The Soul Work: a philosophical truth to the importance to be ones true self you must be, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthy. My overall goal is to raise Black consciousness to the severity of living in peacefulness and mindfulness, with everyone and everything they encounter of the soul. This podcast will delve deep into topics that we as individuals need to be in consistent conversation about, surrounding the Black language of queen and king, undressing the truth of how important it is to be a race of Individuals conscious, of our souls & the ties it makes as we live.
