits that support your body, mind, and nervous system.
In this episode, I’m sharing the simple health rules that have sustained me through seasons of building businesses, raising six kids, traveling, speaking, and leading communities.
These aren’t extreme protocols.
They’re practical standards that protect my energy and keep me strong for the long game.
Because the goal isn’t just success—it’s longevity.
In this episode, I talk about:
• The daily movement rule that keeps my body energized
• Why sleep before 10 PM is one of my non-negotiables
• The hydration habit that most entrepreneurs overlook
• My simple 80/20 approach to food and why perfection isn’t required
• Why a protein-forward breakfast sets the tone for the entire day
• My philosophy on strength training vs cardio (and why muscle matters)
• Training for longevity: balance, mobility, bodyweight strength, and heavy lifting
• The supplements I use daily to support gut health, hormones, inflammation, stress, and detox
• Why I never travel without my health stack
• One simple habit that boosts creativity, productivity, and mental clarity: walking while working
The bigger philosophy
Health isn’t built in a 30-day challenge.
It’s built in the quiet standards you repeat for decades.
As entrepreneurs, we often treat our bodies like machines — pushing harder, sleeping less, and hoping our energy keeps up.
But the truth is:
Your body is the engine behind everything you want to build.
Protect it.
Train it.
Fuel it.
And it will carry your vision further than you imagined.
If this episode resonated with you:
Share it with a friend or fellow entrepreneur who needs the reminder that health is the first wealth.
And if you enjoyed this conversation, make sure to follow the show so you never miss future episodes on leadership, wellness, mindset, relationships, and living a revolutionary life.
What if your relationship wasn’t something you had to balance with your life…
but the foundation that made your life stronger? In this episode, Thomas and I sat down with Rudi and Anniston Riekstins for a really honest conversation about what it actually takes to build a powerful, passionate, aligned relationship, especially when you’re building businesses, raising families, and pursuing impact.
I believe love is a magnifier.
It either magnifies your stress…or it magnifies your strength.
And over the years, we’ve learned that extraordinary relationships don’t happen by accident. They’re not luck. They’re not personality compatibility. They’re not “you found the right one and everything just works.” They’re built.
In this conversation, we talk about:
The difference between alignment and agreement
Why communication is usually the surface issue, not the root
How busy seasons quietly create drift if you’re not intentional
The shift from power struggles to power partnership
Why energy, health, and emotional maturity matter more than most couples realize
How to navigate growth without growing apart
The reframe that changed everything for us: every behavior is either a loving response or a cry for help
We share personal stories of the hard seasons, the misalignment, the renegotiation of roles, the moments where we had to choose growth instead of ego. Because the truth is, we’ve both had to rewrite the rules. And today, our marriages are not distractions from our lives.
They are the catalyst.
They amplify everything else.
If you’re a couple who wants momentum without tension, success without sacrificing intimacy, and growth without drifting apart, this episode is for you. This is the final episode in this seasonal series, and I’m so honored to close it with Paige Killian. I met Paige at ALIGN in 2024 and instantly loved her energy, her joy, and her steady, hopeful way of leading. She’s the founder of Everything With Style, a professional organizing company, a mama, keynote speaker, podcaster, and bestselling author of I’ve Got You, Girlfriend.
In this conversation, we talk about how Paige’s entrepreneurial spirit started early, how her years in the classroom shaped the way she teaches and coaches, and why organization is about so much more than tidy spaces. Paige shares her Three E’s philosophy to simplify anything in your home or business, and we talk about how clutter can steal clarity, peace, and momentum.
Then we go deeper into the pivot that changed everything. After the Palisades fires devastated her community and damaged her home, Paige shares what it looked like to keep moving forward with faith, perspective, and grace. We talk about taking help, resisting bitterness, and holding on to the belief that hard seasons are not how your story ends.
If you’re craving a reset, more clarity, and a simpler way to move toward your goals, this episode will meet you right where you are and remind you that small steps, anchored in faith and intention, can change everything.

In this episode, I’m sitting down with the incredible Corree Roofener, a true woman of impact and a repeat guest I love deeply. Corree is an accounting firm owner, podcast host, mama of six, and a nana, but what makes her story unforgettable is how she and her husband Chad have spent over a decade fostering children and eventually co founding the nonprofit Fostering the Summit. Their mission is simple and holy: no teen should ever age out of foster care without family, belonging, or support.
We go back to the beginning and talk about what led Corree into foster care in the first place, including the surprising and very human desire that started it all. As her story unfolds, you’ll hear how advocacy is often born in the quiet places, how courage grows when you finally decide to use your voice, and how compassion changes everything when you stop asking what’s wrong with people and start asking what happened to them.
We also talk about purpose driven business, why chasing success alone often burns people out, and why service and mission are not just good for the world, they’re good for growth. Corree shares a perspective that hit me hard: if even a fraction of small business owners chose to get involved in foster care support, we could flip the outcomes for thousands of kids every year. This conversation is an invitation to open your eyes, get curious, and do it for one, because one life can create a ripple that changes everything.
Corree also shares what it means to live a revolutionary life, and I loved her answer. Revolution doesn’t have to be loud. It can be bold. It can be a boundary. It can be one brave decision to stand for what’s right, even when it costs you something.
To learn more or get involved, you can find Corree at fosteringthesummit.org and follow her on social at @correeroofener
In this episode, I sit down with Michelle Gifford, an Instagram strategist who’s helped build six, seven, and eight-figure brands through her agency, and is also a mom of five. This conversation is for any woman trying to grow a business in a full, real life and wondering if she’s doing it wrong.
We talk about Michelle’s non-linear path from an Etsy shop to building a successful agency and why nothing you’ve lived is wasted. We dive into why so much mainstream business and marketing advice doesn’t work for moms, and why choosing mentors who actually understand your season of life matters more than flashy credentials.
Michelle breaks down what sustainable Instagram growth really looks like, including the difference between attraction, nurture, and sell content, why virality isn’t the goal, and why building an email list and owned platforms is essential for long-term success.
We also have an honest conversation about motherhood, guilt, and the fear that building a business will harm your kids. Michelle shares why your business isn’t ruining your children and how entrepreneurship can actually make you a more fulfilled, present mom.
We close with a powerful reflection on radical ownership, choosing the life you actually want, and what it means to live a revolutionary life alongside motherhood.

