What Is Inflation?Inflation is a rise in prices, which can be translated as the decline of purchasing power over time. The rate at which purchasing power drops can be reflected in the average price increase of a basket of selected goods and services over some time. The rise in prices, which is often expressed as a percentage, means that a unit of currency effectively buys less than it did in prior periods. Inflation can be contrasted with deflation, which occurs when prices decline and purchasing power increases.

PHILOSOPHY & OPINIONS

“There is nothing in the world common to man, that man cannot do.”

FEAR

is a state of nervousness fit for children and not men. When man fears a creature

like himself he offends God, in whose image and likeness he is created. Man being created equal fears not man but God. To fear is to lose control of ones nerves, ones will to flutter, like a dying fowl, losing consciousness, yet, alive.

AMBITION

is the desire to go forward and improve ones condition. It is a burning flame that lights up the life of the individual and makes him see himself in another state. To be ambitious is to be great in mind and soul. To want that which is worthwhile and strive for it. To go on without looking back, reaching to that which gives satisfaction. To be humanly ambitious is to take in the world which is the province of man; to be divinely ambitious is to offend God by rivaling him in His infinite Majesty.

ADMIRATION

is a form of appreciation that is sometimes mistaken for something else. There may be something about you that suggests good fellowship when kept at a distance, but in closer contact would not be tolerated, otherwise it would be love.

RELIGION

is ones opinion and belief in some ethical truth. To be a Christian is to have the religion of Christ, and so to be a believer of Mohammed is to be a Mohammedan but there are so many religions that every man seems to be a religion unto himself. No two persons think alike, even if they outwardly profess the same faith, so we have as many religions in Christianity as we have believers.

The Deportation of  Thousands of Haitians:

In the Haitian capital, Port-au-Prince, the U.S. decision was viewed less as an unfortunate end, but instead, as an unexpected extension.

“(The) Haitian presidency welcomes with a lot of satisfaction the renewal of TPS and thanks President Trump’s administration,” said Lucien Jura, spokesman for Haitian President Jovenel Moise.

Temporary Protected Status, or TPS, allows nationals of certain countries, often facing armed conflict or natural disasters, to temporarily remain and work in the United States if they are already there.

After the devastating 2010 Haitian earthquake, the administration of former President Barack Obama granted Haitian immigrants in the United States TPS for 18 months.

Modern perceptions of early modern slavery associate the institution almost solely with Africans and their descendants. Yet slavery was a ubiquitous institution in the early modern world. Africans, Asians, Europeans, and Native Americans kept slaves before and after Columbus reached America. Enslavement meant a denial of freedom for the enslaved, but slavery varied greatly from place to place, as did the lives of slaves. The life of a genizaro (slave soldier) of the Ottoman Empire, who enjoyed numerous privileges and benefits, immensely differed from an American Indian who worked in the silver mines of Peru or an African who produced sugar cane in Barbados. People could be kept as slaves for religious purposes (Aztecs and Pacific Northwest Indians) or as a by-product of warfare, where they made little contribution to the economy or basic social structure (Eastern Woodlands). In other societies, slaves were central to the economy. In many areas of West Africa, for instance, slaves were the predominant form of property and the main producers of wealth.

Though a micronation may well have begun as a mere drollery, it has the potential (given the evolution of a sufficiently vital national culture) to develop into a true nation, and possibly to achieve statehood.

In the mid-1980s, the number of Black Hebrews in the United States was between 25,000 and 40,000. In the 1990s, the Alliance of Black Jews (which is no longer operating) estimated that there were 200,000 African-American Jews; this estimate was based on a 1990 survey conducted by the Council of Jewish Federations.. The exact number of Black Hebrews within that surveyed group remains unspecified.

A Minnesota police officer was acquitted of manslaughter Friday in the fatal shooting of Philando Castile, a black motorist whose girlfriend streamed the aftermath live on Facebook.

Jeronimo Yanez was also cleared of two lesser charges in the July traffic stop in a St. Paul suburb, drawing an emotional reaction from Castile family members who stormed out of the courtroom.

"The fact in this matter is that my son was murdered, and I'll continue to say murdered, because where in this planet (can you) tell the truth, and you be honest, and you still be murdered by the police of Minnesota," his mother, Valerie Castile said, referring to the fact that her son was shot seconds after he volunteered to the officer, "Sir, I have to tell you, I do have a firearm on me."

