So this has been coming up recently - for me and and I'm finding I'm not alone with it. This knowing that there's things I want to get on with, moves I want to make - geographically and metaphorically in my life, with my work, with my art and creating…

Waiting…
Waiting is part of the old paradigm. Of existing in a void. Of there always being a gap between who you are and where you are and what needs to happen. As though the whole of our lives and reality need rescuing from a state of ‘not-enoughness’. Of being in need.
Of there being conditions attached to our being, doing and having what's for us now.
Sure taking action and shifting state needs to happen to bring in what's next in the process of creating. That's what creating is - life, aliveness, movement.
But what state are we vibrating at while we move…
Are we in a state of perpetual need, always aware of the gap between where we are and being alright at some point in the future when certain conditions are met.
Or are we in a state of enoughness. Complete in the present moment and moving forward out of joy, in time with life.
And which of those states do we find more motivating? Most of us are now urgently motivated to move out of a sense of lack. Being pushed from behind so we move away from what we don't want.
Being motivated to move forward from a place of enoughness, inspired and excited by looking ahead to we want, what we're excited to bring in and be with…
That's new paradigm creating. That's creating in a state of Grace. And after eons of doing things the old way, it can take more than a bit of practice and conscious work to make the shift.

There's the unstoppable expansion - we've been being prepared for this since October last year.
There's the inner masculine feminine battles being healed from the akash and our personal histories.
There's the heavy-duty themes of death & rebirth, as we're helped, healed and supported in the fires of our inner transformation
So that we can take take aligned action in service to creating from the truth of who we are, in a vastly, unrecognizably expanded way.
There's the call to stay deeply, profoundly anchored in beingness and to bring that into our lives. Even when in the midst of our doingness.
To stay connected to our intuition, our guidance, the why and who of who we are and why we're doing everything we're doing at the moment. to m
To let Spirit stay profoundly connectef to Soul, rather than running off over the hills to take over, take charge. And many of us may see this tendency rise up for healing in ourselves. Sometimes it's those we love our those around us who are going to bring those pieces for us.
There's the essence of Life force flowing as creative energy in the body and the energy alchemy rewrite happening in our templates.
There's everything leaving and everything coming in - all in one human being.
Aren't we amazing that we can hold all of this?
And....
there's divine intervention. The light of Grace taking from us what we can let go of without the need for over processing...
There's the activation of the Christ light at the crown, opening up dry river beds of pathways in our energy system and asking us to physically integrate these. To welcome the divine, healed, whole masculine within ourselves. and let go of the old stories, the terrible projections we put onto this.

We were met by a circle of angels, who showed us the golden circle we made in the field. And spoke of the synergy we made with our gifts and our light in a shared space.
They encircled us for this meditation, lifting us to the angelic realms, from where we grounded into the center of the earth.
Anchored and centered in our hearts, a soft heart light opened
This light gently made its way through our centers in a circuit, working more with some centers than others - depending on our individual needs.
The light offered the opportunity for healing support where we could feel its activity
The 'grace-light of the heart' landed back in the heart, to run as part of the energy we are carrying throughout our days.
A few of us noticed the softness in the quality of this energy, which when we asked, was of 'Ma' - the Divine Mother Archetype within us.
Anchoring Practice
To return to the quality we opened to in this short meditation, we simply hold the awareness of the heart flower for a moment. Wherever we are, whatever we're doing. And if we're able, open to notice sensations in the body or activities in our energy - if we are sensitive in that particular way.
Fire and water
The video is simple - the clouds were lifting from the 'Mother Mountain' here, when we came out of meditation here. It doesn't rain much and so water is precious. Smoke was rising from the ground, where winter burns were taking place. So the background video is simply that. But for sure, we have our eyes closed when we are meditating.

Short, powerful but gentle Crown Light Meditation brought through by the Convocation of Masters' to help us gracefully ground in the Crown Light activations available.
For opening to the crown light and grounding this in, through our bodies, cells and energy systems
What I've been with is how this light is wanting to flow through our bodies and continue down, down into our earth connections, through the pathways of light that travel down through the strata of the earth and connect us with the center of Gaia.
With this marriage of the heavenly light with our earthly bodies, it's as though there's a cave, vast and deep, way below us, somewhere in the fathomless strata of the earth. One that belongs only to us, lives only in our multidimensional energy fields.
I have certainly felt myself breaking open, as though tough old outer shells are cracking and falling apart to let this more expansive, softer, loving light through.
I have also felt the benevolence of this light. This sense that as the liquid light pours through, so too does it dissolve the obstacles in its way.
As it reaches the earth-center and our akashic crystals there, it returns through our Gaia caves of creation, bringing with it the grounded power to express more truly.
And we are in the next phase of our preparation, for birthing what will be in this hemisphere, our Spring Creations.