In today’s episode, I’m sitting down with Sammy Taggett, also known as Shoebox Moses, and I already know this conversation is going to move you. I met Sammy in September in JJ Virgin’s room because I always believe in putting myself in the room. He was DJing, creating the energy, and I could feel his heart from across the space. I went up to encourage him, and it turned into one of those instant “we’ve known each other forever” connections.
Sammy shares the raw, mind-blowing story of his beginnings: abandoned as a newborn baby in a shoebox in the Philippines, adopted, and later discovering the full truth right before traveling back to the orphanage for the first time. We talk about the guilt and shame that can come when you realize how blessed your life is compared to where you came from, and how gratitude, faith, and daily grounding practices become the anchor when success gets bigger and the shadows try to get louder.
He also takes us into a pivotal chapter of his life that honestly feels like a movie. From rock bottom moments to becoming a global DJ, Sammy’s story is proof that you don’t have to stay stuck in the season you’re in. If you’re going through hell, don’t build a house there. Keep moving.
Then we get into how he unexpectedly entered the podcasting world after giving JJ Virgin some radically honest feedback—and how that honesty opened the door to building Evolved Podcasting, helping hundreds of shows become real platforms, movements, and revenue-generating businesses. We also talk about business-building in this era of AI, why alignment matters more than ever when you can build faster than you’re ready for, and what it really means to live a revolutionary life.
Sammy will also be with us at ALIGN, speaking and helping create the experience through music and presence, and I cannot wait for you to feel his energy in person.

In today’s Seasonal Series episode, I’m sitting down with Kendra Cooke for a powerful conversation about productivity, boundaries, and building a life that actually feels good to live. Kendra brings over 30 years as a high-level real estate professional and 15+ years of coaching experience, and she shares the systems and mindset shifts that helped her scale without losing her peace.
We talk about the three changes that transformed everything for her: living and dying by your calendar, outsourcing in practical everyday ways, and embracing “no” as a complete sentence. Kendra gets real about the hidden cost of people-pleasing and overworking, and she shares a pivotal story about how hustle and the need to prove herself pushed her to a breaking point—until she finally chose boundaries, health, and self-respect.
You’ll also hear how her business improved when she set clear hours and standards, why the right clients will respect your boundaries, and what it looks like to “walk toward” the audience and opportunities you actually want. We close with the story behind her book and how journaling became a safe space for clarity and healing, plus her definition of living a revolutionary life: embracing change, growing with boundaries, evolving into your true self, and building a legacy that feels aligned inside and out.

In today’s Seasonal Series episode, I’m sitting down with Stephanie Bowman and I’m still moved by her story.
Stephanie is a philanthropist, certified life coach, author, and the founder of One Heart for Women and Children, which began from her car and living room and has grown into the largest food pantry in Central Florida, serving over 20,000 people every month.
But her impact didn’t come from a perfect path. Stephanie shares how surviving trauma as a teenager led to years of addiction, shame, and searching for “more” to fill a hole she couldn’t name. Through sobriety, faith, recovery, and community, she rebuilt her life from the ground up and turned her pain into purpose.

In this solo episode, I’m sharing what I believe truly creates a breakthrough year, not hype, not motivation, and not another list of goals you abandon by February. I recorded this message as we crossed into a new year, but it’s one you’ll receive exactly when you’re meant to.
I walk you through the ten internal and practical shifts that must happen if 2026 is going to be different. We talk about alignment and why misalignment becomes more painful the longer you tolerate it. We talk about your body as the foundation for everything you want to build and why you cannot out strategize exhaustion, inflammation, or a dysregulated nervous system.
I challenge you to look honestly at your calendar and your spending and ask if they reflect the woman you say you want to become. We talk about releasing the identity built on proving, breaking up with chaos and survival mode, and why structure is not restriction but safety.
I also speak candidly about poverty mindset, free consumption, and why investing in yourself is not indulgent but intelligent. We talk about creating from purpose instead of desperation, cleaning up your inputs, and why support is not weakness but self leadership.
Finally, I invite you into the most important shift of all, identity. Who you are becoming. Who you are called to serve now. And why breakthrough always follows identity, not effort.
This episode is an invitation to stop living on autopilot and to choose alignment, clarity, and expansion on purpose. If you’ve quietly given up or felt stuck in old patterns, this is your reminder that it is time to awaken, activate, and move forward differently.

