John 8:31-31

If you abide in My Word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free.

This is God’s promise for His people. It doesn’t mean you will be free in one day. It’s a process. As you abide in God’s word, and you embrace His truth in your heart, the truth of God will set you free. The truth of His love for you, the truth of His power, the truth that you are more than a conqueror, the truth that He has a plan and purpose for your lives. When you embrace all of the truths of his promises for you, it will change you. Let's not walk around in fear and defeat, but walk in boldness and victory. It’s time for the weak to rise and know the truth of the power of God. Let us be the people God has called us to be.

It's time to walk in truth and be free.

In "Can Jesus Come Back To America?", our general overseer, Pastor Carter Conlon, follows Luke 8:26-40, the story of the demon-possessed man, and how Christ saved him out of the darkness that was in him.

We have a choice to make. We can walk toward the voice of God, or we can draw back into our reasoning, which will always lead us into unbelief. When we put human reason with the leading of God quite often, it causes our heart to believe what's set before us is impossible and can not be done. We can either obey the reasoning of our heart, or we can obey the voice of God. If God is speaking to you, don't harden your heart against Him. Don't miss out on the promises of God or hinder Him from using you in a mighty way for His glory. Stand up and move toward the voice of God and walk away from your reasoning, and watch what God will do in and through your life.

For us to know if we are living in the last days, there must be a witness not only in the current events of our day but there has to be a witness in scripture. As we see our social climate declining and the scriptures being fulfilled, we can see Jesus’ return is near. We may not know when he will return exactly, but when we align the scriptures with our current events, we can see we are living in the last days. We need to be aware of the times we are living in. We need to be diligent in our walk with Christ and lead as many people as possible to our Savior, Jesus Christ. Our reason on the earth is to testify about what Christ did on the cross. We don’t have to be afraid of the decline in our society. We need to ask God for a fresh baptism of the Holy Spirit and allow God to work in and through us to be a witness to those who are lost. It’s not time to coward back in fear. It’s time to rise and be a part of God’s end-time army.

God has given humanity an incredible promise of a new and abundant life through Jesus Christ. However, the problem is many people try to hang on to parts of their old life before they came to Christ. Many people don’t get the victory because they don’t let go of the old way of doing things. They still enjoy their old comforts. It’s time to throw away the old pattern of life and embrace the promises of God and the abundant life that He offers.

Are you feeling hopeless or depressed? Do you feel like darkness and death surround you, and you don’t know how to make it through tomorrow? Can I encourage you to invite Jesus to your funeral? There are several accounts of Jesus wrecking funerals because he would always raise the dead. If you want your funeral to be destroyed, invite Jesus to your funeral and watch Him raise you up.

If I’ve been raised from the dead by the Spirit of God, as the Bible says I am, what is my life supposed to look like? How does God manifest His glory through a risen life in Him? You might be surprised and pleased to find out what that really looks like. There’s a treasure of this topic revealed in scripture that will cause you to shout for joy. I promise you that.

In “City Lepers”, our General Overseer, Pastor Carter Conlon, preaches out of 2 Kings 7 on when the four lepers entered the Syrian city, and shows us how we must be a city on a hill for the lost and hurting everywhere we go.

We are on the edge of experiencing a supernatural visitation of God. Christ is returning, and before he returns, he will gather everyone who can still hear his voice, repent, make all crooked paths of sin straight and prepare the way of the Lord. He is coming to do things that only God can do.

There are mountains of incredible evil that are taking over our nation and the world. There are mountains of lawlessness, violence, hatred, division, confusion, and unbelief that needs to be removed, and the only way they can be removed is by the power of the Holy Spirit giving us a fresh anointing. There is a kind of faith we have seen throughout the scriptures that moves mountains. We need the mountain-moving faith anointing to stand against the evil trying to swallow up this generation. It’s time we start asking God for bigger things than our own needs and become mountain-moving Christians.

There is a tender voice of God going throughout the earth. He’s calling those who can still hear him.

If you can hear His voice, don’t harden your heart. When you come to Christ, He will give you a new song and joy. He will walk with you through your trials and difficulties, and there will be a shout of victory in your heart.

We are living in the last days. Christ is coming soon. It’s time to get your heart right with God. He will make a way for you during this season. Confess your sins, open your heart to Jesus, and you’ll have the victory.

We live in a time when society is unraveling all around us. It’s a season where evil is becoming good and good is becoming evil. The Bible says that people’s lawlessness and iniquity will get to a place where many of God’s people’s love will grow cold. We need sovereign help to stay engaged with the work of God, which is reaching those who are lost. It’s time to pray that simple yet powerful prayer, Jesus, help me.