"He didn't deserve to die the way he did," Philando Castile's sister, Allysza, said, through tears. "I will never have faith in the system."

Supporters of the family planned a 7 p.m. CDT rally at the Capitol. Meanwhile, the city of St. Anthony swiftly announced plans to dismiss Yanez, saying it had concluded "the public will be best served" if he left the department.

Jurors deliberated for about 29 hours over five days before reaching the verdict in the death of Castile, who had a permit for the weapon. Prosecutors argued that Yanez had overreacted and that Castile, a school cafeteria worker, was not a threat.

Yanez, who is Latino, testified that Castile was pulling his gun out of his pocket despite his commands not to do so. The defense also argued Castile was high on marijuana and said that affected his actions.

Aunt Marie gives her views on:

Secularism

the belief that religion should not play a role in government, education, or other public parts of society

Humanism

Humanism is a philosophical and ethical stance that emphasizes the value and agency of human beings, individually and collectively, and generally prefers critical thinking and evidence (rationalism, empiricism) over acceptance of dogma or superstition. The meaning of the term humanism has fluctuated according to the successive intellectual movements which have identified with it.

Atheism

is, in a broad sense, the rejection of belief in the existence of deities. In a narrower sense, atheism is specifically the position that there are no deities. Most inclusively, atheism is the absence of belief that any deities exist. Atheism is contrasted with theism, which, in its most general form, is the belief that at least one deity exists.

DNA Discoverer: Blacks Less Intelligent Than Whites

One of the world's most eminent scientists has created a racial firestorm in Britain.

James D. Watson, 79, co-discoverer of the DNA helix and winner of the 1962 Nobel Prize in medicine, told the Sunday Times of London that he was "inherently gloomy about the prospect of Africa" because "all our social policies are based on the fact that their intelligence is the same as ours — whereas all the testing says not really."

He recognized that the prevailing belief was that all human groups are equal, but that "people who have to deal with black employees find this not true."

William Bradford Shockley, who shared a Nobel Prize in physics for his role in the creation of the transistor and earned the enmity of many for his views on the genetic differences between the races, died of cancer of the prostate at his home in California on Saturday. He was 79 years old and lived on the campus of Stanford University.

He was a professor emeritus of electrical engineering at Stanford. In addition, he lectured and wrote extensively.

Many of his early endeavors became clouded by controversy, however, because of his pronouncements on race.

He preached a philosophy of ''retrogressive evolution.'' Stipulating that intelligence was genetically transmitted, he deemed blacks genetically inferior to whites and unable to achieve their intellectual level. As a corollary, he suggested that blacks were reproducing faster than whites - hence, the retrogression in human evolution.

Police say Chad Copley, 39, fired a shot from inside his garage on Sunday morning, killing Thomas, who friends and family say was walking to his car after leaving a party.

Before firing what he described as a “warning shot,” Copley had called 911, telling dispatchers that he was “locked and loaded” and going to confront “hoodlums” who were armed and racing up and down his street, according to a recording of the call obtained by The Post.

He then called back and told the 911 operator: “We got somebody that got hit.”

When officers arrived, they found Thomas suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at a hospital a little later.

Copley was arrested and is in Wake County jail, where he’s charged with first-degree murder. If convicted, he could face the death penalty.

Building a nation in Africa ....Creating the Mindset and education

If building a nation in Africa is important....How do you create the mindset to make that Nation a Reality?

A conversation with the B.A.I.O. A coversation about "South Side religious leader Prince Asiel Ben Israel pleads guilty in Mugabe scheme"

April 11, 2014 (CHICAGO) (WLS) -- A longtime Chicago political activist admits in court Friday that he worked for the Zimbabwe government, but never registered, as required by law, with the United States Attorney General, but as he entered a guilty plea, his co-defendant and lifelong friend vowed he will not accept a plea bargain and plans to go to trial.

Prince Asiel Ben Israel faced federal allegations that Zimbabwe would pay him and his co-defendant, C. Gregory Turner, $3.4 million to ultimately set up political meetings to have sanctions lifted against the African country.