What you need to know...
Quite often when we hold one of the divine resonances in our fields - love, gratitude, peace, joy, for example
We will bring to the surface what's in us - what isn't of that resonance.
Dissonant feelings and emptions can rise to the surface to be seen, heard, validated and allowed to move through us.
And this isn't us 'doing it wrong' - it's a sign the meditation is working.
Peace isnt something we can bypass our way to. Really resting in that resonance often means confronting those parts of us that don't feel peaceful and can't pretend they do.
And when we confront them, when those feelings move in us, we're really healing and transforming.
What rises up to leave can leave for good, healing core wounds and taking old patterns with it.
It doesn't mean there isn't more inner work for us to do. But it does mean we are doing the inner work that's for us in the moment.

Equinox Energy Update & Sirius Channeling - the return of lemurian consciousness
& Wisdom Keepers of the Creation Codes
Letting Old Leaves fall from our lives…
What if those leaves were the leaves of a book, telling the story of who we used to be. There’s such a strong emphasis on letting go this Autumn Equinox. And so much to let go of, we’re receiving the gift of divine intervention to help the old leaves fall from our lives.
So we don’t need to dig. We just need to be present with our feelings, honor our emotions as they arise, turn to face what we might not want to feel and view it not as a story, but as energy, in a process of healing, transformation and renewal.
Composting, just like the leaves. Over winter we’re germinating the seeds of our Spring Creations. But we’re also letting go of the old to come into a higher alignment with the truth of who we are this winter. It’s not just that we’ll be creating next Spring, and in the joyful energy of playful creating, like every spring. It’s that we’re reclaiming lost parts of our Lemurian consciousness. Our Gaia blueprint continues to activate, calling us to vibrate in a wholler alignment of oneness within her. And to remember ourselves as the divine master cocreators at play within her, imagining this world that is new.
We are the architects of reality, being called into a frequency of play, remembering how we create at higher dimensions of ourselves, within Gaia’s fields, giving shape to the flowers, the plants, the animals, her rocks and terrain, her landscape and gardens. This long forgotten but well guarded wisdom is being let out to us again, as those keepers of the wisdom keys for the Gaia Creation Codes open their gifts and divine rememberings to the collective consciousness.
We each are keepers of wisdom keys that we guarded throughout time and forgetting. And the call to speak – speak what we know is coming through so strongly. Which is why it’s also time to heal our cultural climate from criticism to celebration, making a safe space for softness to bloom and nourish vulnerability, authenticity and honesty. To make it safe to share this knowledge we’re holding onto

Group Fields and thought forms
ANOTHER WHY OF GUIDANCE
When we join a group we form a shared field. A level of group consciousness.
That creates a reality bubble.
The nature of that reality bubble is created from the combined beliefs, expectations, desires, intentions, purposes and agendas of those within it.
The field can be thought of as having a frequency.
What it has at one level is a mandala. A template, defining how that group are creating in reality.
That mandala is woven of patterns of information.
So when a group comes together it creates a reality with limitations that are woven into the templates as rules defining what can manifest.
This is why manifestation groups can be so very powerful - a group comes together for the purpose of expanding out beyond the usual limits of the possible, in order to manifest preferences and desires.
The energetic forms we place in our fields have the power to create in our physical reality.
And energetic forms placed in a group field amplify that power exponentially.