In this episode, I sit down with Terrin Ammar, founder of The Queen Kollective and a woman whose presence you can feel the moment she speaks. Terrin’s work lives at the intersection of nervous system healing, feminine embodiment, and deeply connected relationships. And her story is powerful.
Terrin shares how surviving an abusive relationship became the catalyst for her life’s work. We talk about how trauma lives in the body, why mindset alone is not enough, and how true healing begins when women feel safe enough to soften. This conversation explores the integration of masculine drive and feminine embodiment, especially for high achieving women who are tired of burnout but afraid to slow down.
We dive into relationships, polarity, embodiment, and why so many women feel disconnected from their bodies, their joy, and their marriages. Terrin offers practical ways to shift from survival mode into love based leadership, both in business and at home. We also talk openly about faith, embodiment, and reclaiming the body as something sacred rather than something to fear or suppress.
This episode is an invitation to come home to yourself. To lead from love instead of fear. To stop waiting for someone else to change and take radical ownership of your own safety, softness, and power. Terrin also shares what she and Henry will be bringing to ALIGN, including a feminine embodiment experience designed to help women feel what alignment actually feels like in their bodies.
If you are craving deeper connection, a more alive relationship, or a new way of leading that does not require abandoning yourself, this conversation will speak straight to your heart.

In this Seasonal Episode, I sit down with Henry Ammar, someone I first met backstage at our friend Amberly Lago’s event. The moment I met him in person, I knew he was the real deal. The same on and off camera, grounded, present, and full of heart.
We go deep into what shapes a person from the inside out. Henry shares how facing life and loss changed him, and how those moments woke him up to the sacredness of time and the power of choice. He talks about the difference between knowing you want change and actually becoming the person who decides. We unpack why so many of us feel stuck, how our nervous system and past experiences create adaptive patterns, and why shame keeps people trapped in old stories.
This conversation is a loving wake up call. Your emotions are valid, but they are messengers, not dictators. Henry and I talk about learning to create safety inside yourself, building trust with yourself, and shifting with compassionate curiosity instead of self attack. We also talk about why healing does not have to be heavy all the time, and how support and community can help you co regulate and move forward one simple step at a time.
If you have been feeling blocked in life, business, or relationships, this episode will help you see your patterns differently and remind you that real transformation is possible. Not by forcing yourself to change, but by loving yourself enough to lead yourself into the next chapter.

In this episode, I’m joined by Jill Donovan, founder of Rustic Cuff and author of "The Kindness Effect", and soon to be released book "Live Like Everybody Loves You." This conversation felt especially meaningful because I’ve been a genuine fan of her brand for over a decade. After years of wearing Rustic Cuff and bringing it into the ALIGN space, finally sitting down with Jill felt like a full circle moment.
Jill shares how she went from being an attorney and law professor to building a heart led, highly impactful brand that began with a simple creative yes. We talk about what it looks like to follow what feels life giving, to stay curious, and to allow passion and faith to guide the journey even when the path makes no logical sense.
We also dive into motherhood and entrepreneurship and why Jill chose to integrate her family into the experience instead of separating work and life into competing roles. She shares powerful insight on leadership and team culture, how she built an environment people truly want to be part of, and the emotional weight leaders carry when making hard but necessary decisions.
Jill gives a beautiful preview of her upcoming book, Live Like Everyone Loves You, and what it really means to walk into rooms already settled, no longer performing for approval or bracing for rejection, but free to actually see and love others. She closes by sharing her definition of a revolutionary life, one that is unencumbered by fear, no longer trapped in the past or anxious about the future, and marked by forgiving yourself quickly and fully.
You can connect with Jill at jilldonovan.com, follow her on Instagram at @jillfdonovan, and explore Rustic Cuff at rusticcuff.com

In this seasonal episode, I sit down with my dear friend Cynthia Sumner, a doctor of natural medicine and holistic wellness practitioner who has been part of my ALIGN world since the very beginning. Cynthia was in the room at my first-ever Align retreat, and this conversation feels like a full-circle moment rooted in trust, shared values, and a deep belief in whole-body healing.
Cynthia shares her personal journey through a terrifying season of unexplained illness in her early twenties, when her health declined rapidly and no one could give her answers. What followed was a spiritual awakening and a commitment to healing at the root, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically. Her story is a powerful reminder that our bodies are designed to heal and that knowledge, intuition, and self-trust matter.
We talk about the mind-body connection, how chronic stress and unprocessed emotions impact hormones and energy, and why so many women especially high-achieving women ignore the warning signs until burnout forces a stop. Cynthia offers simple, accessible practices like stillness, breath, and nervous system regulation as starting points for real healing, not as another thing to master, but as a way to come home to yourself.
This conversation is especially for the woman building a big life who knows there is more available to her health, her energy, and her sense of peace. As Cynthia shares what living a revolutionary life means to her, it becomes clear that the greatest revolution doesn’t start in the world. It starts within.

