Brené Brown is banana bread with chocolate chips. If there’s one thing I miss since going gluten-free, it is a loaf of good, sweet bread. Brene’s a researcher author innovator sassy and special lady. If you haven’t seen her iconic Ted talk on vulnerability, Google and catch up.
Tyler and Hope, an awesome couple I'm so proud to know. I believe the odds are in their favor and they manage the dips and dance of vulnerability so well. I recently created a custom "Be The Art" piece for them, learn a little more about my process and what the image means to them.

Resilience gives us the emotional & mental elasticity to love without losing your identity or compromising values. Resilience can weather loss without sacrificing trust in self. Resilience, like a good horse, always brings you home.
