This is the last Episode in our study of the End Times. It’s been a whole year all but for 1 week since we commenced this discussion and its been quite a journey. So, we’re just giving a timeline/overview of the topic in the closing down. We hope you’ve enjoyed listening and we do plan to do something else in the very near future. Today we wind-up this amazing book study David Jeremiah’s, Book of Signs. This has been a life-changing study for all who have engaged over the last year, but we’re not quite finished our study just yet, with one more episode to go, which will be a recap of all the studies we have done since the first in order to summarise and refresh everyone’s memory. This episode is basically a ‘what to do next’ lesson now that you have been awakened to the events of the End Times.
This week we're looking at The Holy City, it's dimensions, it's beauty, it's potential population and the reasons why you don't want to miss it!
In this Episode, we discuss our Utopia, only we find that this word really only means "no place"! Yet it seems the in life we are all struggling and striving for better. So what would our "utopia" be? The only thing that we can reason is the fact that our original parents came from the Garden of Eden before sin was set loose on the planet, which would have been far more superior than anything we can imagine. So, does that mean the internal struggle we all have inside of us for better, is an innate desire to return to our perfect home in the Garden?
This week we are discussing one of the most sobering subjects of the Bible's end time prophecy. That is the Great White Throne of Judgement. The really sad part of this reality is that many today have rejected this reality, because they want everything to just be good and that there is nothing to fear. However, if we are swimming at the beach on a bright sunny day, we are having fun, the water is warm and the temperature is just right for a dip, but suddenly the shark alarm begins to sound, do we stay in the water and take our chances, or do we exit the surf as fast as we can, knowing that we could be the next morsel for a shark to eat. It would seem stupid to stay in the water, offering ourselves as the sacrificial lamb since we are the only one to ignore the inevitable. It's no different if we ignore the alarms of Bible Prophecy and treat it as just a fantasy or something to be ignored. When it's all said and done, we are the only one who can make that decision, and the only one who is responsible to that decision. Will you heed to warning, or just forget about it and go on and ignore the danger?
The Millennium we refer to is the Thousand Year reign of Christ on the earth,where there will be peace right up until the end when rebellion will once again plague the earth. It will be a time of joy, comfort, peace, no poverty, no famine, no floods, no curse whatsoever. The Bible prophesy's the Second Coming of Christ and it will happen as sure as you're reading the words on this page. It's only a matter of time. No matter how long men demand peace and riot to try to force it, Jesus Christ is the only one who will ever bring true peace to the earth. Bible references to the Second Coming of Christ outnumber references to the First Coming by a factor of 8:1. Seven out of every 10 chapters in the New Testament give reference to Christ's Second Coming. Jesus, Himself referred to His return 21 times. The Second Coming is second only to Faith as the most dominant subject in the New Testament. Getting a true understanding of it is imperative for the Church of today. It's time to awake and be sober, and return to The Lord with our heart's, not just an outward demonstration of worship, but an complete and inward surrender, which is the only form of true worship of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
Armageddon is a word that is becoming more and more popular as a term. In the twentieth and twenty-first century's we've heard more and more about it and it was made very popular by the movie, Armageddon in 1998. But the fact is, there is only one Armageddon and it will be a War of the Worlds including Jesus Christ and his army of believers, the Angels, those who oppose Christ, Satan and his demons. Almost everybody has heard about the Mark of the Beast, or the number of the Beast, which is 666. There's a lot of superstition around that number with people getting disturbed by it's appearance on an account number, licence plate or house number, but these are not it. The number will only be distributed at the beginning of the Great Tribulation. More and more we are seeing evidence of the impending one world government, and there are those who have a passionate desire to bring about it's inception. Thankfully, those who are saved and belong to Jesus Christ will have been delivered from this time of evil that has never witnessed before in the history of mankind, but what if you are one of those who have been left behind?
Even though The Two Witnesses of Revelation 11 might seem irrelevant to those of us who are authentic Christians, for the simple reason that we will be partakers in the Rapture, which will have already happened when the Two Witnesses show up. They come to preach repentance and warn of the judgement that is to come, performing many miracles, signs and wonders in order to warn the people before they lose all hope of an entrance into heaven.
Over the years there has been much confusion about who the 144,000 really are. Many consider they're a special portion of the church that have been saved out of the Rapture. Others say they are Jews and part of the remnant of God's people, the Israelites. However, the Bible is God's inspired Word and make no mistake, it bears no mistakes within it's pages. So, whatever you've believed about these very important people, we hope that our study from David Jeremiah's, Book of Signs will help us all to have a much clearer picture moving forward.
