The Wellness Value: Recent Episodes

Michelle Strasburger

At the Wellness Value, we work with employers to create wellness strategies that are as unique as their culture and organization. Wellness is much more than a walking challenge or a weight loss challenge and needs to appeal to the majority of your employees. A proper wellness strategy is inclusive, meets the employees where they are individually and provides real results. That's where we come in. We work with organizations to customize programs for their employees that will improve engagement, performance and overall wellness for their teams.

In this podcast, I had the pleasure of speaking with Patrick Clark on financial wellness for employees. This is such an important topic as our employees are currently facing many financial challenges and spending time worrying about it at work!

Patrick Clark CFP® is a financial planner with Life Solutions Group. He has over 14 years of experience in financial services. Patrick specializes in comprehensive financial planning. He helps his clients by taking a holistic view of their situation and identifying any gaps in planning that may exist. Solutions may then be implemented in order to take advantage of opportunities to create, amass and preserve wealth. Patrick is passionate about helping people learn how to make efficient financial decisions. These decisions help clients grow their net worth and protect their families while on the path to financial independence.

When individuals increase their wealth, the overall financial picture becomes more complicated. Many clients use a variety of financial professionals such as: CPAs, Attorneys,

Investment professionals and Insurance Agents, which often give sound advice; however, they typically offer up their expertise and guidance independent of one another. The client is then primarily responsible for sorting through a wide variety of recommendations. They are left trying to sort out which recommendations are the most appropriate and how to tie them all together. Patrick finds that no individual product is the solution for every client; every person and situation is unique, which deserves special attention and a cohesive plan. Patrick lives in Chelmsford, Massachusetts with his wife Renee, as well as his daughters Rose, Paige and Bridget

Hi Everyone and welcome to The Wellness Value Podcast. I am very excited for our conversation today.  I was introduced to Milly Christmann a few weeks ago and her story is very similar to mine.  Milly made a transformation in her career because her health was starting to suffer, but I’ll let her tell that story.  Milly is the founder of Marathon Growth Management, and is dedicated to supporting small to medium size businesses with their Talent Needs as well as a coaching practice.   Our focus on today’s call is to talk about the clash between health and success. In this podcast, Milly also describes the three pillars that need to be in alignment for wellness.
