O - Originality
N - New Vision
Throughout the episode, I provide examples of visionaries who embody these steps, highlighting their journeys and the importance of perseverance amidst doubts and uncertainties. I invite you to explore your own vision and see how you can apply the Vision Framework in developing your vision.

Here are 21 lessons that I have learnt along the way:
1) Time: Only do, what only you can do. Delegate the rest.
2) Delegation: When delegating focus on the desired output, not the input.
3) Health: Remove alcohol from your diet. It can drastically improve your life.
4) Money: If you want to make money, collaborate with people that focus on making money.
5) Love: When in doubt, ask yourself the question: what would love do in this situation?
6) Growth: Dedicate 1/3 of your time to personal growth, 1/3 to your contribution to society and 1/3 to family, friends and freedom.
7) Consciousness: Experiment with things like breathwork, meditation, psychedelics, tantra and vipassana. You will find out why ;-)
8) People: Accept meetings from strangers. Assume that they come to you for a reason.
9) Serendipity: Don't always focus on Return on Investment. A random thing can lead to another thing later.
10) Employees: Let them pick their own job titles. They will appreciate it.
11) Customers: Aim for a 9/10 customer satisfaction and they will refer you to their friends.
12) Investors: Send them frequent updates. It builds trust.
13) Media: Invite journalists for lunch. They are humans too.
14) Assistant: Hire an assistant. So you can focus on your zone of genius.
15) Accountant: Hire an accountant. Pay your taxes on time. Solid finances is a hygiene factor.
16) Networking: Attend epic events (e.g. Burning Man, Envision Festival). Business opportunities come when you have fun.
17) Social: Share your stories and experiences on social media. People enjoy following people, not brands.
18) Mentors: Great mentors and coaches are crucial. Oprah Winfrey has four of them. Me too.
19) Risks: Often things are less risky than people want you to believe so.
20) Heart: Follow your heart. Life is too short to not do it.
21) Recipes: Create your own recipes for life. Take other people's advice with a pinch of salt ;-)

About:
Steven is a full-time breathwork teacher and facilitator with a diverse background in psychology, the start-up and tech worlds, and personal development. Steven approaches life as one grand experiment as the main breathwork facilitator at our Vision Retreats in Portugal.
His mission is to guide individuals in questioning their reality and reconnecting with their "Simple-Self,". Steven emphasizes the importance of getting closer to what's real, embracing the present moment with "safety" as the guiding principle.
In Steven's transformative work, the breath takes center stage. He views our breath as a direct link to what is alive within us, whether it's joy, stress, or fear. The breath becomes an unfiltered expression of our inner state.
Most recently, Steven has just filmed his new Breathlife video course live from Costa Rica, summarising his learnings over the last couple of years. About:
Melissa is a dynamic entrepreneur wearing multiple hats as a trainer, coach, love and relationships expert. With a passion for books and a pioneering spirit, Melissa’s current focus is on conscious sales. Recently, Melissa has revisited level 1 and 2 at ISTA, drawing inspiration from ISTA and Buddhism to incorporate a unique and pragmatic touch into her sales approach.
Melissa’s approach to conscious sales is characterized by three key features. Approach sales in a very mission driven way, not so much a money driven way, emphasizing being fully engaged in conversations in the present moment, and leaving your ego at the door to become someone that the other person needs.
From May 8th to 13th, Melissa will be guiding and supporting participants at our Vision Retreat in Portugal, tailored for Trainers, Coaches and Consultants. One of her focuses during this time will be on conscious sales, believing that these specific types of groups bring a fresh outside-in perspective that many individuals and organizations need.
Her mission is clear; to support these groups in attracting more clients and making connections with big organizations.

About:
Throughout our human journey, we've mostly been nomadic, spending about 98% of our time living on the move. The shift towards settling down happened when agriculture came into play, tying us to one place and bringing animals into our domestic circles. Now, an overwhelming 99.5% of us call one spot home.
Let's break down the nomadic lifestyle into three types: the traditional nomadic communities who journey together, the tech-savvy digital nomads, and the worldly-wise global elites. A nomad is essentially someone who thrives on the journey, going from place to place. So, when we say "nomadic," we're talking about any lifestyle that's all about constant movement and change.
Whether it's in traditional communities, tech-savvy digital nomads, or the jet-setting global elite, we're all still navigating our way through the diverse landscapes of life.