The more we practice this and the more situations we practice it in, the easier it gets to 'drop in' to our seat and centre, our inner safe place - and filter out what's not for us, whenever we're listening to something or someone. With loving thanks to the star guides and to the elementals. Their gift; is an invitation to make the internal and external shift into a new earth dimension now. One where we can let spaciousness into our day and change the way we move, stopping, when we feel to, to registering beingness, not just doingness, noticing and enjoying our environment, to smell the flowers, to watch the butterflies and receive the birdsong. Even in the busy-ness of our days, to invite in that space in-between. The space where we receive. The pause in-between the breath. Where beingness opens us to all that is. The old is leaving, the new is emerging and at half moon time we can be more with one than the other.
The purpose of this transmission is not only to help us anchor in the emerging new and receive the energetic gifts of this half moon gateway. But also to have ourselves opened to the activations supporting a shift into resonance; lifting our frequencies, our light quotient and our magic-working, by letting ourselves be aligned within a higher dimension in our physical reality.
The gateway now is in our centres and it's Divine Mother who calls us there.
Through beingness we hear her in us and she enables us to hear our Selves. And to be held within All That Is until our internal rhythms come to rest, nestled as they are within the planetary, the cosmic and the universal rhythms. And this generating a field of harmony for ourselves, our immediate environment, our loved ones and our world.

This meditation and channeled transmission is to help us drop deeply into our centre, our truth and into the divine alignments that activate the new vibratory state in our divine human blueprints for the half moon and onwards.
This lunar gateway there's strong rebirthing in the area of how we let our worldly, earthly structures support us. With earth activations in our root triggering a homecoming to oneness awareness in related areas of our lives, we can find ourselves under pressure to allow great changes in the very foundations of what supports us. This brings with it a call to unstick ourselves from the muddy patterns of the past and align ourselves with the unseen new and beautiful.
The element of earth is activating for harmony in the collective consciousness and on the run up to the equinox there has been an accelerated alignment supported between earth and air and now earth and water. We are reforming our relationships with how we are supported at the very foundations of ourselves. Half Moon Gateway March 22 - Awareness Alignment, Energetic Update, Sirius Channeling, Energetic Transmission
Blueprint-Akash energy update for the half moon gateway this month
In the new moon gateway, we open to the divine template that's activating in our blueprints - a golden quality infusing our fields and consciousness with the divine remembering of wholeness, giving us the supported opportunity to apply this inner remembering somewhere specific or general in our lives.
This last new moon gateway, we were opening to a great expansión in the heart, dissolving internal conflict in how we relate to others, so we can relate from a vibration of wholler love, humanly reflecting more of our divine qualities in our close and community relationships.
This was inviting us - in fact promoting us -to consciously clear the grief that was naturally rising up to vibrate its way out of our fields. And this continues to be highly supported throughout this month. We collectively manifested a global situation that would gain global media attention, as an efficient and effective way of triggering this grief.
When reunion happens, grief at its absence arises, finally safe enough in a field of love to be able to clear old trauma from the system.
The reunion is love remembering vibrationally, not mentally, how it relates to itself lovingly. And this is happening within us.
Just as the internal healing of conflict energy is supported to clear from our fields of consciousness.
Ownership of our own process is the part we can play in healing the collective situation. As individual cells within a body of humanity, taking response-ability for their part in prioritising acting in health, wholeness and being self healing.
Focusing on the situation and energising the fear projections around it makes it more real and prolongs its activity, countering the healing and resolution that could happen.
What's expanding this month is expansion itself. Full moon is time to make a choice in alignment. Things could go either way in our reality. The old is leaving, the new is coming in and so what are we going to align with, energise and invite more of into our experience?
Joy is released with the transformation of grief as we own that old energy leaving and allow it to move.
This half moon gateway, we can align with the expansion happening in the heart by dropping into the pause, the breath, the silence and allowing spaciousness to bring peace.
To reset what we're energising in our experience individually and collectively for the rest of the month.
Joy is an engine for expansion. What's expanding this month is our capacity to lovingly relate to others.

