Give it a go! stick at it and stay consistent. You may not notice a difference straight away. Breathing exercise: Slowly breathe in 4 seconds, hold 4 seconds, release 4 seconds. Keep doing this with your eyes either opened or closed in the morning and evening before bed. You can also use this anytime throughout the day when you are in stressful situations.
