Everyday trauma and allostatic loading are real for millions of civilians who wonder why they struggle so much, but don't have "legitimate" traumas to look back on as the cause. The iconic line from the epic movie Avatar, "I see you", is the inspiration for this episode. With the chaotic world and increasingly stressful personal lives, being truly seen for who we are and our goodness becomes harder to come by and, therefore, a more valuable experience.
The better we can express compassion for each other's wounds and hold space for them to heal, the more peace we'll find and joy we can share. It's up to us to be this for each other. To heal our wounds and lift each other up to do the same.

When we face difficult trials, we can sometimes feel overwhelmed like they'll never end. In this episode, Zach reminds us that even though there are times when we feel beaten down, life does get better!
You are loved! Zach wants to lift you up and help you see your true value and power and goodness. The more love we feel, the easier it becomes to be patient, loving, and compassionate with others. As we are more honest with ourselves about our weaknesses, the less we will judge others. We are all wounded, are doing our best, and deserve joy and success.
We also talked about how you can build success on the mountain of past failure, discover your gifts, and live your purpose with joy. We are creators and are meant to explore, discover, and share the beautiful things inside of us. Don't be afraid to get out and try something new!
