We wanted to finish off our podcast in the only way we knew how: A Casamigos Challenge (not sponsored [unfortunately]). We invited our patrons to join us and give us trivia questions to answer! Naturally Tim won and Chris lost because Tim is smart and handsome and chris is dum. It's with a heavy heart that we recorded this episode. After 5 years Chris and Tim have decided to hang up their mics and put Casual Commander to rest. A lot of time and thought went into this decision and all of that is discussed in the episode. We want to thank everyone who supported us and listened to us bicker and make dumb jokes throughout this whole journey! We have a final episode planned and that is also discussed in the episode so be sure to listen for details!

It FINALLY happened! We waited for literal weeks for the spoilers to stop on the Final Fantasy set and decided that we shouldn't wait any longer! (They're still releasing cards). So we did our bracket and put each other's favorite 8 in a head to head challenge to see which card won! After narrowing it down to 6 Chocobos and 10 Cids, we felt we had a good spread to really represent the set as a whole. Come check out who we crown the winner and let us know your thoughts!

We decided seeing as Chris has 382,425 decks ready to be reviewed, that it was time to knock that down to 382,424 and do a deck tech episode! So obviously I (tim the editor this week who is also very handsome) made a deck 30 minutes before recording! Holy hotel wifi batman, it sounds like Tim is on the road again. Despite all the travel Tim and Chris decided to record an episode with 2 commanders from the newest set, Dominaria United! And no they both decided not to build Monke because they couldn't decide who would get to and they kept playing Rock in Rock Paper Scissors (or Ro-Sham-Bo if you're nasty). Chris did his best to not put a crap ton of combos in, and Tim shocked himself everytime he tried to put in a 12/12 Dragon that costs 19 mana, so these decks might actually be appealing!
