Our favorite radio station is 89.7 WTMD, so we wrote a letter to our favorite host asking to plug “The Commute: Baltimore” on air.
Hey Galler –
Huge fan of your playlists. Literally every time you say, “Hey guys, it’s Galler,” on WTMD, I answer, “Hey, Galler,” out loud in my car. My coworkers, with whom I carpool, find this annoying, but i explain to them it’s just the magic of Galler.
Speaking of my coworkers, my friend Sriram and I recently started a short podcast on our commute home, discussing various random topics usually somehow related to the Charm City. As we try to spread the listenership of our budding podcast, I was wondering if you could plug the podcast “The Commute: Baltimore” on WTMD sometime. This will be a mutually beneficial partnership; between The Commute and WTMD, you have the two greatest audio shows dedicated to doing stuff while appreciating Baltimore, the quirky city we all love the most. Definitely appreciate your commitment to playing solid music and hosting fresh events, like the summer concert series. As my cousin’s boyfriend once said, “They just play great music.”