Several Channelings from different speakers all focused on the shifts happening now - Collective Consciousness, Planetary Evolution, Energetic Activations - how they connect to the current war energies and how we can work with that.
How we can process our responses to the war situation and use it to support healing and change.
As love remembers how to physically relate to itself in a loving way, not thinking 'i am loving' or knowing 'i am loving' but physically vibrating with more of love in our relating to reach other, so our inner conflicts are pushed to the surface for healing. And this manifests in our world as war, for example. But as with all things, when we focus within and take ownership for processing what arises in response to conflict, so we heal ourselves and play our part in healing the global situation.
The vibratory resonance activating in our energy fields and in our awareness at the moment, is how divine love relates to itself - how love relates to love. And we're deeply remembering - in a vibratory way - how it feels to relate as loving consciousness.
Our cries against conflict are healing the trauma inherited from our shared racial memories, from our familial inherited genetics, from our spiritual lineages and from our current lifetimes.
In this Channeling, the guides from Sirius start by talking about activations in our Divine Blueprint happening now and how the collective ascension in consciousness, planetary evolution and the outbreak of war are connected. As well as how we can work with the energies.
There is a dimensional reality opening up in our energetic fields that supports us to physically re-experience loving relationship and less of separation in our physical environment. It's happening at an elemental level, changing us from within in a way we mighty not be conscious of, but will be being affected by. Ending our story of separation by degrees in our energy fields, in our consciousness and in our conscious and unconscious awareness.
With each new activation, the old comes to the surface for healing. The new vibrations are what can heal the old ones, but it's up to us to align with them. And that's challenging when dissonance is what manifests in our experience. When we're living old pains and old stories. They become the more real for us. So turning within to anchor into that place of inner peace and stillness, where we are reading 'God Consciousness' as it translates itself within us, taking our direction from within, rather than looking to be guided by what's going on around us - this helps us slow our footsteps down and walk through the chaos to safety.

Every full moon a gateway to source opens in our human blueprints and new energy flows down certain pathways, opening us to receive gifts from our Divine templates. This full moon, the gateways are opening in our heart and root and new flows between these centres are activating divine templates connected with how we allow ourselves to be physically supported. We're asked to open our hearts to dissolve the old stories and welcome in the unexpected new energies.
We can meet these new energies as vibrations and trust them to bring us what's for us. The theme this lunar gateway is on security, stability and love and we're being called to trust in our inner masculine or inner feminine - whichever we feel has been less strong for us in the area of stability, security and money. Is it taking action that's always let us down in this area, or is it more our character - who we think we are, or what we think we should be doing. These ideas about ourselves are up for renewal now, being called home, beyond their old duality paradigm into unity. And rather than being asked to focus on the inner work we have to do, unpicking our perceived faults around this, we have a more challenging task, should we choose to accept it.
We are being asked, encouraged and supported to welcome the frequencies of unconditional love - flowing into our roots, from our hearts, bringing new templates for healed archetypes in our root chakra, helping us be more physically supported, by updating how we're encoded for it. For example, our outlook and action when it comes to financing ourselves. That's the most obvious example of an area that's likely to be affected, but it's not limited to that. How were physically supported in our worlds can look like many different things.
But what unlocks us, is allowing the heart resonances vibrating in our collective field now to open us more intimately, more vulnerably to love. Our dreams are taking care of our old stories and they're leaving in the background, if we let them. This lunar phase, these are the main themes at play in the continuing story of the our evolving human blueprint - our continued awakening and ascension into unity consciousness.

Half moon gateways give us the chance to make a choice. Which direction do we want to face, what side are we coming down on. What if we're not taking sides. This half moon gateway, we're invited to choose the frequencies we want to resonate with, joy and excitement or... Whatever else is in us. And we're invited to ask ourselves what energy are we running. To ask am I at war? Or to ask What am I for? Are we siding with what's leaving, with the destruction of the old. Or are we facing the creating of the new.
There are super expansive energies flooding the body-circuitry, energising us for creativity and action. Positively encouraging us to combine our highest creative intentions with energised actions. To walk and exercise and dance, with our attention on our creative intention. We're the master cocreators within the new earth. What visions are we holding for the world. Where do they come from. Are they birthing in our love of beauty, our excitement and our inspiration? Are we energising them with joy?
All energies are potentially available to us right now and we can choose what energies to run as well as what to place in our awareness. Whatever we focus on, we're going to be energising in an amplified way.
The energies we're physically running and the visions and intentions we're actively holding play a huge part right now in what we're collectively creating. So what are we for? What excites us the most? What are we doing to DO this year, this month, this week and this day towards that.
As we welcome the emerging divine templates that continue to restore our Divine masculine qualities, we get to embody these qualities are energetically - in all sense of the word - because these qualities are now running as energies in our bodies - this is the invitation; there's an activation in our collective field of body consciousness.
So how are we going to welcome, run with, dance with, move with and celebrate these energies? It's a great time for activities of all kinds. And what's running in our hearts and minds while we energise ourselves with activity is going to have a huge effect on how supported we are going forward with our plans, dreams, careers and creations. The divine masculine entering the collective fields supports the essence of who we truly are (divine feminine) to take shape and have form in the world. By helping to build the safe container - the structures - that give right shape to our creations.
It means as we create from the truth of who we are, we're energising that truth to take shape in the world as achievements, outcomes and realised goals.
And we could be welcoming in the structure that physically supports us - not fighting the structure that physically constricts us.
But it's a choice. Aligning with the new won't stop the old from leaving. There'll always be someone else to pick up the fight when we've healed the way inside ourselves.
Aligning with the new will give us the energy to be present and active with our creations, innovations and to act on this year's highest creative inspirations