What you will learn:
// Why am I passionate about this topic?
// What are some experiences that have helped me to think bigger?
// 10 tips & trick for thinking bigger
Key highlights:
// 1:18 - 3:52 Why am I passionate about this topic?
// 4:05 - 21:47 10 tips & trick for thinking bigger
About:
My journey into embracing thinking big is a topic that holds a special place in my heart. It all began at McKinsey 10 years ago, where I engaged in a project with THNK (The Amsterdam School of Creative Leadership). At THNK I attended a session on “Thinking big” by Bas Verhart and Menno van Dijk. An example of how I applied this: During the challenging times of COVID-19 in the Netherlands, we initiated the "Thank You Caretakers" campaign, allowing people to express gratitude to 100,000 healthcare workers. The goal was to showcase these messages on live screens in hospitals. Through thinking big, we successfully collaborated with the advertising agency IRIS, incorporating billboards and television commercials.
Here are my tips that have helped me think bigger:
1) Sometimes, accomplishing bigger things is surprisingly easier.
2) Media outlets are more receptive when you present a grand plan.
3) Understand that everything you see was once invented by someone. This realization can profoundly shift your perspective on life.
4) Ask yourself, "What can I achieve in 6 months that I thought would take 10 years?"
5) Never assume someone is too busy to make time for you.
6) When reaching out to someone, opt for an informal message rather than a formal one.
7) There is an abundance of resources and funding in the world.
8) Identify the dream that truly intimidates you, and lean into it.
9) Add a zero to your goals – dare to think ten times bigger.
10) Reflect on where you set your limits and understand their origin.
Bonus: Be selective regarding what type of thoughts you believe.

About:
Tim, the founder of bookachoo, a travel company that is revolutionizing the way we explore the world. Based in Spain, Tim is a true transit enthusiast with an unwavering passion for improving the travel experience. His ultimate dream with bookachoo is to save one million flights within the next decade.
But Tim's interests don't stop at travel. He is also an avid language learner, constantly immersing himself in new linguistic adventures. Alongside that, Tim is a devoted soccer fan and has even studied econometrics, showing his diverse range of passions and academic pursuits.
Tim's journey has taken him to central Africa, where he worked with various NGOs in a financial capacity. These experiences not only allowed him to contribute to meaningful causes but also provided ample opportunities for personal growth and reflection.
One of Tim's core beliefs is that life is about exploration and experimentation. Read a few recipes, try a few recipes out but at one moment stop looking at the cooking book and start creating your own recipes. Get really immersed in it. At one moment put them aside, summarize what you get from it and cherry pick from them and create your own recipe. He acknowledges that this process often involves stepping out of one's comfort zone and courageously sharing one's story with the world.

// 51:03 - 53:07 What is the shift from knowing to embodying?
// 1:09:00 – 1:11:02 What is Iris’s recipe for life?
About Iris Nekeman:
Iris Nekeman entered the realm of regenerative living many years ago during her Master of Science Strategic Leadership in Sweden. Throughout the years she engaged with multiple leadership programs and practices ranging from Theory U to Shamanic Wisdoms.
Last year, her life took some very unexpected turns when she landed at Los Higuerones, a local community hub and regenerative project incubator in the Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica. At Los Higuerones, they work to incubate economic alternatives that strengthen local ties in and between Osa communities in ways that support and embrace diversity, equity, and culture.
Besides her work at Los Higuerones, she also takes part in The ReGenerOsa Collective. This is an international organisation that invests various types of resources into local people and projects that to a more regenerative society in the Osa.
Her love for the Osa is undefinable in words. It is something that you can only feel with the heart when she talks about this place that is home to 2.5% of the Earth’s biodiversity. It is a place that is a source of inspiration for others on their own journey toward our compassionate authenticity.
She firmly believes that walking before talking is the most inviting way for others to join the path towards living as regeneratively as possible. Beginning to act as though it has already happened. Beginning to live in the most beautiful world that all our hearts know is possible (Charles Eisenstein).
Therefore, she has integrated as much regenerative principles as she could possibly imagine into her life: Working according to the principles of the gift economy, buying as much local products as possible, almost reducing her need for material and financial capital to the only essentials and taking on many practices that connect the mind, body and spirit to the greater than human world we live with.

// 34:38 – 38:49 What role does masculinity and femininity play in relationships?
// 56:21 – 57:41 Who have been some of Lian’s inspirations in her work?
About Lian Mutsers:
Lian is a psychologist that bridges science and spirituality. She empowers people to take the pressure off themselves. Lian really follows her heart in life and she is interested in the dynamics of love, relationships and masculine versus feminine polarities. She believes it is crucial to have a practical connection with her clients' everyday life so that the improvements that are created are long-lasting.
Her approach is also influenced by her very own personal experiences. Lian had spent a long period in her life being controlled by a critical voice and unreasonably high expectations. Because of the stress and ongoing unhappiness that resulted from this, she neglected to take care of her own needs.
In addition to her work as a psychologist, Lian frequently talks to others on this issue in private on a daily basis, where she quickly learned that the great majority of people struggle with a far too high bar. So many individuals miss out on life on a daily basis as a result of the enormous obligations they set on themselves.
Her mission is to increase interpersonal bonds by allowing for vulnerability. Lian has recently divided her time between The Netherlands, Mexico and Portugal where she has embarked on a 1-month breathwork journey with a temporary tribe.

// What does hypnosis do and how does it work?

// How to find out what limiting beliefs you have in your subconscious mind?
// Why do you self-sabotage?

// 41:20 – 43:55 What was Joel’s spiritual awakening?
// 49:30 – 50:34 What is Joel’s recipe for life?
About Joel Dragon Smith:
I'm Joel, I am Métis, part white part Dënesųłı̨né, which means people of the land in our language. I was born and raised in a small northern Canadian city: Yellowknife. When I was young a career counselor once asked me, “what would you be doing if you didn't have to make money... I wrote down, pushing limits. I had grown up doing exactly that, pushing the limits of my body through snowboarding, skateboarding, and wakeboarding. I loved the freedom, the challenge and the fun!
Like most of us, I’ve experienced transformational experiences. One significant event was when I fell in love at 27 years of age. A type of love I'd never felt before. Truly limitless love. But as quickly and powerfully as it hit me, it was gone. And I went into a depression. While in this state, I knew I had to change. We have all experienced trauma and when it happened to me I decided to let it crack me open to shine even brighter. Through the darkness I experienced a spiritual awakening where my whole reality crumbled around me. And I started perceiving things through my intuition.
I learned the skill of hypnosis, and am able to use it to help others unlock their full potential. It brings people back to the truth held within themselves, that we are truly limitless in what we can do and who we can be. I also have become a father, which inspires me to create a reality where my son can thrive, where he can be empowered to share the truth of who he is without the old world programming his mind to fit in and play small. I wish to create a world where our children and our children's children are encouraged to follow their heart and live a fulfilling life of passion, purpose and pleasure.

What you will learn:
// What is the role of truth in tantra?
// Why did Sjors enter the tantric path?
// How does Sjors apply tantra to his own relationship?
// What is his view on open relationships?
// Why is he organizing wilderness trails based on the concept of the Hero's journey of Joseph Campbell?
Key highlights:
// 6:26 – 7:48 How do you separate personal relationships with business?
// 8:16 – 15:30 How did Sjors become a tantra teacher?
// 27:45 – 30:13 How can you apply tantra in relationships?
// 39:22 – 42:55 What is Sjors view on open relationships?
// 59:39 – 1:00:35 What is Sjors recipe for life?
About Sjors Boelaars:
Your guide on this path. I devoted the last 10 years to my tantra, yoga, and meditation practice. I had to because for most of my life I didn’t feel much. Well… that is not completely true. When I did very extreme things like downhill skateboarding, windsurfing on a stormy sea, or when I was chased by the cops for petty crime, I felt alive. For a moment life was full of sensation and full of meaning.
Till the age of 25, I enjoyed the richness of life to its full extent. I was a captain on classical sailing yachts which I sailed across the Atlantic Ocean, I worked as an innovation consultant helping corporates start sustainable initiatives and I started a fruit-based ice cream company. For a period in my life, all external things were great. Money was pouring in and there were all-night parties - on the outside life was exciting. But from the inside, I felt more empty and hollow every step of the way.
Then the burnout came. Life said STOP.
And there the journey inward started.
It started with yoga and meditation, but I longed for a tradition that would invite more liveliness, sexuality, and self-expression. For me, tantra provided that invitation.
I have studied with modern tantra schools learning all about sexual practices and dived deep into the classical tantra teachings to learn how it was done back in the days in India.
I combine these experiences with western psychotherapeutic modalities and shadow work (I am a certified Feeding your Demons therapist).
I founded Tara Academy to make these profound teachings and practices available to the wider public in an accessible and safe way.

Her refusal to surrender her seat to a white male passenger on a Montgomery, Alabama bus, December 1, 1955, triggered a wave of protest December 5, 1955 that reverberated throughout the United States.
Her quiet courageous act changed America, its view of black people and redirected the course of history. She was voted by Time Magazine as one of the 100 most Influential people of the 20th century.
As a role model for youth she always encourages them to research the lives of other contributors to world peace. A quiet exemplification of courage, dignity, and determination; Rosa Parks was a symbol to all to remain free. Rosa Parks made her peaceful transition October 24, 2005.
About H. H. Leonards:
H.H. Leonards is a wife, mother of three, and founder of O Museum in The Mansion in Washington, DC, where Mrs. Rosa Parks lived with her as part of Heroes-In-Residence Program.
The story of Rosa Parks’ historic arrest on Dec. 1, 1955 for refusing to give up her seat aboard a Montgomery city bus to a white male passenger, which led to the Montgomery Bus Boycott, is well known and widely documented. In “Rosa Parks Beyond the Bus: Life, Lessons and Leadership,” author H.H. Leonards wanted to introduce the world to the Mrs. Parks they didn’t know.
O Museum in The Mansion was established 1980 to provide a safe haven and sanctuary where guests learn from one another and foster the development of diversity, the creative process and the human spirit.
A staunch advocate of social justice through music and storytelling, she is Co-Founder of 51StepsToFreedom.org a non-profit organization that is developing a city wide trail that traces America’s struggle for equality and freedom.

// What is the magic of breathwork?
// Why does Steven value experimentation?
// How can breathwork help in processing trauma?
// Why did Steven like the idea of crowdfunding a private island?
// How did Steven experience a 1-month breathwork experiment in Portugal?
About Steven Ebbers:
Hi! I’m Steven from Breathlife.
And I’m all about connection…connection to yourself, to others and our environment. I definitely believe we need a little more of that in the world today!
I love helping people to question their reality and reconnect them to what I call the Simple-Self. That part of you that knows exactly what it needs, how simple it may be. Whether that’s a good conversation with a good friend whilst walking through the woods , being creative, or a little dance .
When we reconnect to the Simple-Self we quickly realise how little we actually need and how we can let go of everything else that doesn't serve us.
And that’s where the breath comes in…our breathing doesn’t lie. It connects us straight to what’s alive in us, whether that’s joy or stress. There’s no hiding when it comes to the breath. Which is why it is my favourite tool!
I use all kinds of breathing modules depending on what you need; activating or relaxation techniques for shorter sessions or Conscious Connected breathing for the more deep and intense sessions.
I’ve been doing Breathwork sessions on and off for about 7 years until I got fully qualified, and I have to say: Nothing is the same once you start breathing properly!
Besides being a qualified breathwork facilitator I'm also an ICF accredited coach, I have a background in Psychology (MSc) and I’m a Firewalk Facilitator.

What you will learn:
// Why does inner work matter for entrepreneurs?
// What made Stephan enter his role as an Inner Journey Guide?
// What could an Inner Journey with Stephan starting with the Purpose Scan do for you?
About Stephan van Gelder:
Hi I'm Stephan and I've been working all my life to get the best out of people in all kinds of ways. In 1993 I started the company Integron. Growing, getting bigger and making money were my motivations. Indeed doing business from ego and not in connection with myself. In 2008 I had a breakdown and started the journey inside.
The paths of entrepreneurship and my self-development came together in 2019. I had just handed over the keys of my company Integron for a few months, moved from Rotterdam to Amsterdam and during this period spoke with many entrepreneurial friends about my passion to raise awareness. Somewhere deep inside they recognized themselves in the desire to further explore themselves and their entrepreneurial energy. It felt like there was so much more to it. Don't get stuck in yourself or in the company, do what's fun and fulfill a purpose. Inner Journey Guide was born!
The entrepreneurs I guide often express different goals at the beginning of their inner journey. Some want more insight into themselves or have the feeling that they are not getting the most out of their potential. The search for a purpose is often mentioned. Sometimes from a burning desire, but often also from a curiosity or adventure into the unknown. It can also involve breaking through obstacles. Some entrepreneurs experience that they have to do so much and sometimes are out of balance. Other people are in the head and don't experience their feelings or have trouble really connecting with others. Many (starting) entrepreneurs also struggle to grow.
I am someone who gives you direction on your journey to conscious entrepreneurship. I bring you to relevant experiences, continue to inspire you and awaken your curiosity and let you experience other ways. Conscious entrepreneurship is a journey where personal development and growth go hand in hand with getting to know your personality and seeing through your ego and conditioning. Become aware of your potential, experience your unique energy blueprint and focus it on your purpose. The Purpose Scan and the Conscious Workouts always lead to a shift in consciousness and life and entrepreneurship in a different reality. Undertake and manifest effortlessly from the heart and experience balance and relaxation. That makes you free, happy and fulfilled.
Through this link you can schedule a free intro call with Stephan if you are interested.

