Tania Kottoor is a first-generation Indian-American and the design-forward Founder and CEO of WEST X EAST. With a passion for merging tradition and innovation, Tania has led her team in creating the world’s first AI-powered design platform for custom-fit cultural clothing. WEST X EAST has produced over 1,500 custom and made-to-measure garments, featured in publications like BRIDES and Vogue. Tania holds a double degree in business from Saint Louis University and studied at the Condé Nast College of Fashion & Design.

Amy Fan is the co-founder of Twentyeight Health, a mission-driven digital health platform increasing women’s health access for underserved communities, focused on inclusive care for BIPOC patients and individuals from low-income backgrounds. Twentyeight Health provides telemedicine, medication delivery and follow up care and is one of the only telehealth platforms to accept Medicaid. Previously, Amy was the general manager of Onomie Beauty, a direct to consumer beauty startup, and a consultant at Bain & Company.