In this seasonal episode, I sit down with my friend Brodie Pierson and this conversation is a wake up call in the best way. Brodie grew up on a ranch in Canada, launched his brand agency at nineteen, and has since helped tens of thousands of entrepreneurs in more than seventy countries build and scale their brands.
We talk about what it really takes to grow online in 2026. Reps. Consistency. Having an opinion. And building real community. Brodie breaks down the shift to the interest based algorithm and why it has never been a better time to reach new people, even if your following is small.
We also go into the future. AI, wealth building, and why the real advantage is pairing technology with human connection. Brodie shares his recovery routine for handling rejection and setbacks, plus a simple challenge that will change your confidence fast. Show up for ninety days, do the reps, and watch who you become.
If you have been holding back because you think your life is not interesting or you are worried what people will think, this episode will help you get free and get moving.

Merry Christmas, my friend. In this solocast, I wanted to give you something you can actually carry with you through the rest of the year and into 2026. Not another cute gratitude quote. Not another list that lives in your journal but never makes it into your nervous system.
This episode is about the manifestation of gratitude. The kind that becomes a way of being. Because I truly believe gratitude is not just something we do. Gratitude is who we are becoming.
Yes, we can start with the practice. Three things. Five things. Ten things. Repetition builds the muscle. But the goal is that gratitude becomes embodied. It becomes the energy you live from. It becomes the lens you see through. It becomes the presence you bring into every room, every conversation, every season.
And when you live from that place, it changes what you attract. It changes what you create. It changes how you lead.
In this episode, I talk about what happens when we slip into not enoughness. When it feels like your business is not big enough, your marriage is not good enough, your holiday is not magical enough, your following is not growing fast enough. Not enoughness is the opposite of gratitude. It pulls you into scarcity and it makes you forget what the real gifts are.
So instead of focusing on the stuff, I invite you into a deeper kind of gratitude. Gratitude for love. Gratitude for being needed. Gratitude for what you can do and what you have done. Gratitude that is built through stillness and presence. Gratitude that produces generosity. Gratitude that extends grace.
I also give you six simple gratitude anchors you can use today and anytime you feel yourself spiraling into lack.
First, are you loved. Do you have even one person who genuinely cares about you. And do you have people you love and get to pour love into. Because if you strip everything else away, love is the real wealth.
Second, where are you needed. Not in a heavy way. In a holy way. What a gift it is to be useful. To have skills, gifts, talents, and a place where you matter.
Third, what can you do and what have you done. Not what you have not done. Not what you cannot do yet. Gratitude grows when you honor your progress and stop disqualifying yourself.
Fourth, the practice of silence. I share how sitting in stillness and actually taking in your life can shift your gratitude from a checklist into a feeling. Into something that lives in your bones.
Fifth, gratitude always creates generosity. A grateful soul lives in overflow. A grateful soul is not terrified there will not be enough. A grateful soul gives, invests, compliments, serves, and loves without gripping everything in fear.
Sixth, a grateful person is someone who gives grace. Because when you know how much mercy you have been given, you stop rushing to judgment. You extend compassion. You forgive faster. You love deeper.
This is an episode to listen to on a walk, in the car, while you’re cleaning your house, or while you’re dreaming about 2026. It is a recalibration. A return to what matters. A reminder that gratitude is not a mood. It is a frequency. And when you live there, you manifest more of what is meant for you.
Join us this January at ALIGN, an elevated experience that helps you transcend your limitations and step into your true potential and power. Visit aligneventslive.com and use code ALIGN20 to save 20% on any ticket type.
In today’s solo cast, I’m pressing pause on the interviews and sharing something that has been deeply shaping me over the last year. This episode is about radical honesty, radical ownership, and the truth that will change your relationships, your leadership, and your results in 2026.
After an intense year of immersive work through Tony Robbins Platinum Partnership, one phrase kept coming back to me again and again. There are no victims. There are no villains. There are only volunteers. And if you can actually let that land, it will break you free from the blame cycle that keeps so many people stuck.
I talk about how easy it has become in today’s culture to label people. To call everyone toxic. To call everyone a narcissist. To cut people off. To passive aggressively bleed our pain onto social media instead of having adult conversations and taking a courageous look in the mirror. I share why I think we often have wildly high expectations of others, paired with a lack of ownership for the part we play, and how that creates tension, disappointment, and broken trust.
We also talk about what authenticity really is. Authenticity does not mean you owe the internet every detail of your private life. Some things are sacred. Some things are not yours to share. A woman can be deeply real and still have strong boundaries. I share my perspective on what I call fake authenticity, when oversharing becomes a performance for attention, sympathy, or validation.
From there, I walk you through four categories that I believe define how we show up in relationships and leadership. Victim, villain, volunteer, victor. I break down the characteristics of victim energy, including blame, gossip, the need to be right about being wronged, and a lack of ownership. Then I explain what happens when we villainize people by demonizing them, distorting the truth, deleting the good, and using language like always and never.
I share a personal story about my dad, and how choosing compassion changed me. How easy it would have been to make him a villain, and why I refused. That story is one of the biggest reasons I’m so committed to never tearing people down, never throwing mentors under the bus, never rewriting history just to justify my hurt.
Then we move into the shift. The volunteer mindset. The moment you stop asking who did this to me and start asking what role did I play, what needs was I getting met, what did I permit, and what can I learn here. Not from shame. From truth. From power. From maturity.
And finally, we talk about the victor. The woman who uses every experience for good. The woman who finds a way. The woman who is solution oriented, grounded, emotionally regulated, and unwilling to swim in victim soup. She is classy. She is honest. She is resilient. She does not need to gossip or perform or tear anyone down to prove who she is.
This episode is a call to grow up spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. It is a call to leadership. It is a call to raise your standards for how you speak, how you process pain, how you interpret people, and how you build your life.
At the end, I invite you into ALIGN Awaken 2026 in San Diego, January 22nd through the 25th, because this is the kind of room where victors rise. Where people stop making excuses and start becoming the person who can carry the dream.