Friday, Ben Israel admitted he never notified the U.S. Government that he was working for Zimbabwe."Rather than take the people who believe in me and family of mine through a long trial, I agree to accept that responsibility of not registering," he said.

"You might describe it as a technical violation of the law," said attorney Ray Pijon. "Certainly it's a violation of the law. There is no question about that."

In Friday's plea agreement, prosecutors alleged that throughout 2009, the defendants tried to have U.S. and Illinois politicians travel to meet officials of Zimbabwe both in that country and South Africa. The goal was to lift U.S. trade sanctions prompted by Dictator Robert Mugabe's regime. Ben Israel today defended his work in Africa.

"I didn't know that the work I've been doing for the last 40 years, I needed to register," he said.

His co-defendant, C. Gregory Turner, is taking a different legal approach and plans to go to trial.

"We are going to fight this to the bitter end from a technical and factual point of view," Turner said.

First, before we get into the mechanics of this, let's have a little definition of what a micronation is:        A micronation is an entity created and maintained as if it were a nation and/or a state, and generally carrying with it some, most or all of the attributes of nationhood, and likewise generally carrying with it some of the attributes of statehood. Though a micronation may well have begun as a mere drollery, it has the potential (given the evolution of a sufficiently vital national culture) to develop into a true nation, and possibly to achieve statehood.

If building a nation in Africa is important....How do you create the mindset to make that Nation a Reality?

SO. You want to start your own country. You have cast about and discovered the strange quirky world of micronationalism and you think you might be interested in having your own little realm to rule but where do you start?

Please note, what follows are some suggestions as to the workings of the micronational world. There is truly no specific definition that applies to any aspect of the micronational hobby, it is largely up to the individual micronationalist and the individual micronation.

It would be interesting to hear the brothas discuss this topic. The whole idea of nationhood/community building is based on the idea of shared experience and group fight against the powers of Racism.White supremacy. If a people are divided on the idea of religion and/or religion tolerance/ and or religious diversity, that would directly effect the possibility of nationhood, building, and unity.

The murder rate in Chicago is high once again and once again there isn’t congressional action to stop these street conflicts. The National Arts Initiative, Parents for Change and Beauty Unique Ministries would like to extend a warm appreciation towards the establishment of the first ever musical summer camp in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago. A resource treasury is when we compile all our resources together for the benefit of our total community. We are rich in talents, creativity, intelligence; organizing and we also have great monetary wealth. We only need to learn to pool our resources and work together to become self sufficient.

In this comm.-unity chest are essential components to aid families who have suffered the dramatic pain of losing their child or love one. We have weaved a net of organizations, businesses, churches and concern citizens to address the vital issues they face. We also have items in our chest to address crime & violence prevention and we firmly believe that with out our own economic base we will never impact in any significant way on those issues. The criminal justice system makes to much money off crime, violence and our inability to discipline our lives to really initiate any significant programs

The fear of murder has grown so enormous in the United States that it leaves a taint, like the mark of Cain, on everyone murder. One might expect that the families of murder victims would be showered with sympathy and support, embraced by their communities. But in reality they are far more likely to feel isolated, fearful, and ashamed. Overwhelmed by grief and guilt, angry at the criminal-justice system, and shunned by their old friends. America's fascination with murder has not yet extended to its aftermath. The amount of bloodshed in the United States is difficult to comprehend, like the carnage of a shadowy, undeclared civil war. During the past two decades nearly half a million Americans have been murdered, and an additional 2.5 million have been wounded by gunfire more casualties than the U.S. military has suffered in all the wars of the past 200 years.

Denial, withdrawal, or "not currently approved", FMLA recertifications when initiated by the employee when they are not incapacitated or receiving active treatment from a physician, ie., continued office visits for treatments, etc. The FMLA distinctly states that the concept of "continued treatments" include, but is not limited to, prescription medications, supportive devices, ie., Oxygen, etc. 4. Denial, withdrawal, or "not currently approved", for FMLA because management determines that a "medical condition" is not a serious health condition when they are not qualified to make such a determination. Even if an employer’s health representative made such a determination, there is no provision for such a determination unless it is part of a third (3rd) opinion. An employer’s health representative cannot act on behalf of the employer in a second opinion. 5. Denial, withdrawal, or "not currently approved", for FMLA recertifications even though management requested such certification, and the denial is without just cause. 6.
