The Law Down aims to increase access to justice by giving the 'law down' on the legal issues that get discussed around the water cooler on Monday mornings!
In this episode Nicki discusses two legal issues inspired by the the trailers for the upcoming 'Trial by Kyle' show (which airs Thursday 23 October 2019 8.30pm on Channel 10) namely:

Nicki also shares her fond memories of studying and working with the late Professor Louis Waller and Mr Barry O'Callaghan AO; two legends of the law who have recently passed away.

On this episode of the Law Down Nicki provides the low-down on the soon to air Judge-Judy-Style TV show, The Trial by Kyle Show, hosted by radio-shock-jock Kyle Sandilands - is it mediation or arbitration, and what does that mean?!
The Trial by Kyle Show pilot aired in October 2018, and the series is due to air Thursday 24 October 2019 on Channel 10 at 8.30pm.
In this podcasted radio show episode Nicki discusses mediation and arbitration as methods of Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR), and discusses how TV court shows might improve access to justice by providing a unique form of dispute resolution.
Three new disputes are introduced:
