This week i spoke with Dan Ley who is the Senior Coordinator for the Dallaglio Rugby Works charity, discussing the amazing work carried out by their fantastic coaches UK wide, the charity helps "at risk" children from all background using rugby to deliver it....a charity that is doing great work in such difficult environments.

This week I had the pleasure of catching up with Chris Ware of Swansea Uplands RFC, an interesting view into times of Junior Grassroots rugby, discussing the difficulties of retention, duty of care to the Junior game and how not to take Team videos in the clubhouse.
Ahead of their pre season fundraiser on Thursday 25/08/2022 against South Wales Police Women's Rugby Team, we talk women's rugby with head coach of Dowlais RFC Dragonettes Stacey Tolley, this was a great opportunity to discuss topics from pre season, player retention and the work needed to improve the women's game for all at grassroots levels.