In this episode, I sit down with my friend Sarah Robbins, one of the most respected leaders in the network marketing space and the author of The Multiply Method. This conversation is honest, faith filled, and deeply practical. We talk about leadership not as a title, but as a daily choice. We explore how words shape belief, how momentum is created one person at a time, and how surrender, forgiveness, and service are not weaknesses but the very foundations of lasting success.
Sarah shares openly about her journey in business and leadership, including the moments she had to confront fear of rejection, redefine what success really means, and choose obedience and joy even when it felt uncomfortable. This episode is for the woman who knows she is called to more impact, more influence, and more depth, but wants to build it in a way that honors people, relationships, and her faith.
If you’ve ever struggled with rejection, felt stuck trying to build momentum, or wondered if network marketing can truly be a smart, sustainable business model, this conversation will meet you right where you are and challenge you to rise higher.

Have you ever felt discouraged because you thought someone would show up for you, or perhaps they were actually “assigned” to help you, but didn’t? Or maybe you’ve held a grudge or felt wronged because someone let you down or just chose not to help. The path to success is filled with a lot of people and a lot of assumptions and expectations, too. It’s human nature. But I’m tackling this topic and what to do to move from victim to victor, to be self-empowered to create the dream you desire, and to remove resentment from unmet expectations.

Have you ever felt like you were too far gone? Have you ever felt like your life couldn’t change? Have you ever been so close to the edge that it scared you? That’s exactly where Lisa found herself several years ago. After being warned that she would be dead, within six months, she decided it was finally time to change her life. But how do you actually do that? How do you have the strength, courage, and tools to change your life in such a drastic way? On today’s episode, you will learn exactly what it takes to change not only your physical health, but your mindset and your belief in what’s possible for your life.
About Lisa:
Meet Lisa, a true testament to the power of personal transformation and resilience. When faced with a dire warning that she had only six months left to live unless she made drastic changes in her life, she found herself at a crossroads.
Overwhelmed by fear and self-doubt, Lisa initially believed she lacked the self-worth required to turn her life around. Years of decisions had led her to a point where she was staring death in the face, but she knew she had to take extreme measures to save not only her physical health but also her emotional well-being.
Faced with the challenge of getting "unstuck" from the life-threatening situation she was in, Lisa embarked on a remarkable journey. Through sheer determination and unwavering commitment, she managed to shed an astonishing 215 pounds through diet and exercise. But that was just the beginning.
Her journey didn't end with weight loss. Lisa successfully reclaimed her life, built three thriving businesses, and started living the life she had always dreamed of.
Through her powerful message of transformation in her coaching practice and health and wellness business, Lisa helps women break free from feeling "stuck" and guides them on the path to living the fulfilling lives they were meant for. Her story is a testament to the remarkable change that is possible when you find the courage to rewrite your life's narrative.

Every entrepreneur will face incredible mountains to climb, hurdles to jump over, and hardships that would stop most individuals. However, I know if you’re listening to this podcast that isn’t you. You desire a greater impact, your business is on purpose, your message is one you want to reach the masses. this means you’re going to have to dig deeper than most. Many people talk about finding your wife, but today I’m taking it even deeper into the meaning behind why you’re even showing up and being so connected to the soul of why it matters that you become undeniably successful, and ultimately unstoppable. Rejection? Fear? Failure? Betrayal? Loss? Personal and professional setbacks? It won’t matter once you know the real reason WHY you are drawn to your message, mission, and pursuit.

It’s not typically a knowledge gap that’s preventing your success. You’ve done the trainings, free courses, attended the events, and invested in your knowledge growth. Perhaps you’ve even had business coaches. But something is still off! And you’re stuck or falling backwards. Knowledge matters, but self-worth trumps it every day. She’s the creator and founder of It Cosmetics and former CEO of L’Oréal. Her story of perseverance and triumph after being rejected for years inspires us all to keep going for it! “Gratitude doesn’t negate desire.” From forgiving yourself to creating what aligns with you to establishing a value-based vision, Kelsey and I cover deep topics that will help any entrepreneur navigate the messy, but fulfilling road of entrepreneurship.
Kelsey Smith is a momma of 2, speaker, entrepreneur, and creator of the "Momma Has Goals" app. She builds community with women who want to live life in abundance, where motherhood, exploring your potential, and business are intertwined. This interview is full of wisdom and nuggets of gold.
After the complicated delivery of her first son, Kelsey had the realization that while she had accomplished many "goals", they weren't goals that brought her fulfillment.
As she woke up from surgery she wondered if she hadn't woken up, what story would she leave behind?
Would her children know what brought her joy? What she stood for? This experience led Kelsey to her own journey of fulfillment and self-discovery where she had the massive realization that this feeling was far too common for mothers all over the world. Kelsey knew she needed to normalize moms having big dreams + making their own fulfillment a priority, so she created a space that helped women and mothers do just that.
Through her community, the Momma Has Goals phone app, events, and programs Kelsey leads women to live the life of their dreams for themselves and their families with the mission to help all current and aspiring mommas find their highest selves in and outside of motherhood.