We are living in a generation that’s unraveling before our very eyes. Our society is spiraling down very quickly. It’s shocking to see what has happened to America in the last couple of years. Things are happening that we never thought would ever happen. We seem to be spinning into confusion and in morality. Our country seems to be imploding, and the only hope for our nation is a supernatural awakening. And the only hope for a spiritual awakening comes through men and women of God who the Holy Spirit gets ahold of, and we reclaim the mind of Christ.

We are living in obviously perilous times now, times we have been warned about for 35 years from this particular congregation. I wish I could say things in the world will get better. I don’t think so. It’s going to get more difficult, according to the word of God. Deceptions will get deeper, wars will go farther, and there will be famines and pestilences, and earthquakes, as Jesus said. But he also said this word would be preached in all the world before he comes. God is a God of justice, but he is also a God of mercy. Can God speak to you? Can God move you from where you are today and take you to where he wants you to go? Can he move your heart to where you are destined to be, so it brings glory to His name?

View Details

Before Jesus returns, he speaks of a time of wars in the world, where kingdom raises up against kingdom. He said there are going to be famines as a result of this. There are going to be diseases that sweep over the entire world. And everything around us that we trusted in will be shaken. People will simply grow weary.

But, Jesus promises to give each of us endurance. Not a human endurance but supernatural power is given by the Holy Spirit for these very days.

Jesus said - in this season this Gospel will be preached in all the world as a witness to all nations, and then, the end will come.

The question is how will we preach the gospel?

Join me as I share a word for today, a Word of hope and promise, for the days we are facing today and in the future.

When you give your life to Jesus Christ, God gives you the Holy Spirit, and you obtain his power which causes you to make the power of darkness tremble. The enemy will lie to you and point out your flaws and failures and ultimately hinder you because you have bought into the lies that you have no power. James chapter 2 verse 19 says, “You believe that there is one God you do well. Even demons believe and tremble.” The enemy knows the power within you and will do everything to convince you that you don’t have the power to overcome. Remember, the power of the Holy Spirit is within you and goes with you everywhere you go. It’s time to bring that power into your battles. It’s time we use that power to shake the powers of hell.

In the midst of everything Paul the Apostle went through, he learned that he could do all things through Christ, who gave him strength. He learned the secrets of being content in all circumstances. Fear lost its grip on him. Are you battling with fear? Are you overwhelmed with fear of the times we live in and are worried about what’s to come? Don’t allow fear to govern you. You don’t have to fear the unknown because God will be with you every step of the way. He will see that the calling upon your life is accomplished for His glory. God will give you the strength to accomplish what He calls you to do. Do not be afraid, and go where God is asking you to go and do what He is calling you to do.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.

You don’t have to be afraid of the calling upon your life. Believe God for everything He has called you to be and do for His kingdom. God doesn’t call the equipped. He equips the call. Continue to believe Him to work in and through your life. Allow God to use you in this generation to be a mountain mover. God has a specific plan for you, and you don’t have to be afraid of that plan. Remember, the Bible says we can do ALL things through Christ, who gives us strength. It doesn’t say somethings; it says all things. Don’t be afraid and say yes to the plan of God for your life.

When you give your heart to Christ, the Lord touches your heart, and there is a gifting of His spirit that comes into your life. You are given a divine purpose. When we look at the calling of God over our life, we begin to look at ourselves and how we fall so short of the ability to do what He is calling us to do. In 2 Timothy 1:6-7, it says, "Therefore I remind you to stir up the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." God will give you the giftings you need through the power of the Holy Spirit to accomplish what He is calling you to do. So don't fear, but trust the Lord who is able to equip you with everything you need for the call.

Mark 11:22-26, "So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore, I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. “And whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your trespasses.” Jesus gives us an incredible promise in Mark chapter 11; however, the power and authority we receive is on the foundation stone of forgiveness. If we want authority to move mountains, we must forgive.

In the last days, sinners are going to become bold in their sinning. They are going to rise against the word of God and declare their sin publicly. They are going to take pride in their sin. They will stand against everything Holy and will do it on the side of virtue. Does that sound familiar? That's what we are currently seeing in the world today. It's time the people of God become bold. As believers, we know there is only one righteousness. There is only one truth, and the only way we can be saved is by the sacrifice Christ did on the cross for our sin. In these last days, we must bring glory to God on the earth, so many might know there is only one way to heaven, and that is through Jesus Christ.

God did not send His son Jesus for the righteous; Jesus came down for the sinners. He didn’t come down for the strong; He came down for those who know they need a Savior. God sent His Holy Spirit so that He can dwell inside of us. He’s not offended by our failures, weaknesses, or struggles. He came down for the weakest.

The Bible clearly describes what’s good and what’s evil. As a nation, we have removed those boundaries and now what is good is evil and what is evil is good. There is a callous disregard for human life, especially for innocent babies in the womb. Fathers have a band in the God-given roles in our country. We need to pray for a deep sorrow and a spiritual awakening in our country. Fathers need to humble themselves and turn back to God and take the role God designed them for. We need deep repentance in front of a Holy God.

