THE AUTHENTIC WALK: Recent Episodes

Rev. Karen Gaithers

There's an authenticity of the Gospel message that Jesus taught and lived out. This model is to be the believer's spiritual pursuit as well. Is this truly what we see in the body of Christ today? Why is there an acceptance for compromise and so much mis-messaging with such a central message? Can there be true unity and spiritual consistency within the Bride and body of Christ and if so, what does it look like, sound like and how do we get there?Well, on this podcast we're getting back to the basics! We're talking about discipleship foundations in its purest and most authentic form. We're talking about a lifestyle and spiritual identity that fully aligns with the word of God. How to have a Pride and Prejudice for true Christianity and for the sake of God's purpose, presence and power to be genuinely realized in our walk of faith. We're exploring the discipleship foundations and kingdom keys that truly establishes our faith in Christ through the power of God. Hi I'm Karen Gaithers and I would love for you to join me and my guest co-hosts to talk about an "Authentic Walk of Faith!" Real Christian living is essentially the word of God becoming ABLAZED in our lives! So, what's our goal? We're simply going to ignite some FIRES! Lol! Most of my podcasts series follow a literary content so you may want to get your own book to journey along with us! Thanks for joining us!❤Learn more about Karen:Rev. Finding freedom from unforgiveness is a process in particular when you must manage it on your own.  Thankfully this process is carefully spelled out for the victim in this episode. The 12 steps are in essence a compilation of every episode in the entire Finding Forgiveness series outlined as 12 easy steps to follow.   Finding freedom, peace with God and peace of mind has never been so easy to embrace. This is the walk of the Peacemaker in their personal relationship with God.

Matthew 5:9
Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

If you closed out last year with a broken relationship, an offense that you can't seem to mend, a pain so rooted it seems to haunt you with memories and fears within each day, then its time for you to GET FREE this year, once and for all.

Another enriching discussion about "FINDING FORGIVENESS."
This episode, is about the process of "Love & Acceptance." We all have differences, we all will think differently and live differently and as a result, conflict, arguments, disrespect, discard and even violence ERUPTS! What is our biblical model? What is God's call upon our lives? Life REALLY doesn't have to be so hard.

Jesus is our GREAT MEDIATOR. He was the first to set the standard for his people to follow.  God's model is not an option if you truly want to find peace of life.  His model requires faith to walk it out because it will expose and compel us to acknowledge his truth that governs our hearts and lives.  In this episode you will find out if you truly have what it takes to walk in peace with others "SKILLFULLY."

What does it mean to be "SPIRITUALLY CONSTRUCTIVE?" Well, you will certainly need it if you truly want to find new life in working through conflict and offenses.  God's model will require NEW SKILLS to obtain supernatural results. Stop settling for a muddled image of reconciliation resolved on your own terms.  God wants to give you NEW LIFE and it begins  with learning how to manage your wrath by becoming spiritually constructive.

God's word is filled with "Divine Models" for us to live by.  That's what Jesus meant when he said "I am the Way, Truth and the LIFE" (John 14:6).  Its not enough to ignore the "Elephant" in the room, brush things under the rug or move on with life self-righteously.  Our brokenness will tell on us in other ways.

Even in matters of offense and conflict, God has given us a model to live by in particular, when it is hard to forgive. God's word is a supernatural law and will frequently be hard to adapt to and so, the "WRESTLE BEGINS."

Don't you worry though, while it may feel painfully uncomfortable at times,  this is a GOOD wrestle and God welcomes it.

It's sad but true, millennials don't want to talk about Jesus, Heaven or anything Christian. It's a serious dilemma and we're talking about why.

Throughout Jesus ministry he preached,  "The Kingdom of Heaven has Come" What did he mean by this? How does that impact our lives? Knowing there is a Kingdom of Heaven, then what is the Kingdom of Darkness? How do we live between these two KINGDOMS? After the resurrection, it became official, "JESUS REIGNS."  How do we as believers truly reign in this heavenly Kingdom with Jesus NOW?

This episode is a Special Edition. The conversation about forgiveness cannot be fully justified without the conversation about the walk of a Peacemaker. This recording was actually designed for another podcast series. However, when we experience the move of God in this conversation about the walk of peace, it was clear this was special and needed to be added to the Finding Forgiveness series.

Finding forgiveness is so much harder if you're not pursuing the walk of a peacemaker. If you desire a supernatural breakthrough in forgiveness, you must learn how to walk in a supernatural PEACE.   Don't forget to listen to PART - 2.  It's sobering and unforgettable!

We will also discover that the Ministry of Fellowship looks different in various settings BUT, there will always be the presence of God which brings the ministry that is always filled with his goodness in some of  the most basic and supernatural ways.

The Ministry of Fellowship is a real thing.  It's more than a social group, hanging out, a community of believers. If it's truly a ministry, then certainly we would approach fellowship with different expectations.  How is this kind of ministry different from other fellowships? Why do you need it? How we are really missing out on the life Jesus intended if we are not experiencing this kind of fellowship in our walk of faith.
