It’s terrible to know people who gave you birth doesn’t understand you And even more terrible when you get to know they didn’t want you in the first place They think of you as somebody else’s possession Why god why ! But we still hope for the better things to happen in future Not because you trust in faith but because you trust yourself, in the goodness of people and the whole universe that it is leading you where you will have that feeling of contentment during the process and after achieving as well Redwood trees are the perfect example of it (source - think like a monk by jay shetty) Redwood trees are another story. Famously tall, you’d think that they need deep roots to survive, but in fact their roots are shallow. What gives the trees resilience is that these roots spread widely. Redwoods best thrive in groves, interweaving their roots so the strong and weak together withstand the forces of nature.
This is by no means to spread hate It is to spread Awareness to start a conversation with their near and dear ones about gender inequality and bringing out the sisterhood in society which is highly patriarchal and understanding how parenting is so important how much it affects a child's mental health physical health and their career and their relationships with their friends, family their spouse and they themselves.