A lot of people have an impression of what would make them happy. However, no matter what impression they might have the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 2:9, As it is written: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” God has something unique for you, and only He can do it through your life. Trust God with the plans He has for you.

What is causing you to fear? At some point, we have to make a conscious decision to trust God and not be afraid of what others or circumstances can do to us. Fear comes into our lives when we look at our calling and see its enormity, and dismay comes when we see the lack of resources we have within us to succeed. The Bible tells us not to fear or be dismayed because although we are ordinary people, an extraordinary God is living inside us. Faith looks away from the enemy and self and grabs hold of God and His promises. The devil says you cannot, but God says you can! The devil says you can only go this far, but God says, “If you put your trust in me, there is no limit to what I can do in your life.” The righteous are as bold as a lion!

There is a false revival on the rise. It is the rise of the angry watchman who will cast stones at those who have gone astray from the Lord. This false revival consists of ministers who have led people away from the truth through legalism and misguided prosperity gospel. They will forbid and command prodigals not to come into the presence of God until they work their way back into His favor through human effort and religion. We must not remove the veil from the bride of Christ. We have a righteousness that can not be taken away from us because Jesus is our veil.

Some Christians are called to be the only representative of Jesus Christ in their family, schools, community, or career. They go through seasons of loneliness and hardships and try to be faithful when difficulties, opposition, and loneliness come. And they know that the only way they can continue being the only gospel light in the position they are called to be is if the Holy Spirit empowers them to do so. If God has sent you to this place in your family, community, or in your career, you are sent to this place to represent Jesus Christ, and He will sustain you. If God has appointed you to this difficult place, He will anoint you to be an ambassador of an incredible kingdom. You are called to be a frontline worker for God and He will equip you. Trust Him to empower you to stand and be a light in the midst of darkness.

Have you ever wondered how the joy of the Lord can be your strength in times of difficulties, depression, failure, and hopelessness? Some people might read that passage in scripture and wonder if they have to pretend to have joy, and they never come to understand how it can be possible. It becomes possible when you realize how much God loves you and how it brings Him joy to bring you into right standing before Him. It gives him joy to heal you, to restore you, to set you free. When you understand it brings him joy to do these things for you, it will encourage your heart. It's first God's joy, and then it becomes yours. Rejoice in knowing how delighted the Lord is to set you free and allow it to strengthen you today.

Acts 14:8-10 8 And in Lystra, a certain man without strength in his feet was sitting, a cripple from his mother’s womb, who had never walked. 9 This man heard Paul speaking. Paul, observing him intently and seeing that he had faith to be healed, 10 said with a loud voice, “Stand up straight on your feet!” And he leaped and walked. Just like the lame man in Acts chapter 14, many people need a miracle. You might be addicted, depressed, in a bad relationship, battling financial difficulties, sick, or can't escape self-loathing. Can I encourage you to have faith like the man from Lystra who was healed? God is still in the business of performing miracles. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Believe for a miracle.

If those who plotted to kill all the Jewish people during the book of Esther had been successful, then we can conclude that the temple wouldn’t have been rebuilt. Jewish history would have been different. It would have affected all of history. We give Esther the marquee in the whole story because she was the queen, she prayed, she fasted, and she petitioned the king. However, another hero in the story is her uncle Mordecai. He was a man who began to intercede, and it proves to us once again that the holy desperation of one person can change both the future and change history. It will be through God that we find victory. Jesus came to the point in His journey where He had done all He could do on the earth on the cross, and now it was up to God to raise Him from the dead. Jesus committed His spirit into God’s hands, and God raised Him from the dead, fulfilling His part of the covenant. In the same manner, as we pick up our cross and take this journey with God, we cannot fulfill what He has called us to do without Him. If we are going to be victorious in this life, it will be through God that we find victory. Trust God to fulfill His promises over your life.

When we get to this place that Moses was in, this place that the apostle Paul found when he said, “when I'm weak then I'm strong”, he was not just not filling words on a page to write in scripture, he understood something that we lost in our generation of constantly building up the natural man. In America in particular, we've spent all of this time building ourselves up, just to go out and fail and leave our nation in bankruptcy, when in reality, the power of God is found when we finally get to the end of ourselves..... the end of ourselves is the beginning of God. It's time for the weak, the drug addict, the drunk, the depressed, the single mom, it's time for those who feel hopeless, it’s time for you to rise up in the power and strength of your God, and be a voice for God, and be a testimony for God. It is not about your success and is not about your failure.... it is Christ in you, the Hope of Glory.... not bringing a message about Christ, but Christ getting his message through you... through a surrendered vessel.
