Hello All,
For me, this episode has been a long time coming, and in it, I explain everything about why I left, what I have been going through, and why I am returning to my ultimate passion. This was hands-down the hardest episode I have ever recorded. My heart rate was through the roof the whole time recording it, and my hands were shaking profusely, but I needed to get this episode done and put it out there, for many reasons, but mostly, for myself.
It is my hope that in sharing my experiences with complete transparency, some people might relate to it, be able to take something away from it, and maybe even become inspired by it.
Many more episodes will be coming quite soon, and I will be branching out to interviews and even video podcasts as well.
As promised in the episode, I will post my contact information here:
Email: alexanderelv8@gmail.com
Phone Number: 415-261-8712
Please do not hesitate to call me, text me, email me, or stop me in person to discuss anything about this episode, or what might be going on in your lives. Ultimately, this is what I want to do with my life; share my experiences, and empower people to make changes in their lives, improve upon themselves, pursue their passions, and/or just live a life they are happy and proud to live.
We are all in this together, I can't say that enough. My goal is to create a community of people who want to elevate their lives, and help others do the same.
So, let's do this, together.
Stay tuned for more episodes coming soon, and from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy lives to allow me to share my experiences, I hope it resonated with you.

Hey there! Super excited for this episode, thank you so much for tuning in to check it out!! I am going to be breaking down why the process should be our goal, and how to make that our goal!! We always hear very successful individuals saying that it's all about the process, and the journey is everything, and in this episode, I will be breaking down why that is the case! Super pumped for this one, and for the format that I am delivering it in!! Please, keep the feedback coming, as it is the only way I can continue to grow!!
Please please please, reach out with your feedback!! ESPECIALLY constructive criticism!! I choose to embrace where I fall short, and see those areas as my "R.F.I.s" aka room for improvements! So please, whether it's via the polls and questions I post with the podcasts, or through my social media (@elevationmentor) or through my phone number, which, for now, I will happily put out there!! Because I am genuinely just seeking to create a community of people who are interested in the art of self-development!!
Please, help our podcast grow organically, by sharing it with a friend, family member, or anyone you encounter that you feel may find this useful, helpful, or possibly even just needs the boost of motivation!

ElevateYourMind, ElevateYourLife, ElevateYourWorld! I challenge YOU, today, to step outside your comfort zone, and start a conversation with a stranger, or put yourself out there in any respect. Very excited about this episode! It's been a long time coming now ( a couple weeks,) and the reason for that little break there, was that I have a very high bar that I set for myself, and much of the content I discuss in this podcast, are all lessons that I have learned from first-hand experience. My efforts here, are to condense the best of what I have learned, and re-shape it into something practical, that all people, from any and all walks of life, may use and/or find helpful!
Please please please, reach out with your feedback!! ESPECIALLY constructive criticism!! I choose to embrace where I fall short, and see those areas as my "R.F.I.s" aka room for improvements! Here we break down one of my two favorite mottos that I operate my life around. This tool has given me some of the greatest success I've seen, not only in my journey that started 10 months ago, but in my life as a whole. I also saw this behavior reflected in any and all successful individuals I have had the opportunity to be around, so it's definitely worth checking out!!
Please; drop a review and/or comment on the podcast, and feel free to continue engaging in the polls and questions I post along with all these podcasts!! I am so grateful for all of your feedback and support!! Many more coming soon, subscribe to the podcast so you can stay up to date and on top of these tools and ideas to dominate your OWN life!!!

In this episode, I discuss the importance of focusing on the WHY of what we are doing, and how that both shapes and impacts our ability to achieve success in goals/tasks, especially in the long-term.
I feel like I should mention I ran into a huge mental block in terms of topics and how to outline and execute (record) those topics. So if this episode sounds a bit unnatural, it is because I wrote a script, and for the most part, I was reading from that. I just wanted to ensure the value of the podcast, and then get over this giant obstacle by putting it out there, because I know further analysis leads to paralysis, (Paralysis by Analysis).
Please, rate, comment, share!! I am doing my best to help the podcast grow organically, which I prefer to paying for higher numbers! I would absolutely prefer to have a smaller audience who appreciates the information and finds it helpful, rather than higher numbers for the sake of having higher numbers.
Thank you so much! And remember:

I'm so excited to be trying out a new form of podcast! A two-part episode! Similar to the first two back-to-back episodes I released of season 2, I picked a topic I realized needed a prequel to give the context that allows us all to really understand what it is I am talking about. So, in an attempt to practice what I preach and try something new, I am releasing a two-part episode instead of two separate ones, in the interest of respecting everyone's time, and trying to maximize value without elongating the podcast!
Please, reach out and let me know what you think! Whether that is through the posted polls and questions on the podcast, through comments, or through messages on instagram (@elevationmentor) or text!! For those that don't have it, my number is 415-261-8712!!!

