In this episode we go over the 4 main parenting styles and go in depth with pros and cons of each style and give examples of how each parenting style would react in a certain situation. It's never too early to discuss with your partner the parenting styles you plan to use with your children and create expectations. And remember, just like each mom is unique, each kid is too and there's no right nor wrong way to parent and it's okay to have a combo of parenting styles. In our world today we are surrounded with diversity full of different cultures, languages and religions. In this episode we explain the importance of raising our children to be multiculture diverse or at least teach them to understand and be open to the idea that there are many cultures out there that exist. We will also explain how and why we are raising our kids to be multicultural diverse.

Everyone struggles sometime in their life with mental health. It can become overwhelming and you may feel helpless. In this episode, we will discuss how we have dealt with our mental health over the years, but more specifically during and after pregnancy.
In this episode we talk about the reality that despite being cleared by your Dr at your 6/8 week, you may not be 100% back to "normal" and that's okay! We talk about the challenges that we faced, struggling to adjust to our new body still, finding our purpose in life again, still learning about baby and how to prepare for going back to work already plus tips on how to try and get ahead of your growing baby and those growth spurts.
Just when you think the hardest part of having a baby is finally done, the actual labor part, you are hit with the reality that you are now responsible for keeping a tiny little newborn baby alive while recovering and healing yourself. In this episode we will discuss what we did to manage and survive the first 3 weeks of coming home with a newborn. Our advice will range from caring for your baby to caring for yourself and your mental wellbeing to advice for family and friends and how they can be the best support system to a new Mama.

Just like with everything else related to motherhood, there is no "one shoe fits all" regarding how labor & delivery goes nor the emotions we feel during and after the process. In this episode, Sara & Michel talk about their own personal experiences regarding L&D. One experienced a C-Section and the other a Vaginal Birth, both L&D experiences were not how they planned them at all, but that's the reality of motherhood!
