I used to think my doubt and little faith meant I disbelieved God and as you listen you will better learn that God always meet us at the point of our need. Sometimes we may not even know what that need is or what is is that we sense is wrong but cannot articulate. God does and in the moment that we honestly share this with Him he will reveal. Do no underestimate the power of the Holy Spirit.

My purpose is to serve God, the assignment has change. It happens and it feels alien, like I was lost. What does it look like to really pursue God? Well I don’t know as it will be different for you. What I do know, is that it begins with the sincere, honest, true and intentional desire to ‘ know him’ for Him. Not what he can, not what you want, but the knowing that all you want is God. Imagine meeting someone you liked maybe even fancied; you would be intentional about spending time, talking with them getting to know the daily. So it is for desiring and pursuing God. What it will look like will differ as the capacity in which we fully know him is based upon how much of ourselves we are willing to let go of! For me it’s ALL of me. I’ve been struggling with addiction loneliness, brokenness, depression, financial instability, procrastination and stagnation. Now I have peace and joy and although not all what I’ve struggled with has disappeared yet I am equipped, knowledgeable and strengthened to persevere. How? I made Christ the epicentre of my heart, mind and soul. Come on the journey of discipleship with me.

It become voluntary when we fail to take accountability, address the inner toxicity caused by the involuntary circumstances and take responsibility.