This is the next episode in the series "The Art Of," and I decided it was perfect to record and publish this episode on this great holiday! I thought it was only fitting that I do something along the theme of giving thanks... and so I came up with gratitude, and this has also been something I have been working on daily. And in this podcast I give some of my thoughts on the topic and a couple really simple but effective tools for us all to use!
Check it out! Please, if you get any value from it, you like the podcast or anything I say, share it with someone who may benefit from this, or maybe just needs to hear it. My podcast is now available on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcast, Spotify, Anchor, and most other major podcasting platforms!!

This episode, the first of "The Art Of" series, is quite possibly the most FUN podcast I have put out to date! And because of the nature of how I recorded it, as well as the personal circumstances surrounding the episode, I also believe I am quite possibly the most PROUD of this episode as well! I truly believe in what I am doing here, and what I am trying to create for us all. And all of my recent experiences have just been one giant affirmation of that mission and has brought me immense clarity of purpose. Check it out, and reach out and let me know what you think!! And please let me know what you think! I have polls and questions attached to all the podcasts ( I am starting to think they might only be shown if you actually go onto Anchor's website, as opposed to showing them on spotify, because come to think of it, I don't think I have ever seen questions or polls attached to podcasts on spotify, but let me know please!

So this was essentially running off sheer passion. I wrote an entire description, then it got deleted, and I really need to go honestly hahah but I want this to go up now, because if I have learned anything at all by this point, it's that perfectionism=inaction. Simple as that.
I also give some keen insight into what yesterday's podcast was...."The true, untold truth, about how to change, and why IT'S THE LAST THING THOSE IN POWER WOULD WANT YOU TO KNOW...
If you truly want to change... NOT JUST CHANGE. We literally all want change, nothing new there. If you want to BE the CHANGE, invest two hours of your time (in the grand scheme of things that's NOTHING.) It doesn't cost a thing, and it WILL be wildly unpopular, and make you all as uncomfortable as it made me to record it, and even more so actually posting it. But I felt it was my responsibility to do so. To allow the world to benefit from what I have realized. And I honestly might be hindering myself in the greatest way, cause I essentially go against ALL the laws of business telling you all this. I am GIVING YOU THE CURE TO OUR COLLECTIVE DISEASE, instead of TREATING IT. And there's no money in giving away a cure for free.... there's some food for thought. lol
Seize your day folks.
Elevate Our Minds, Elevate Our Lives, Elevate Our Worlds; What can YOU do today, to step outside your comfort zone to grow, and possibly save a life, the way mine was saved. (and I also tell the story behind how my life was saved by a total stranger asking me, "are you okay?" moments before I would have taken my own life.) I finally tell my untold story, that not a single soul has heard. For the benefit of you all. And to lead by example, and do the thing that makes me more uncomfortable and instigates more fear than I could even put into words and describe to you all.
Invest in YOURSELF today. Grow, and possibly also, save a life.
Thank you!

Today, we will be addressing how to bring awareness to the ways in which we communicate with ourselves, and the effect it was on our habitual actions, and life in general! Tune in to find out more!!
Disclaimer: I recorded this episode a week ago, so any improvements I am making based on all of you beautiful people's feedback will not necessarily be reflected in this podcast. But please know! I am taking all of your feedback extremely seriously and into very careful consideration, and I cannot thank you enough for helping me with that process, as ultimately it wouldn't be possible for me to get an idea of how others feel about these concepts, theories, as well as my communication and delivery, without YOU all! This is indeed a two-way street, and I appreciate you all so much for choosing to invest your time and energy into my creative dream/passion project. I am doing this all and leading by example with the intention of cultivating value and purpose, to not just improve my life, but to show the entire world what is possible when we truly set our mind to the task, in the most affective manner possible. (THAT PART IS KEY!)
We cannot improve without first recognizing and acknowledging that we all have room for improvement, and I don't believe that will ever change.
Remember folks, the only comparison that should be made, is between YOU and your PAST SELF. IT'S ALWAYS YOU VS. YOU.
Thank you folks, I hope you all have incredible days, and remember!...
Elevate Our Minds, Elevate Our Lives, Elevate Our Worlds: What can you do today to step outside of your comfort zone, and possibly save a life with a simple "Hey, how are you today?" "You doing okay?" Cause folks I am here to tell you, I have BEEN the person who's life was saved, by a strangers kindness. Make it your mission, as I have made it mine, to BE that stranger for someone else.
Thank You!!!

