Farrah Hassan has always loved being creative and baking! She talks to our hosts Jasmine and Rui (a DCT Culinary Arts student guest hosting on this episode) about how her career unfolded and how she went from working in French kitchens in Dubai, to Nobu in Houston, USA, to embracing being an entrepreneur and launching Flourgirl, a very successful cake and pastry business in Dubai.

With a wealth of experience working in luxury five star hotels across different continents, the best qualifications in the industry and now an educator in the field, hosts Jasmine and Juzla are so excited to have Nikoleta in the studio to share her story and her thoughts on working in the world of hospitality today.
Marwan Al Awadhi, also known as DJ Bliss is a well-known DJ, music producer and entrepreneur with a dynamic career path that has been driven by his passion for music and for always wanting to do more. Marwan visited the DCT campus to give a talk during the Entrepreneurship class about his own unique journey to success. After that fascinating session, we still has so many questions! So we are beyond thrilled that Marwan agreed to join us in the studio and answer them.

As an Executive Pastry Chef, Peter Boos spent 13 years managing a team of 112 Pastry chefs while working for Emirates Inflight Catering. He has taught DCT Culinary Arts students and in this episode he shares more about his career journey as well as a bit about his love for both fitness and chocolate!
In this episode, Elham Bolooki tells us about her journey to success as an Emirati woman in the hospitality industry in Dubai where she worked for Jumeirah Group and was awarded The Rising Star award at the 2017 Middle East Hospitality Awards.
DCTs Lead Culinary Arts instructor, Christian Biesbrouck has worked in established hotels throughout the UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia with Marriott International for over 26 years, of which 12 years was as Executive Chef.
