TokenTag Community Builders

The Community Builders Podcast is a conversation between friends, founders, academics, builders, visionaries, and everyone in between. We have a particular focus on the community dynamics characteristic of the web3 world. One of our main goals is to highlight and understand how communities take the shape of their founders.

If we liken a community to a building, we can see the foundation being laid by the founders and the members altering and shaping it to what the outsider sees. The founders bring their unique set of experiences and perspectives to unite a larger audience, and from there the entirety of the group works alongside each other to craft an organization that shares the set of values or interests that brought them together in the first place.

Our conversations set out to (subtly) unpack this building process/vision from the founders and relate that to how the community takes (or is taking) shape.

By hearing from many different people across the web3 world we are able to study how community dynamics and ethos unfold in a digital landscape. Using this unique framework for understanding how the intersection of community and internet takes shape we are able to draw parallels and differences between how we organize in both online and offline communities.
