Welcome to Black and healing
My name is Keline and I am here to bring my voice to the table. I suffered with depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I am a trauma survivor and a life warrior. I went through childhood abuse: mental, physical, and emotional. I over-came childhood trauma, bullying, colorism, and discrimination. But, guess what, it does not define me. It is just a page of my story in my story book. My podcast is about growing, healing, and learning. Showing, that you to are more than just a page in your past story book. Welcome to my life. Like I said, bringing my voice to the table.
