Welcome to the Wealth Building Strategies Podcast. This podcast is dedicated to educating investors on how to Build, Grow and Sustain their wealth through Commercial Real Estate. The program covers both ”active” and ”passive” investing.
The podcast is hosted by Jeremy Constantino and Tony Preston, Co-owners of JPAR Vantage Real Estate, a fully-integrated commercial real estate brokerage. Combined, their brokerage operations have sold over $1.7 billion in real estate volume in both residential and commercial real estate sales.

Dan is head of Learning & Development for a technology company and is based in Lexington, KY. He spent 26 years working for companies such as Microsoft, Dell, and Sony including six years in Latin America.
Dan also invests in large apartment complexes and is Managing Partner of Avanza Investments. "Avanza" means to "move forward in Spanish, and he is focused on helping other working professionals achieve excellent returns through multifamily real estate investing.
He is also the first of his family born in the U.S. His family fled Cuba in 1960, arriving with very little. They worked hard to give his family the best chance of success.

An incredible story in which our special guest, Jon De Los Reyes, describes his journey of working for only $5 per day in the Philippines, and then moving to the USA and starting a career in Engineering. And most recently becoming a full time real estate investor, with over 1,413 apt units.
Jon De Los Reyes is a Real Estate Investor and Ecommerce Entrepreneur based in Houston, TX. He tried many different fields, from engineering to investment management. He wanted to find that “ideal job” and climb the corporate ladder. Unfortunately, he did not find one that aligned with his values. By sheer luck, he took an entrepreneurship class in his last semester in MBA school that made him realize that his ideal career is something he needed to create. He built a 3-yr plan that revolved around generating cash flow first from selling products online then building wealth through Real Estate. He named this plan “From Boxes to Buildings.”
Prior to his current endeavors, he worked for esteemed companies in the energy sector for 15 years. He established his foundation as an engineer and took on roles as an analyst, associate, process engineer, project manager and operations manager. He attained his MBA from the University of Houston in 2019. He also managed a student-run stock portfolio fund and held a fiduciary responsibility to their investors.
Jon and his wife, Michelle, started a side hustle in 2020 by selling pet products online. It later evolved to Capti Pet Keepsakes, a company that designs, manufactures and sells beautifully crafted dog and cat memorials on Amazon. Their products provide comfort in the toughest time as a pet owner. This is the "Boxes" part of his plan.
The "Buildings" part happened in 2021, when they discovered the power of Multifamily syndication. They went all-in and have invested in 1,413 apartment units in 6 short months and wanted to share to this opportunity to as many people as possible. They currently operate as Co-Sponsors under DLRX Ventures, which exists to positively impact their investor’s financial goals through passively investing in apartment buildings.
