If you are trying to make is easy and sell to family or friends that is a great and I commend you for that. If your looking to maximize your equity In the home Its Important to understand the numbers and facts. Omaha 2020 Results are in Average house listed FSBO sold for 218,000 average house sold by agent 243,000!! I’m Not saying you will net 12k more on every example but if you goal is to maximize your equity It is in your best interest to use and agent.
