Hey guys!

So we're aware that our last few eps have been a bit heavy...so this episode is a little more lighthearted. We didn't really have a plan for this one so it was just more of a catch up and an opportunity to get to know each other a lil more. Beth shares how she's now a personal trainer and gives us tips on nutrition and fitness (just what we want to make us feel lazy lol!) Ros asks all the important questions like skincare routine and celeb crushes! Think 90's girl talk magazines but podcast version - oh the nostalgia!

Follow us on Instagram for all @biggirlsdontcrypodcast content!

Hope you enjoy the episode!

Hi darlings!!

Today we are talking about 'the big C' aka Cancer. We don't know a single soul who hasn't been affected by cancer in one way or another, so we want to talk about some of the side effects that we don't often hear about! When our parents were diagnosed, we were so blissfully unaware of the traumatic rollercoaster that was about to happen during the course of their treatment.

We will go through the journey of how we initially found out diagnosis and our experiences with our parents' changing behaviours and physical appearances throughout the journey. Ros opens up about how medication made her dad verbally aggressive and Beth tells us how steroids made her mum act out of character at her school event and how the medication even convinced her mum that her husband was trying to kill her!

We hope this episode sheds some light on the sort of thing you may experience during dealing with cancer, because we had no idea or nobody to prepare us for this journey!

As always, all our love,

Beth and Ros x
