I started in August 2019, with my very trustworthy and mentally safe friends-Ruth and Heather. I worked hard at least 4 times a week in the gym and walked/jogged the other days. I ate right, drank little, and focused on physical health. Our Gym on Daniel Island had a Nude App that cracked me up. You stood naked and still on a round platform while it did 360 degree measurements of your body and muscle mass. The app showed me looking like a Silver Plated Greek Goddess Trophy. We worked out for 6 months, then COVID hit. Enjoy this Podcast.
