Andrew, a criminal defense attorney out of Nashville, TN, discusses what cases he most frequently deals with in the criminal courts, as well as the biggest concerns and charges that come out of visits to Nashville. Drinking is a and driving is a big no-no in Nashville. Assault and domestic violence cases are handled differently depending on the state, but most are misdemeanors. In new Jersey, if the officer sees any injuries or marks on the victim, they are legally obligated to arrest the perpetrator. The airport in Nashville has it's own police. Arrest's for disorderly offenses are common at Nashville airport.

I graduated from Stockton University in 2020 with my Bachelors of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Victimology and Victim Services. During the height of the pandemic, I successfully landed my first post-graduate job as a Paralegal for the Law Offices of Melissa Rosenblum, LLC. Since then, I have broadened my knowledge on the criminal justice system, specifically the criminal defense side of the system. I have also had the opportunity to use my specialization in victimology and victim services to assist clients in temporary restraining order domestic violence matters, along with clients who are victims of crime.

Samii’s work was recently recognized on The Drew Barrymore Show. She won the 2020 a overachievers grant By Pilot Pen Corporation in conjunction with Priyanka Choppra Jonas, and was featured as an ABC Hometown Hero, and PHL17 Remarkable Woman finalist.
