The in-depth discussion on the admissibility of the evidence starts at 3:31. Prior to that point, I restate background on the cell phone data, including the phone calls and text messages. At 4:45, I compare the upcoming evidence issue to an issue in the movie "My Cousin Vinny." At 5:50, I offer an example of a mechanic to explain the evidence issue in the DA Fani Willis matter.

President Biden is set to deliver a primetime speech to the nation on Thursday, September 1, regarding "the continued battle for the soul of the nation." It is imperative that the Republicans deliver a strong and specific rebuttal to this speech. The broadcast networks should cover this rebuttal live but, if not, Republicans should stream it on the internet.
In this episode, I predict what President Biden will say in his speech. I also offer arguments which the Republican should use in their rebuttal.
Lastly, I discuss the state of American politics and explain how the Democrats' rhetoric is causing division in the country.

This episode discusses Vice President Harris' recent event at George Mason University in which she did not push back against the claim that Israel engages in "ethnic genocide and displacement of people." The Vice President's lack of response is emblematic of the Democrat Party's increasingly anti-Israel views. American voters who vote Democrat but yet support Israel should instead vote for the Republican Party.
This episode details some of the horrors which illegal immigrants face. It then argues that the United States is complicit in these atrocities because the America's immigration system does not prevent illegal immigration. If the US immigration system prevented illegal immigration, fewer illegal immigrants would come to the US. Consequently, the horrors which happen to illegal immigrants would decrease.
