The Unbalanced Boss with Karee Laing: Recent Episodes

Karee Laing

We can do anything, but we can’t do everything. Who is an unbalanced boss? It’s each and every one of us! Yes, I said it! There is no such thing as balance and most times, we are all unbalanced. Whether this is in our personal lives, or our professional lives, in our relationships, in business, in love, or in all the above. If you are looking for balance, you are always going to struggle and it’s going to be really hard. The key is doing one thing at a time and doing it to the best of your ability – be flexible and moving with the ebbs and flow of all your demands. Recognize and appreciate that not all the balls you juggle will stay afloat at the same time, because there are always seasons in our lives and they shift focus.

So how do I know I’m not alone? How do I connect with other boss women? How do I grow in my business, my finances, my relationships, and my life? How do I get better and moving with the ebbs and flows?

Each week, Karee will give you a vulnerable, behind the scenes look at life, business, dating, relationships, the challenges, the wins, and the lows. You will hear from women just like you –entrepreneurs, CEO’s, professionals, female founders; all of whom have many roles and titles: mother, wife, partner, care giver, advisor, sister, daughter, and the list goes on! You’ll cry, you’ll laugh, you’ll get angry, but most importantly you’ll know that you are not alone and there is no such thing as “balance” when you’re a boss. As women, we are here to support each other so we can all reach massive goals even while being “an unbalanced boss”.

Thesegoals may include traveling, starting a business, eating healthier and losingweight, becoming a better parent, saving more money, and so on. But if we are not able to practice intentional actions, thenour goals will only remain goals and never manifested.