This new moon the gateway opens in our natural human blueprints to support our future manifestations by bringing polarity into oneness - we are here and we are in the future and there's no distance in the now as seeming opposites come together to exist in one place, one time and that time is now. A transcending of duality stories in the futures we're manifesting in our careers, our relationships and our geographical location.
Also present this gateway are more endings in the story of the separation between the personal and the divine self, the inner masculine and the inner feminine, the one who wants to be somewhere, doing something with someone and the one who already is.
These future vibrations are opening in our fields. And it's a physical energetic activation at this time. There's a clearing out of of tightness connected to old stories as they're held in the fascia, so that we can vibrate with the realities we're manifesting at that level of density in our physical fields of consciousness as we keep vibrating with our truth further and deeper in our bodies and our physical universes.
There's an emphasis on allowing the higher mind to take over from the small mind - the over-burdened mind, in the area of practicalities, logistics and planning. To show a higher way of planning, sequencing and directing our logistical activities than we may have been up til now. This 'take-over' by the higher mind is a theme for the year and each new moon gateway will offer support in different areas of this dissolution of the disconnected mind as it is replaced by the mind awakening to Oneness, connectedness and a state of operating in the physical world and daily life now and more from that place of higher functionality.
In these updates we're focusing on the collective shifts we're supported in through the major lunar gateways of this year in the story of our evolution, ascension and awakening. Each lunar gateway opens us to to divine templates in our natural human blueprint. These help us integrate the encodements that support the embodied remembering of who we are beyond the stories of ourselves. So we can allow more and more of who we're not to dissolve along with our sense of separation.

With the reset in physical consciousness opening us to Oneness Awareness in the body, we're accessing hidden templates and buried gifts that come from vibrating in harmony within our physical world. This triggers the recall of ancient rememberings as we open to the tremendously expanded range and quantity of information that reaches us from the physical landscape we're a connected part of. Collectively, human consciousness is being supported to open up our long lost ability to take unconscious readings at a level of consciousness that's been closed to us for so long. With practise and not just predisposition we can take those readings from our physical landscape more and more consciously, reconnecting with gifts that have long been thought to belong to the realm of the supernatural and the gifted few.
At this time, the awakening in our natural human blueprints of this ability to read our extended physical landscape is like a whisper of what's to come. Like Flower petals unfolding in our Divine Blueprints reminding us of what we can remember when we're divinely aligned.

For those of us who can't physically be with our loved ones this Christmas, there can be a sacred purpose to this, if we work with it this way.
We are in a process of bringing divine mind to the story of our ascension and mastery of cocreating our reality in New earth vibrations. If we look for external confirmation of this we may find it, but if we turn within, we can't miss it.
Turning within this Christmas, findig that space to align with the truth of ourselves, there are gifts to be received that can help remind us we are manifesting our future from the truth of who we are, we are being healed, cleared and lifted beyond what we're not and the light of our inner masculine qualities are being brought through to transform how we're cocreating our external realities.
Dropping into this awareness doesn't change what is going on outside of us or stop those things that are happening that we are not happy about. But it helps us free ourselves, lift our responses and find that spaciousness ever we are embodying our Sovereignty and finding our way through.

