Our last message in the don't be fooled series. Today we look at the story of Paul and Silas in prison and just who is fooling who?
The bible is full of heroes, villians, wisemen, Kings, Queens, thieves and passionate speakers. Though there is another group inside its pages, fools. These are the people that thought they knew better than apostles and tried to trick them, buy the name of the Lord from them, or simply copy them without understanding where their gifts come from. These fools can be wonderful teachers in our walk with God. So join us as we take a look at biblical foolery and learn how to avoid it.

We often are confused by why someone gets baptised or what it really means. What does it stand for
All roads lead somewhere, but are they where we want to go? Only one path leads to life eternal. It all starts with water.
Engage, the last step of the in the series. Its also the hardest one, though what does it mean to engage?
Observe. often we think of the idea of observing meaning simply to watch. To observe is to be a witness. Though to observe is to also be respectful. We observe holidays, laws, special moments. We observe these events out of respect and love. So what about observing people?
Love, its more than just a 4 letter word we tell each other. It actually stands for something. Listen, Observe, Value, Engage.
Listening, the core foundation of any relationship.
Thyatira, its a fun word to say. Thy-at-i-ra. See fun. Though the message for this church is not one to laugh at. It's serious issue, and one that has a lesson for us today.
Often when something new begins something old has to end. It can leave us feeling confused or even sadden. Though sometimes those chances are for the best. The new is a chance at adventure, at starting over.
Today Cora brings the message and shares with us the question, are we making room for Jesus?
The Christmas season, Advent, can be a hectic time. People wanting to have the perfect everything. Perfect shoes, dress, card, turkey, house, party, tree, gift. Thus it can be easy to lose sight of what is really important. We spend so much time trying to fit everything in that we can miss what truly matters.
Note the recording dropped that last bit of the sermon. I pointed out that we need to show Christs love to world, make room for those that are in need because its how we make room for Jesus
Today we take a moment to pray and celebrate the fisherman and the work they do for the comunity and their families. Also those that go and make the boats and keep them afloat.
Everyone has a gift, a talent that sets them apart. Sometimes people will try to tell us that we need to change to fit in. Though we need to rejoice in the gifts we have.
Today we celebrate with singer Sterling Stevens. So sit back and enjoy this powerful ministry through song and testimony.
Marriage, Birthdays, War, remembering a loved one. There is always a reason if we look to celebrate.
We've talked about the lion that devours, but the bible mentions 2 lions. Now we look at the lion that has all the power.
Greatest trick the devil ever played was convincing the world he is not a threat. Second is convincing the world he is not where he is.
We've often heard that which we can't see can hurt us. Though that is a dangerous idea.

1 Peter 5:8 makes it very clear the devil is like a lion. Though this lion is not the same as the Lionof Judah. No this lion is one looking for someone to devour.
