This 20 minute meditation is a battle against enemies of presence and awareness. Dive into your senses. Feel your body, hear the sounds, see the sights behind closed eyes. Then sit with the breath actively fighting off distractions.
We spend a bit of time settling our bodies, settling on our breath and then we work on amplifying love.
This is an excellent starting point for beginners looking to get into meditation. We relax our bodies and then focus on the breath.

This meditation is focused on love. Traditionally we can think of love as the desire for others to be happy. We will work to first ground ourselves in the breath, and then we will utilize a memory to build the sensation of love in our bodies. We will then work on giving that love away to other people in our lives.
