Once this flow state is achieved, an individual does need to fall back or depend on self-affirmations or positive words to keep keep thriving. The flow state can now become a default state of being.

Nell Puetter is a certified NLP Core Transformation Trainer and Coach and specializes in Self-Leadership. She is the author of the book Blueprint of Core Calmfidence. As part of the Wellbeing@Work initiative, Nell delivers tailored presentations and workshops on Self-Leaders for business and management groups. Nell has a private Coaching Practice for Self-Leadership in Hamburg and helps people to achieve goals and overcome limitations, both in one-to-one sessions or workshops, on site in Hamburg and via Zoom, in English, German and Russian languages. She has been teaching Inside Out Transformation to people all over the world since 2014 and is the leading Trainer for Core Transformation in Germany.