It’s not more effort, time, and money.

But the lessons I’ve learned through rest have been invaluable and today I’m sharing how rest can preserve your strength, your heart and soul, your velocity, and your creativity.

If you know me, anything holistic I love from health to personal wellness. In this episode, I’m so excited for this rich conversation we are going to have with my dear friend, Sharon Land who is a holistic psychotherapist, a healer, creator of the prismatic path, and podcast host.
At an early age, Sharon discovered her intuition and her skills encompass medical medium, distance energy testing for root cause issues, supplement and medication alignment, bio fields, past life experiences, soul guidance, where she now uses specific protocols to address the body, mind, and spirit to return to its intended vessel.
In this episode, we dive into healing work and tapping into our own internal power. No matter what you’ve gone through, what you’ve done in the past, or even your current circumstances, Sharon shares that we all have within us our own internal power. When we access our internal power we can heal our traumas, discover passion, and reach our goals in this beautiful life.
Quotes from this episode:
“When we are in alignment and have less conflict inside and outside, then everything we do and express adds to our life.”
“If you’re feeling heavy, that means you need to come back to yourself and learn from the wisest one that knows which is the internal wisdom of your highest self. “
“To honor and love yourself in every single moment of this life we are living in and this human form, is the greatest gift in honoring God, our highest self, to our higher power.
To deny any of the aspects of our experiences is saying that we are better than the divine plan.”

Have you ever felt like you were a failure or that your failures defined you? Maybe you've been at something a long time and it's just not working out the way you thought it would. In today's episode with Amber Brueseke, creator of Biceps after Babies. we're having a conversation around failure and what it actually means.
Amber Brueseke is a wife, mom of four (ages 8-15), and a former RN who founded Biceps After Babies because she believes that being a mom doesn't have to mean your fittest days are behind you. What started as a little Instagram account to share her fitness journey online has become a business focused on empowering women to achieve. Her signature coaching program MACROS 101 has helped over 6,000 women use the tool of macro counting to build a nutrition plan that's both effective and enjoyable. Recently, Amber created a Transformational Fitness Coach certification that teaches other health and fitness coaches how to improve client results by getting to the root of their problem. The secret to sustainable success and feeling accomplished…the perfect mix of peace and drive? It comes from living intentionally. For me, this stems from alignment in these key areas: physical health, emotional health, spiritual health, relational health, and financial health. Alignment paired with visualization and identifying exactly WHO you want to be and HOW you will show up in life, relationships, and business leads to true fulfilling success long term. Because in The Good Life we are playing the long game!

I'm so pumped about this fun, energetic, powerful interview that I had with my friend Erin King. She's the author of "You're Kind of a Big Deal" and the reality is she's right. You are a big deal and today we're going to prove it to you.
Quotes from this episode:
"You are not your failure. Your failure is an experience that you are having. And I think for a lot of us, distinguishing who we are from what we do, can be so challenging. In the dumpster fire is where we discover the ashes of the Phoenix of brilliance."
"We can chase down the ventures, the ideas, we can plan, we can manifest. At the end of the day, we have to show up with a servant's heart, with a curious spirit, with a major work ethic., with a positive vibe. And what we are meant to do, ultimately, whether we want it to or not, in a path that we cannot fathom, it will find us."
"Good job her. Now let's go me."

Life sure can throw us a whole lot of curve balls, but honestly, the biggest curve ball that's thrown our way is our own self-doubt and comparison. I know you've heard it before, but you really do have to learn how to get out of your own way. Today on the podcast, I'm interviewing an incredible coach to the greats, Coach Dar.
She's going to teach us how to eliminate that self-doubt, how to put down that comparison, and how to show up with purpose, passion, meaning, and everything that we need to accomplish those big dreams that we have.
Quotes from this episode:
"A lot of things can be taken away from us because of situations. However, they cannot take away your skills, your talents, and your gifts. They can't be taken away. They are innately you. It's what you learned. It's who you are. It's your DNA. So your gift is already inside you. That doesn't get lost."
"Growth happens with progress. After you're still and you've thought about what you needed to, you would then have to take action. Knowledge is great, but knowledge does nothing for us unless it's applied too."
You can find Coach Dar on her website Coachdar.com and her first book, The Art of Bouncing Back: Find Your Flow to Thrive at Work and in Life―Any Time You're Off Your Game, is currently available forpre-order through multiple book retailers and will be out on February 28, 2023!