What you will learn:
// Why people should care more about nature?
// How does one become a world record holder?
// What is Arjan's opinion about what the meaning of life is?
About Arjan Dwarshuis:
In 2016 the legendary birdwatcher Arjan set a new world record by observing 6852 bird species in one calendar year. In collaboration with director Michiel van den Bergh the award winning documentary Arjan’s Big Year was made about this adventure. Arjan published two books and hosts a popular podcast on birding. He founded the company The Birding Experience. Through this company Arjan organizes birdwatching excursions, custom tours, workshops and talks.
Arjan: "I guess my fascination with birds began when I was just a couple of months old and I started mumbling my first words. I called my stuffed animal Pica pica which later turned out to be the Latin name for magpie. When I was a toddler and other kids drew houses and cars I drew birds. I could stare in awe at these feathered wonders as they came to feed at the bird table in our back garden. That is the wonderful thing about birds, you don’t have to travel far to watch them, they are all around us, ever present, night and day, without them it would be eerie and silent.
As soon as I could read my parents bought me my first bird-book and with the help of my grandfather’s old binoculars I started identifying those beautiful birds in our back garden. Suddenly there were Great- and Blue tits, Song thrushes, Blackbirds, Jays, Robins, Green- and Great Spotted Woodpeckers and even the odd Sparrowhawk hunting all the former species!
I never stopped identifying birds and now, more than 20 years later, I’ve observed more than 7200 of the roughly 10700 bird species in the world and I can say for sure that I’ll keep doing this for the rest of my life.
Most of you didn’t have the luck to be struck by the birdwatching-virus at such a young age. That is too bad, but not all hope is lost! My mission is to get everybody into birdwatching, not necessarily as a pro but as someone who can identify most of the species in and around the city they live in. You’ll see how much fun you’ll get out of it, no stroll around the park will ever be the same!"

What you will learn:
// Why does ceremony work matter and what is it actually?
// How can you benefit from sharing your vulnerable and real self with others?
// What has Andrew learnt from walking 4.000 miles across America?
About Andrew Forsthoefel:
Andrew is a writer, speaker, and peace activist living in the Pioneer Valley of western Massachusetts. After graduating from Middlebury College, he spent eleven months trekking across the United States with a sign on his pack that read “Walking to Listen,” recording interviews with the people he met along the way. Andrew co-produced a radio documentary about this project that was featured on Transom.org and This American Life, and his book, Walking to Listen (Bloomsbury, 2017), tells the tale of the journey.
Drawing from the experiences of his year-long initiation on the road, and from the abundance of lived fodder that comes from an active contemplative practice, Andrew offers his work as a contribution to the collective project of learning how to be human together with love, by listening—united by our diversity, empowered by sharing the inherent vulnerability of being alive, and freed by opening to truth.
This work comes in three ways: Andrew writes, putting his wonder to words. He speaks, spinning stories and mining them for insight. And he teaches, exploring the practice of listening as a catalyst for connective presence, personal transformation, and peacemaking.

