Growing up, they both received the dreaded, "talks too much in class" mark on their report cards quite often. So they are putting that label to good use and talking about all things connected to teaching and learning.
In this episode of TTMIC, Rob and Traci chat about the digital vs. analog world in the classroom. There is lots of great research out there that says paper/pencil is so good for our brains and creating neural pathways. Traci says her students are loving the switch to paper. Rob is on board with it too but loves his use of technology to engage his learners. A balanced approach is what's needed.
