Both my uncle and grandmother passed in the same week almost a month ago. All I could think about was that I wanted to spend more time with both of them. I said I was going to and I had the opportunity to with my grandmother a little bit within the last few years. But the question remains, what was I doing this entire time? Is what I'm working on worth it if I'm missing opportunities to create memories with my family, or is the name of the game just to work until you drop? If success isn't defined by the number of hours we work, how do we know when to end the work week?