An energy update & channeling in preparation for the new moon gateway on Thursday of this week, which opens a portal to source on our human blueprints, giving us access to profound inner resources in the areas connected with our solar centre and their expression through action in our external lives.
As we get ready to anchor ourselves to new depths in our determination to do what we believe in and what we've committed to, we're in the process of strengthening our foundations, so the towers we build for our dreams and intentions to be fulfilled have a solid structure. And we can be clear on how to act and what to do, to follow through on our highest and whollest intentions.
Resting in the embrace of our grounded, earthy deeps and allowing ourselves to drop deep into resonance with mama Gaia can put our animal bodies in touch with a primaeval state that can support us during this rebirthing. And which can help our foundations stay strong and help us to stay centered while we're lifting to greater heights and more focused action. We get to inspire ourselves now, with more of what we need to do, to follow through on our heart's deepest dreaming and the intentions it's given rise to in us.
Part of that is keeping the faith that what we know we're here to create has a place in a world that's already birthed itself into newness. We might not yet see how. But we're asked to hold that focus of imagining the world we want to see and imagining ourselves in it. Because it does exist and that imagining places us more firmly in it, making it easier for our obstacles to lose their substance and for what's energising us, supporting us and inspiring us to get through and be heard.
There's gifts emerging from our divine blueprints within our solar centre, dissolving the distance between our inner and outer worlds - aligning those worlds by helping us receive the charged energy coming from the sun. And we're receiving this both internally and externally. Life energies are gifting us now the clarity, impetus, direction, focus and drive that helps us take the actions necessary to strengthen the foundations for our dreams to be manifested.
Choosing to vibrate with unconditional joy can help us be with any constrictive energies - especially emotional energies - as they rise up to clear.
Even though at times our most challenging frustrations may seem larger than life over coming weeks, that's only so we can see them for what they are - old stories of who we used to be but aren't any more. And when we see them like this is easier to let them leave.
It can help to know we'll be diving deep to heal the hidden so we can align with strong foundations that support us to reach a new height in our creative productivity.

Guides of Unconditionally Loving energy bring through support and insight into the story of now in our collective evolution.

As we go through the gateway and enter the pause it's time to let go of worrying about the inner work we need to do and relax into being with how we're feeling inside. Taking the time to be in beingness and listen to our bodies, meeting the sensations that arise with loving compassion and the awareness that old energy structures are being dissolved into a new flow in us.
A new body-flow of divine Shiva energy is integrating and pushing up constrictions in our energy field that we're likely to be feeling physically. Staying out of rush, push our forceful energy can help us have an easier time of it.
And listening to how our bodies want to move. Not worrying about those aches or pains but bringing loving awareness to how we're feeling.
Why this is so physical is that the reset in consciousness is moving through the physical dimensions. We're still meeting what's moving as energy but more likely to be feeling things physically.
What's been being realigned in us since the last new moon and the full moon equinox culmination is how we show up in service. Taking us back 22 years to old ways of rescuing others or ourselves in crises and having a full moon cycle to find out why and where and how we can't be of service the way we used to. We can't push our bodies our of alignment and come out of centre to be of help and fulfill our purpose.
That's because we're not needing to do that any more. Stories from old traumas and crisis events from earlier in our timeline have been surfacing so that those trapped frequencies can vibrate their way out of our fields. When they do our system stops receiving the information that reality is the way it used to be. And we're free to show up and be of service in a whole new way.
A way that allows us to be in enjoyment, follow our excitement and trust our impulses.
Our bodies are not to be the site of suffering in the name of doing what needs to be done. And the baggage we carried from that was so great for most of us, it wasn't going to fit through the gateway we've just been through.
So if you've had a difficult month, it should get kinder, calmer and easier from here.
Here's to choosing what we're letting go of, aligning in our centres, embracing the mystery of not knowing what's next..
Turning within for the answers, they can come to us in life when we least expecting.
Death, surrender and rebirth are big themes now and when we touch the energy of celebration we can be put in touch with the grace potential in the moment.
The realms supporting us at this time are both the realms of the earth devas and the cherubim - our friends who help us receive the divine gifts and interventions. Acknowledging and thanking them opens the doorways for more support.
We can suspect the earth devas are with us when we find ourselves encountering unusual, enchanting and out of place beings - especially from from the insect world.
My recent visitors have been dragonflies and praying mantis - turning up in special moments and acting oddly :)
A friend had an iguana make a friend of him. I've seen photos from people of bright green and beautiful butterflies and insects I didn't know existed.

