Anita talks to Durdana Ansari OBE The first female Muslim Honorary Commander of the Royal Navy and Ash Coates the Careers Advisory for the Royal Navy.
Durbana is also the BAME Community Engagement Officer and is part of a recruitment drive for the Royal Navy.
Durbana working with Ash Coates are working to recruit young adults into the Royal Navy including young people from ethnic minorities.
Part two of the interview Durbana talks about her life, she entered into an arranged marriage to her cousin when she was very young, she worked for BBC World News Service, she has a love for singing and art, she started a charity to help Asian women, she was awarded an OBE by the Queen and she met Donald Trump in 2019.

Tuesday at 1pm Anita interviews Local man Andrew Sedman. Andrew is a Residential Licence Enforcement Officer for the London Borough of Harrow. His job is to ensure that rented properties are not overcrowded and that multiple occupancy properties are licensed; tenants are safe and rented properties are in good condition.
Andrew also appears on TV as a Residential Enforcement officer on Channel 5 and 5star on TV shows Slum landlords, Nightmare Tenants, Rogue landlords, Kyle files and Filthy Britain SOS.
Within the interview Andrew gives us an insight into his job and his TV work. He has to deal with bad Landlords and vulnerable tenants, he has uncovered a Weed Farm in a first floor flat, a 3 bed house that had housed 40 people plus he enjoyed working with Jeremy Kyle on the Kyle Files.
