Following on from Part 1 of this topic, we now discuss methods and solutions to help you navigate your journey to self healing.
This weeks topic is all about body imagery.
Talking about how we view ourselves and why we do it.
Understanding also the addiction behind why we think the things we think and how you can change the habitual negative and horrible cycle of hating the way you look. Understanding how your body is not something to be toyed with and that you are so much more then your weight, dress size, height, colour, skin appearance and more.
Learn to love yourself with small things that you can start practicing right away.
We have to remember it is ok to not always be progressing. Sometimes no progress is still progress.
This episode has been recorded to help you to address your limiting beliefs and fears so you don't put them on others , and to remind you to step up as a Role Model and 'Rise Up' .
A warm welcome to everyone! This is our first recording session for Virtual Wisdom. 🙌✊ We are taking this opportunity to introduce ourselves and the inspiration behind the Virtual Wisdom Podcast. Thank you for following us on this journey.
