Instaview with Carla Molinaro, record breaking ultra runner, adventurer and running coach.
Carla "seeks out events that are slightly harder than the average". She recently ran the length of Great Britain from Land’s End to John O’Groats and setting a new ladies World Record along the way. She was also represented Great Britain at the 100km World Championships.
Carla absolutely tells it how it is in a wonderful chat where she shared her experiences on the Ultra circuit, her incredible LEJOG world record during lockdown, some of the challenges she’s overcome in races and her strong belief in the importance of cake for runners 😂
I was fortunate to have Carla join me for a run last year and hoping (Covid allowing) to be able to do the same this year in London.

The incredibly talented and humble Adam Gemili @adamgemili
Adam Gemili is an Olympic sprinter - having taken part in London, Rio and Tokyo representing Team GB. He is a European and World medalist.
Truly fantastic to be able to hear from Adam about his transition from football to athletics, his early successes, the pain & lessons from Rio and Doha and how ready he is for Tokyo.
Adam is a true ambassador for the sport of athletics and a wonderful inspiration for the next generation of British Athletes.

Instaview with British Olympian Hannah England (@hannengland_ )
Hannah is a World and European middle distance medalist, in the 1500m. She represented Team GB at the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Articulate and passionate Hannah has done so much for the sport already. It was wonderful to talk to her about her athletics career and experiences, whilst then getting her take on a number of issues from athletes transition when retired, female athletes clothing restrictions and mental health.

Vic joined me this evening to share her journey from Race for Life to Ultra marathons. She humbly underplays her incredible running talent and shares some super tips for running. Vic also is a massive advocate for Barefoot running and talks through the benefits of doing so. A different instaview today talking with an incredibly talented young shooter Yvette White from the GB Rifle Talent Squad.

From an 18 year old winner on Pop Idol, to a record breaking singer, actress and west-end musical performer Suzi (Suzanne Shaw) has had an amazing career. She’s also had struggles with mental health and drinking. In an attempt to create a better version of herself, she is now vegan, and alcohol free. Meditation and running are all part of her life and she is much happier and better for it.