When the war in Ukraine started a group of European tech entrepreneurs founded an NGO called OneUkraine. Their mission is to support Ukraine and its citizens within 4 areas: (1) Evacuation, (2) Humanitarian aid, (3) Reconstruction and (4) Mental health.
Last week I had a chat with two leaders of this initiative: Yuliia Karnas & Vlad Bakaliar. Within the area of mental health, they aim to heal 2 million Ukranians and they are collaborating with therapist Esther Perel to achieve this.
During this episode we discussed questions such as:
// Why was this NGO founded and what are the achievements so far?
// What is the role of Esther Perel in supporting Ukrainian citizens in their mental health?
// How can people like yourself support this initiative?
You can support in 3 ways:
1) Funding: You can donate money to the organization.
2) Partnerships: You can collaborate with them as a company.
3) Volunteering: You can support them as an ambassador and spread their message.
Do you want to contribute to this project in any way? How will you contribute?
Yuliia Karnas was an independent Legal & Operations consultant with a primary focus on technological projects. Before Yuliia was a part of KPMG Ukraine and the Presidential Administration of Ukraine.
For the last 5 years Vlad Bakaliar has worked in IT industry on different positions. He has been managing an ERP system for fashion industry for four years. Since the first day of full-scale war in Ukraine, he entirely switched focus to helping his motherland.
Harry Verma is the founder of Innate, who create coliving experiences to bring inspiring people back into nature & ancient practices – while getting their remote work done. Today’s leaders and changemakers are faced with challenges of unprecedented complexity and uncertainty. Adam helps them navigate through this, whilst showing up as the best version of themselves - in their teams, organisations, and at home.
Over the last two decades Adam worked with hundreds of high-impact leaders across Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East - with governments, Fortune 500 companies, social enterprises, nonprofits, SMEs, and at the White House. From building and running incubators and networks of technology innovation hubs, to training presidential candidates in creative leadership, Adam has had a storied career in which he has made every mistake in the book. These mistakes have informed his coaching and systems-change work more than any formal education could.
In Adam's own leadership journey he has launched over 10 organisations - including SMEs, nonprofits and social businesses - 3 of which were launched during the Arab Spring. Having experienced the full-spectrum of leadership challenges, from personal and team burnout to systems-level collaborations during extreme uncertainty and volatility, he understands first-hand just what it takes to thrive individually and collectively, in the midst of complexity.
He leverages his deep networks to creatively solve challenges by bringing in the right people for the specific task at hand. Working across languages, cultures and generations in complex socio-political contexts has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of his career. In 2014 he was awarded an Ashoka Fellowship for work he did during the Arab Spring - leveraging the Green Economy in the MENA region as a safe space for youth, government, private sector, civil society and academia to work together in rebuilding the region.
His work has always been to create safe spaces to shift consciousness, activating people as changemakers, contributing to planetary wellbeing. In his coaching practice, using a multi-disciplinary approach, Adam works with leaders to support them in showing up as the best versions of themselves - accompanying them in their self-discovery of what moves them to be forces for positive change in the world. In his systems-level work, Adam works with changemakers across entire ecosystems, using Collaborative Innovation, Human Centred Design and Social Impact methodologies to solve shared challenges and scale impact collectively. The combination of deep interpersonal work with leaders, and broad systemic impact across ecosystems is part of his theory of change: By working on our inner worlds and collaborating radically in our outer worlds, collective wellbeing is not only possible, it is inevitable.

Josh Lavine is an American Enneagram teacher on a mission to change the way we view the inner world and personal growth. He helps impact-focused, earth-loving founders find their unique path of personal growth, so they can be the leader their mission, and the world, needs.
Purpose
To help usher in a revolution in our collective way of being — one that embraces an integral sensibility, that honors inner work as much as outer achievements, and that champions love, planetary harmony, and the deepening of our consciousness. Also, let's save the Earth, and our species.
Short bio
Integral Coach with a focus on leadership and teamwork. Josh interweaves psychology, spirituality, and developmental modalities to help leaders cultivate self-mastery across all domains of life. He also leads workshops on the Enneagram and volunteer with the Enneagram Prison Project. Josh meditates daily and plays piano.
The Enneagram
A system of personality types like Myers-Briggs, but better. Applicable wherever humans are. Supercharges self-discovery, inner work, and teamwork. Combines modern psychology with ancient wisdom.
Inspiration
Peter Senge, Frederick Laloux, Ken Wilber, David Whyte, Eckhart Tolle, Adyashanti, Wendy Palmer, Parker Palmer, Mary Oliver, Byron Katie, Eugene Gendlin.
Core Beliefs
Being our best self requires sincere "inner work" — meaning: self-discovery, self-correction, and self-generation — which we cannot do alone.
Three foundational competencies help bring out the best in others: empathic listening, clear and powerful speaking, and "seeing" others' worth and potential.
We develop more through practice than content acquisition.
