Our mission is to decrease suffering. We love polyvagal theory, creating secure attachments, Buddhist psychotherapy and somatic healing. As licensed alcohol and drug counselors trained in EMDR we bring years of experience. As partners since 2010, we bring insight into how we implement these strategies in our daily lives.