Crises manifest to help trauma vibrate out of our collective and individual fields. And to invoke compassion - the divine resonance that can help lift ourselves and others beyond the out of these crises and bring healing to the collective picture.
This doesn't make what's happening ok. It doesn't suggest we would turn a blind eye. But that in opening our hearts to the compassion these events trigger in in we help others and ourselves more than we might think.
The reset in consciousness is active in the planes of physical existence and the last new moon was an initiatory gateway to new archetypal father energies, emerging and triggering the release of the old. Calling us back to revisit conditions from 20 odd years ago and clarify how we show to to help when there are crises. If you find yourself feeling guilty because you're not doing more than is in alignment for you, the gift and opportunity is to value how you're serving now and let go of the part of you that feels it needs to compromise it's boundaries in order to be supportive on an emergency or when help is needed.
The invitation is to ask if that part - that would go over it's own boundaries and jeopardise itself to help - is it coming from a place of trauma? Because that's what is wanting to vibrate out of our collective and individual fields right now.

Beloveds, you are opening the fourth of the four gateways in the heart. This gateway takes you home to Source in the realm of your creations. In how you are co-creating within the world. Not because there aren’t enough of them for all of you to Do, from who you Are and bring in what you're For. But that in recognising that you are gifted, from an infinite, sustainable supply, a divine response is elicited in those moments when you can appreciate that. A response in you of honouring. Of gratitude. These are not human qualities of honouring and gratitude laden with associations of subordination and confusion. We would like to strip away all of that mud that sits upon ideas of honouring and gratitude - as they have become muddied.

These are qualities that resonate in your fields. They’re frequencies that generate a resonance in you when you touch upon the essence of them. When those qualities arise spontaneously in you. In recognition of something sacred. And those qualities, those frequencies generate a resonance which puts you in touch with the harmonic resonance of the resources from which you are receiving. The resources of the planet. Whether you are eating food or using materials or buying something in a shop, it really does not matter. everything you touch has grown and evolved within the planet. Everything you bring into your life to use, to consume, to create with, it has evolved within the planet.

Whenever you lightly touch the awareness that you have been gifted this, that divine resonance of honouring, of gratitude arises within your fields and becomes part of the interchange - the energetic exchange, which is to say the exchange in consciousness. A sustainable relationship of giving and receiving. For the more gratitude there is resonant within your field, the more permission there is for an inflow from whatever reSources you are receiving, from whatever direction. Essentially this

Experiences in our physical reality have their origin in scripts encoded into our DNA. Encodements in our human blueprint govern more than our physical characteristics. There are instructions relating to every facet of outer realised human experience. When we own our responses to what we're experiencing, we can deepen our relationship with our on-site intelligence to 'get the gift' from our current experience and 'change the script'. So that we next time what we manifest for ourselves to live through is updated, renewed: not the same version we created for ourselves the last time.
Consciously doing the inner work deepens our embodiment of Sovereignty. Talking response-ability puts us in conscious command of how we're creating our own reality-experience. We can liberate ourselves from core and repeating patterns in this way. And we can change our reality from the inside out. Doing the inner work can change our outer reality.
This has been my practice now for years and there's nothing like having co-mentors, friends and associates to support ourselves to keep compassionately reclaiming our remembering that we're the master co-creators of our own reality.
This doesn't mean we blame ourselves for what we experience and as insult to injury. But that we respond compassionately to ourselves and others and support ourselves to find ways to lovingly change the reality scripts we're writing.

With awareness and intention we can requalify the activity of misaligned emfs as they enter our field. Through practise and repetition we can attune our fields to effortlessly requalify toxic energy as it enters our domain.
Until we consciously do this, we might find ourselves affected by dissonant frequencies in our energy environment. Some of us more than others. But knowing that we don't need to depend on external solutions to what is often considered an external threat, we can claim our energy Sovereignty and recalibrate ourselves for protection and healthy renewal by consciously charging our fields and energy boundaries. In the same way that we take care of interpersonal boundaries of all kinds. Energy is consciousness and we have domain over our own subjective experience of our reality.

Message from the Water Dragons at Lanjaron.
Visiting the Moorish Castle ruins on the new moon solar eclipse, with a friend who also connects with the rock beings, we turned to face the water dragon who flanks the castle on the western side. As we recognised her, she began to speak on the benefits of acknowledging the beings we see in the rocks.

