THE AFRICAN SOCIETY FOR OCCULT RESEARCH: Recent Episodes

The African Society for Occult Research

African knowledge holders and practitioners have now surrendered to the outer world so much of the spiritual knowledge they have hitherto tenaciously guarded, the whole framework of their stupendous doctrine is now intelligible. That we have now to aim at is the exact comprehension, in so far as it is plausible, to make African Occultism more intelligible by removing its obscure allegorical expressions and mystical parables and reveal its true import to the patient and earnest truth seeker as it is to the psychic discernment of the initiated. Some of the abnormal phenomena which have arrested public attention throughout history has been confined to the great body of ignorant and credulous men. For a man of superior minority to subscribe to one of them publicly is already sufficient to set him off as one in imminent need of psychiatric attention. Belief in God has become a mark of inferiority, such as the allied belief in his multidimensional manifestations of superphysical forces and beings. But now that the gnosis we have thus been happily instrumental in procuring for the service of our readers has become apparent to contemporary society; we offer this podcast as a morsel of knowledge for the occult-minded.
