What’s Really Important, A young man walked 12 miles in the dark to see if his dad was still alive in the midst of Hurricane Harvey. A reporter from CNN loaned him a satellite phone and allowed them to connect, giving a family hope. A research crew funded by Microsoft’s Paul Allen located the USS Indianapolis this weekend -- 18,000 feet below the Pacific Ocean. It was torpedoed during World War II. Mike reports that 1200 crew survived the initial attack, but only 316 were still alive when rescue tuned up days later. Some drowned, some died of exposure, and many were eaten by sharks…a tale told by Captain Quint in the movie “Jaws.”