A lunar eclipse with more prefixes than we can say in flow - a super blood flower full moon eclipse in sagittarius. Here's some tips on aligning with the energies, which are still in full flow, along with a meditation map for staying in alignment in the following days.
There's a hug amount to receive. With increased solar flare activity coinciding with this very special portal opening, it's not just about throwing away the old but receiving what dissolves that old in the fluid golden light of the new.
“It is the light that encourages the flower to open it’s petals”
The invitation today and in the following days is to drop lightly and softly into beingness.
In beingness, we receive.
In softness, we receive softly, the light of the sun. As solar rays intensify we’rev invited to receive the sun’s warmth as a soft radiance, rather than harsh blasts.
The rose opens its petals to the sun when it’s nourished by the rich earth and drenched in water.
And so we’re encouraged to spend time in nature today, to keep ourselves drenched in water and to turn the attention inwards. Where, in our centres, we open to receive from within, resting attention lightly in the centre point of our hearts – our own point of equilibrium – which balances the rhythms and patterns in us, harmonising then and bringing us into alignment with the rhythms and patterns of the cosmos.
It is the rhythms and patterns we are celebrating now, as the moon swings closest to earth in its trajectory. And in the rhythms in the energies of our natural human blueprint, whenever those energies swing to the centre or furthermost point in the arc of their flower-petal trajectory, they pass through a sacred centre.
All sacred centres, at times like this, open to source to source for an inflow of divine remembering of our oneness. And all there is for us, all the activational light codes flowing in from source, can flow in from within and align with us elegantly and effortlessly when we bring our attention to our hearts and centres, to stillness, to spaciousness. For a moment.
In this way we can open to receive the intensity of today’s energies in softness. And tomorrow we will look at the gifts that have landed with us today.

A channeling on our closeness to our Galactic guides and friends and on the councils of light we're a part of at the moment - for those of us having sleepless nights right now and wondering why.
In the last 2 days I've spoken with so many people, including myself, having very interrupted nights at the moment and not knowing why. I've been more aware than normal of the presence of my guides and 'star family' and also had the sense that we're all very busy. That there are meetings and councils of light convening in the higher dimensions, which many of us are unconsciously taking part in, while humanity is invited to make decisions and choices about where we go next and how we get there during this next unscripted phase of our collective evolution.

I was asked what is the akash and what is is akashic blueprint work. It's so exciting when questions like this get asked. When we find ourselves experiencing a situation we don't want, we can reach outwards and try to change other people and external circumstances that are beyond our control. When that doesn't work it's not necessarily because life wants us to suffer. But that a deep part of ourselves may be reaching out to us, wanting us to reclaim our sacred domain for sovereign creatorship.
Be Aware - as this is a transmission on self healing and internal processing, it may trigger strong responses in us for us to work with. The recommendation is to follow the guidelines below to create safe space within yourself for this to happen in a held way.
Strong Suggestion; engaging our inner listener.
This is a transmission. There's more encoded into this broadcast than the information contained in its words. To get the most from this as well as engaging our filters so we receive what's for us and what's not can pass us by, we can engage the inner listener. This way we listen with awareness in a safe, held way.
The way I do this is:
I use my intention to bring my attention inwards, into my centre and focussed on the sensation of breath in the body and on the sensation of the body as a whole.
This somatic state listening engages our 'inner listener' - the innate intelligence that filters out what's not for us and let's us register our response to what we're hearing, physically feeling whether we're in resonance with what's being transmitted.

Our relationship to the still point in ourselves defines the rhythms and patterns of our movements, our frequencies and whether we're generating resonance or dissonance. There's a collective healing happening now in the field of human consciousness, helping old energies clear to make way for new ones to emerge. If you're feeling a lot move around the heart and emotions, you're not alone. The suggestion is to be with the emotions as they arise, allow them to take up space and express, but detach them from meaning, from other people and from stories, so they can lift and change shape as they move through us.
We’re being called to consciously come home to our hearts and open the resonance of compassion in our fields to help dissolve the energies of conflict that are emerging in the collective. There are major events on the way and by being authentic and present with whatever is in our hearts, now, we are helping change the shape of things to come.
When we open the resonance of compassion in our fields, we dissolve the wounds of past conflicts and heal ourselves of future ones.

To listen to a channeling, it's recommended that you take a moment to relax, close the eyes if you can and bring the attention inwards, to notice the sensation of breath in the body and the sensation of the body as a whole. This way we notice how we feel while we listen rather than analysing the words with the mind. And we safely receive a lot more of what's for us.