I switched it up again for this episode! Using an extremely limited speaking outline, I delivered this podcast, and as I did an impromptu podcast this morning, I decided to do this one tonight! The speaking outline I used, is actually for a speech I am giving tomorrow in my public speaking class! I am super excited about that because I am nervous, but it's great nervous energy! And through embracing it, the anxiety transcends to excitement!
I am here, doing what was considered impossible. After breaking my back seven months ago, I was told I would never do extreme physical activity again, such as my parkour and American Ninja Warrior training, and I refused to accept that to be the case... And seven months later, after acknowledging and embracing all that discomfort, I am now here manifesting my dreams, better and stronger than I was even before I broke my back! And I threw my first two backflips today since the broken back, SUCCESFULLY!
If I can do anything, so can all of you beautiful souls. Thank you so much for tuning in, and choosing to invest your time and energy into my creative endeavor, and ultimately my desire to bring value to all of our lives!
Elevate Our Minds, Elevate Our Lives, Elevate Our Worlds: What can you do to step outside your comfort zone today, and possibly save a life the way mine was saved! With a simple "are you okay?" from a stranger. That's all it took.
Thank you!! If you gained any value, insight, or useful information from anything I've said in this episode or ever, please follow, and share it with someone you think could gain value from this, or maybe just needs to hear it!
P.S. Please listen to the podcast all the way through, allowing the time to get down to zero, as that is the only way it counts as a "listen" and that is how I can monetize this podcast, so that I can spend ALL my time and energy cultivating value to elevate all of our lives and worlds.

Thank you all for helping me make my dreams come true! From the bottom of my heart, I thank you all for the investment of your time, energy, and attention. Open your mind, and this will change your life!

So, based on feedback of how certain episodes were more conversational, I decided to go for an IMPROMPTU podcast, which naturally makes all my anxiety and nervousness go absolutely bonkers, cause for all podcasts, speeches, presentations, or anything of the sort, I always have a preparation outline, to help me hit my main points, a speaking outline, to attempt to make it more conversational, and an actual script... None of which I did or had for this episode! So please bare with me on any oddities or inconsistencies in this episode, as it's all impromptu!!
Thank you so much for listening, if you enjoy anything I've put out there or have gotten any value from it, please please please, from the bottom of my heart, follow the podcast, listen to the VERY end, as that's the only way Spotify counts it as a "listen," and please share it with someone you know who could gain insight from this, or maybe just needs to hear this. I would first like to start by saying thank you to everyone who has been tuning into the podcast! You are helping both me and my efforts more than you could know, so from the bottom of my heart I thank you. I would also like to mention there is most-definitely a learning curve to having and putting out podcasts, which include but are not exclusive to: learning how to breathe properly yet not so loud that the microphone picks it up, pausing in order to keep my train of thought (this would account for any long gaps where you don't hear from me, this was mentioned to me by a couple friends within constructive criticism, and I thank you so much for letting me know, as that is even more helpful than just being a listener on the sidelines, as failure IS the path to success, that much I know.) I'm sure there are a myriad of things I am missing in regards to areas where I can improve, but I am happy to report I am taking all of your suggestions into the way I develop and record these podcasts, so please keep the feedback coming!!
In this episode we will discuss what "fundamentals" are in regards to how I go about self-improvement, and the crucial role fundamentals play in becoming a high-achieving/high-functioning individual.
Thank you!! Please be sure to subscribe to the podcast and submit feedback to me either through polls/questions on Spotify, Instagram @elevationmentor, or if you know me personally, feel free to reach out to me through texts OR CALLING (always welcome phone calls over text, as communication is largely non-verbal, so hearing a voice over the phone, is much better than just reading words in a text, but I welcome both!)