What are you chasing in life? What are you going after? What's the meaning of it all? Today on the podcast with Patrice Washington, we'll be diving into how to chase purpose, not money. How to realign yourself with the true definition of wealth and how to go after your dreams and the things you want most in your life without losing the essence of who you were created to be.
Quotes from this episode:
"Know that once you've done all you can do in your willpower, the only thing you have left to do is stand and allow God to do what God is going to do."
"You can have stuff, but ultimately the quality of your life is going to be about the peace you experience, the freedom you experience, the joy you get to experience, the relationships. Ultimately, that's it and the original definition of wealth is, the condition of wellbeing."
"God knows what you're waiting on when he sees what you're working on."

What worked two or three years ago is not working today. My friend Serah D'Laine is going to explain more about this on the podcast today. She's a branding and marketing expert with a huge personality and love for what she does. In this episode, Serah talks about how your business is about building relationships and trust and making that a part of your personal brand.
Quotes from this episode:
"I had to stop listening to all that because this became louder, like the heart became louder, and I never fully experienced that before. And it was wild and it was scary because it wasn't just mindset and keep moving forward and keep charging. It was, what's this balance between the heart and the mind? What does that look like? What does it look like to not follow what anybody tells you to do?"
"How do you start and know when to trust somebody? If you put that in the same context as you do with your clients, there's no difference. Everything is relationships. So how are you building trust? The same way that you want to build it in romantic intimate relationships or friendships."
You can find Serah at her website serahdlaine.com or on Instagram at @serahdlaine.

How many times have you said, this is just the way that I am? I've always been this way and I will always be this way. I can't change. On today's podcast with Dr. Chris Lee, a neuroscientist that's smart as a whip and funny as can be, you are going to learn that no matter what, you can rewire your brain. You can change the way you think, feel, act, and ultimately you can change your destiny.
Quotes from the episode:
"I asked her for a pen and on a napkin I just wrote this declaration and I still have it, that I'll be better tomorrow than I am today. Period. And I just kept that promise to myself. And that whatever the agitation, the friction was in my life, it sunk in and I knew I was just going to make that change."
"That's what the good life is for me is to have that for myself, but also watch her [my daughter] and witness her light up at the miracle that is every single moment of every single day for all of us, that is so easy to forget."

Are there any people pleasers or recovering perfectionists here? I know I certainly am one of those. My dear friend Samantha Joy is on the podcast today and she's not only an expert in recovering from people pleasing and perfectionism, she's also a total boss. As the founder of Landon Hail Press, she's helped dozens of authors get on the best selling list and she is passionate about the work that she does.
Quotes from this episode:
"Identity isn't about becoming someone else. It is not even about becoming better, dare I say. It is about becoming you. It's about peeling back layers."
"The solution to our problems is not found in adding more. It is in releasing, letting go, surrender. And that's where all the clarity comes. That's where we really find that true identity so that when everyday things are getting thrown at us, we can feel into what is right and lean into it and have the confidence to say no, so we can say yes."
"So whatever you're going through that you are holding as your excuse to block you from what your heart really wants and is fully capable of, go into that. Investigate, make that your reason, because that will become your fuel."

It's so common to think we're not really anything special and we can't really see ourselves accomplishing something big. But today my guest, Erica Lippy, has done just that. She went from having no experience in podcasting and no experience in the personal development world to becoming one of the top voices in podcasting in the personal development world.
I can't wait for you to hear this episode and to learn from her how you can gain the confidence to go out on a limb, try something new, and knock it out of the park.
Quotes from this episode:
"And that's one thing that I think with all this work we do, personal development work, is being very intentional in what are the outcomes we are wanting from it? And then aligning ourself and setting ourself up for success."
"I really believe that it's not about attracting the person you desire in life. It's becoming the person that would attract the person you desire in life."
"Anytime you're feeling unfulfilled or not satisfied in any part of your life, I believe it always comes back to looking at yourself, taking that self responsibility, that ownership because it's nobody else's responsibility."
Make sure to listen to Erica's Podcast Passion Love Pursuit Podcast. You can also take her podcasting course to learn how to start and launch your own podcast.

Today I'm interviewing my dear friend and a veteran coach in the coaching world of 20 years, Alejandra Crisafulli, also known as The Baller Coach. After listening to this interview, you'll understand why she'll help you to transform your life through the power of what she calls the 180 Method. Her method is the directional shift that allows you to step into the life that God has intended you to have and experience.
Quotes from this episode:
"SOS stands for stop, oxygenate, and then seek information."
"So I started realizing the coaching formula that I had been using on my clients is exactly what leaders need for their communication, for their teams, for their clients, for their sales, all of it, to be able to increase and that's where I started sharing my coaching formula that I've used on my clients for two decades."

Success isn't about perfection and it certainly isn't about avoiding failure. It starts with a gut feeling and never giving up and as my good friend Moira Kucaba says, "Getting in the middle of the bed." This episode with Moira is going to open your eyes because she's a powerful woman who wrote her ticket to success. From overcoming alcoholism, addiction, bulimia, and being a college drop, Moira has become a self-made millionaire and an expert in helping people find their extraordinary.
Quotes from this episode:
"I always say, get in the middle of the bed. I was in bed all alone for many, many, many years. And you've got to really just snuggle in and get right smack dab in the middle of the bed where nobody can push you out. Like you've got amazing people on all sides of you that are going to carry you on the days that you are struggling, that aren't going to let you completely fall off. "
"Success really is a matter of simplifying the basics."
"Successful people have literally just failed more."

