Cindy White serves as the Program Director at Baylor University/Truett Seminary’s Faith and Sports Institute and is motivated to help young people aspire to true greatness in their sports and life.
She also is an adjunct professor at Truett Seminary and facilitates ministry in Baylor Athletics. In addition, Cindy is co-leading the effort to expand Truett's Sports Ministry Program to online and modular education for practitioners in sports.
Cindy grew up in Akron, Ohio, in a family of nine where she played volleyball, basketball, and softball competitively. She went on to earn All-American honors in volleyball and graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation with graduate studies in Exercise Physiology.
Following a year of coaching at The University of Texas, Cindy received an M.A. from Moody Bible Institute in Biblical Studies and Ministry, which prompted her to pioneer the women’s campus ministry with Athletes in Action, where she has served for 35 years.

Mike hails from Broward County, FL, where he was born and raised. He graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration. There, he joined FCA and led that ministry team as president.
As a student-athlete, he helped to lead his teammates in an undefeated season, the 2010 SEC championship, and the 2011 BCS National Championship. He was drafted into the NFL and played for the San Diego Chargers and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Tim, a native of Mulvane Kansas, was the head baseball coach at Hesston College from 2018-2020. Tim was previously at Southern Nazarene University as an Assistant Coach 2012-2018 (Was the Catcher and Outfield coach from 2012-2014. Was then the Pitching Coach and one of the Recruiting Coordinators from 2014-2018).
Tim was also the head baseball coach for the OKC Ambassadors in the summer of 2018, during that time they won 3 tournaments and went 32-17. In the Summer of 2017 Tim was the pitching coach for the USA International Athletes In Action College Team that went to Panama and Guatemala with John McLaughlin.
Now, Tim oversees the day to day operations of the baseball department as well as traveling with the Alaskan team as General Manager of the Chugiak-Eagle River Chinooks.

Tommy Kyle is the Executive Director for Nations of Coaches.
Tommy has served with Nations of Coaches since 2008. As executive director, he oversees the implementation of Nations of Coaches’ core vision: to help coaches achieve their higher calling of shaping the character of the next generation of young men.
Kyle played basketball collegiately at Tennessee Temple University, where he first began working with SCORE International – a global sports ministry that reaches the nations for Christ through short-term mission trips. Cindy White serves as the Program Director at Baylor University/Truett Seminary’s Faith and Sports Institute and is motivated to help young people aspire to true greatness in their sports and life.
She also is an adjunct professor at Truett Seminary and facilitates ministry in Baylor Athletics. In addition, Cindy is co-leading the effort to expand Truett's Sports Ministry Program to online and modular education for practitioners in sports.
Cindy grew up in Akron, Ohio, in a family of nine where she played volleyball, basketball, and softball competitively. The 2022 season was Brad McCarty's 13th season (14th) year as the head coach of the Messiah men's soccer team. McCarty took over the program prior to the 2009 season but served as an assistant in the program for eight years prior to taking over the head coaching role. Ted Rath originally joined the Philadelphia Eagles as the team's director of sports performance during the 2020 offseason and was promoted to vice president of player performance in 2021.
Prior to coming to Philadelphia, Rath spent three seasons (2017-19) with the Los Angeles Rams. He began his stint with the Rams as the head strength and conditioning coach before being named director of strength training and performance in 2018.
In 2017, Rath was named the Strength Coach of the Year by the Professional Football Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association, an award voted on by the league's strength and conditioning coaches. According to Football Outsiders, Los Angeles finished as the healthiest team in the NFL based on adjusted games lost due to injury.
Before his stint with the Rams, Rath spent one season as the assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Miami Dolphins (2016) and seven seasons in the same role with the Detroit Lions (2009-15).
Rath played linebacker at the University of Toledo from 2003-06 and went on to be the assistant director of strength and conditioning at his alma mater in 2008 before entering the NFL.

Mike Lightfoot is an American retired college basketball coach known for his career at Bethel College. He was Bethel coach from 1987 to 2017. He was the fastest winning coach in college basketball history, to reach the 300, 400, and 500 win plateau.
Coach Lightfoot also won more games than any other college basketball coach in the history of the state of Indiana, passing the likes of Bob Knight and Gene Keady.

Hugh Freeze (@CoachHughFreeze) is currently the Head Coach for the Liberty Flames Football Team.
In his short career at Liberty, Liberty has already become only the second team in NCAA history to win a bowl game during its first two full seasons at the FBS level (2019 and 2020), both coming under Freeze's leadership.
