We enjoyed recording this one. We discussed what helps us get out of a rut and a few of you also shared what you do to get up and get goin. Being sad or down can be difficult. But always allow yourself to feel your very human emotions. Suppressing them can lead to a domino affect of self-sabotage. Feel the feels! Welcome back! Thank you for tuning in for another chat. In this episode we share our views on the affects of social media and our favorite meals for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Over the years there has been a growing disconnect with those we follow, mainly the people we know IRL. Which is the opposite of the original intention of social media. The algorithm and being force fed ads and things to buy has sort of drowned out the human to human interaction. We brought up how the addiction and stimulation impacts our mind and body.