How many of us are terrified to try something new? To go out and do something we've never done? I know for myself that this can be terrifying! On this episode, I interviewed my good friend Melissa Wiggins and we are going talk about stepping into things that you never thought you would do and recreating your life, recreating your future, and following your heart in the process.
Quotes from this episode:
"I think we spend so much time thinking about, I have this goal and this goal and this goal, and we step away from awareness too quickly. I will not move any client forward until we have spent what I believe, and sometimes that's six months, sometimes it's a year, of literally helping them become aware of the good, the bad, the whatever. All of it. You can't change what you can't see."
"I think that we believe that if we don't keep going that the opportunity won't arise or the thing won't come up again and it's just simply false. I promise you lassies who are listening, bigger, better, brighter ones will come along and if you burn yourself to the ground, you're not available for any of it."

In this episode, I'm interviewing one of my favorite people in the entire universe, Amberly Lago. She is a true inspiration and a story of grit and grace. Just like the name of her book and her podcast, you're going to be blown away by the wisdom, the experience, and the heart of this woman.
At age 38, Amberly Lago’s life was turned upside down. Hit by a SUV while riding her motorcycle, 34 surgeries to save her leg from amputation and diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome dubbed “the suicide disease,” she knows about how to strengthen resilience because she has lived it. Amberly is a Peak Performance Coach, TEDx Speaker, Podcaster, and a leading expert in the field of resilience and transformation.
Quotes from this episode:
"I had this successful career and I kept trying to go back and build that and when I stopped trying to go back, because I don't think resilience is bouncing back, I think it's moving forward, choosing the courage to move forward, and reinvent yourself. And so I just want to share with everybody that you're never too late."
"The thing that's probably the hardest for me is rest because I love the grit. And I will push myself and push myself and push myself. And I've had to learn the hard way that if we really want to be resilient, then we really sometimes have to strategically stop plan to refuel and recover and reboot our brain."
You can find Amberly on her website, apply for her life-changing Mastermind True Grit and Grace, and listen to the amazing True Grit and Grace Podcast with Amberbly Lago.

It's no secret that everyone wants to live a good life. We all want to be happy, make more money, to be more at peace, more fulfilled, and more prosperous. But sometimes we're not really sure how to do that. One of the things that I've discovered in my journey of success, being a mother, having rich, fulfilling relationships, and peace in my heart is that there are a few core foundational principles to living the good life.
When I started my coaching community called The Good Life Coaching Community, it was important to me to lay the foundation of what it would actually take to live the good life. There are seven foundational principles of living the good life and I promise you that if you use these as a guiding compass in your life, you'll find that alignment you're seeking and you truly will live the good life.

Have you ever had an experience in your life where you felt like something happened and it was all over for you? Like your entire life was never going to look the same and it was never going to be good? Well, today on the podcast, I'm interviewing a new friend and an incredible inspiration, Sarah Foley.
We're going be talking about how that life change or that life break can actually be one of the biggest blessings and one of the biggest catalysts to propel you forward in your life, your vision, and your career.
Quotes from this episode:
"I think that we find our purpose through what we've experienced. We teach what we had to learn for ourselves and I had to learn how to connect to my body. I had to learn how to gain confidence in myself."
"I love the word kuleana, the Hawaiian word, kuleana, our responsibility. And the way I like to describe it is: You can, because I did, and I can, because you did. When we go for it, we have a responsibility to ourselves, to each other and when we own it in that way, it's not just about me. And I think that fuels the fire. It just keeps you going."

“In a world where everyone’s done it already, why even try?”
Have you ever stopped yourself from doing something because it had already been done before? Ever procrastinated because you weren’t “ready?”
I’ve been there! And for 3 years I felt the nudge to start a podcast and conveniently ignored it. “Why me? I don’t have anything special to say. Everyone has a podcast and what would even make mine special? I don’t have time for that. I’m in the thick of mom life.” Every possible reason, and yet the thought persisted. What you resist has a way of persisting, you know.
So here we are! What I am most excited about is having real conversations with incredible people who are inspiring and who have real life experience in the trenches. In an insta-dramatic world it can be easy for people to paint a picture of being an expert, being successful, being whatever they want you to believe they are. But here, I’m bringing you people who are genuine examples of resilience, courage, success, and impact. They’re conversations I can’t wait to have for your growth and benefit!
And sometimes, friends, it’s going to be just you and I and those little earbuds. We’ll get up close and personal about the real stuff. I’ve been where you are and I know what you’re thinking and we’ll get through this and out the other side together! Success and 7+ figures didn’t just happen. It was worked for, cried about, prayed for, and diligently, consistently gone after. I have done all the things scared, and imperfectly, too. I’ll show you that you can do the same thing!
So why was this the time? Why now and what drives me? Have a listen and maybe you’ll also feel the call to start something new or rededicate yourself to a project or business that’s been on the back burner. Together, we’re going on a journey to uncover what’s possible for you, and it starts now!