This subject is a very emotive one. Currently there is a big shift by the Church into Grace with the almost complete ignoring of God's Judgement. But true prophets always bring the warning of God's impending Judgement on those who will not heed His warnings. There is a time coming and is now closer than ever when those who are not concerned about the end times, could just miss out on the best that God has for them.
There have been many Martyrs in our history, but these are not unique to history as many are still being martyred in the twenty-first century. Persecution and martyrdom have always accompanied the Jews and subsequently, Christians. All throughout their history and continuing Saints have been put to death for their faith in Christ, and Bible prophecy tells us that it will continue to the end of the age for both Christians and Jews, but there is hope for those who are in Christ.

75% of the Bible warns us about False Prophets and False Teachers, so one of the things we need to realise is that these False Prophets and Teachers walk among us today, just as much as at any other time in history. Matthew 24 is one chapter of the Bible where Jesus warns us about the time ahead and right up to the end of time.
So, today we are looking a little further ahead, but not too much, as I believe that the End Times are upon us now, but suffice to say, we are looking at the False Prophet who masquerades around on the world stage deceptively mimicking the work of the Holy Spirit. Wow, already we are up to Episode 9. This time we are taking a deeper dive into the Book of Revelation and indeed The Four Riders and these are in order of appearance, The Rider on the White Horse, The Rider on the Red Horse, The Rider on the Black Horse and The Rider on the Pale Horse. Each of these delivers the judgements that take place during the Great Tribulation.
The thing that really stands out in this study is the need for people to be warned. Whenever God's people heeded God's warnings that came through prophecy, they were delivered from the judgement or wrath, so we really need to heed the warnings of Revelation and receive the deliverance that God offers us and in this case, it's the Rapture of the Church, and when will that happen? Today we are discussing the Judgement Seat of Christ. A lot of people don't realise it, but there are actually two Judgement's that God is going to assemble. The first is the Judgement Seat of Christ will be held after the Rapture of the Church and at least one thousand years before the second. The second will be the Great White Throne of Judgement, which will be the final judgement in God's plan for all the inhabitants of the earth. Listen in! The Bible is emphatic about the Second Coming of Christ. So often we concentrate on the First Coming prophecies of Christ, but did you know that for every prophecy of Christ’s First Coming, there are 8 concerning His Second Coming? The Rapture of the Church is often debated as to whether it is scriptural or not, but after an indepth study I am convinced that there can be no doubt about it’s veracity, with so many scriptures either directly or at the very least alluding to the Rapture of the Church. It is real and it is imminent with no sign revealing when it may happen, just the warning that Jesus gave with the parable of the ten virgins... be ready! So, we’re really getting down to the meat of what these podcasts are about. Babylon is the second most mentioned city in the Bible. It is the epitome of what the fruit of pride and arrogance produces.
The Bible says, “Pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall”. This saying is absolute everytime. Just as the Titanic was supposed to be the ship that even God couldn’t sink, it now lies at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. It will be the same for Babylon, a city of opulence and indulgence and yet it will be a city that is completely destroyed in just one hour. Listen in for a deeper dive into the authenticity of the Bible’s prophecies.
This week Colin and Debbie share the role of Russia in the End Times in leading a coalition of nations against Israel. This will be the largest attack on Israel in the history of the world. How will Israel survive this overwhelming situation. Israel as a geographic nation would fit inside Russia 100 times. This gives us an understanding of the task that is set before Israel. Romans 8:31 says, If God is for us, who can be against us? Israel’s only defence against such forces is God, who right up to this present time has not forgotten Israel. This week we discuss the rise of Antichrist from Isaiah Chapter 10. Also, God’s Abrahamic Covenant from Genesis chapter’s 12, 15, 17 and 18 with God’s promises to Abraham and his descendants, which includes the boundaries of the Land of Canaan which, believe it or not Israel has never occupied right up to the present time.
This is our first podcast episode and therefore an introduction to the subject, End Times! Why? Because we have had a lot of inquiries during this COVID-19 Epidemic about where are we in history, when will the end come, is this the end times, is this the beginning of Armageddon, etc?
So, we put out there a series of discussions between Colin and Debbie Grigg on what we can expect to experience and the stages that will occur according to our perspective on the biblical account.
In the interest of being completely open, we will also explore the different views that are out there and what they believe.
What we share is what we believe is the most accurate biblical account, but with the waiver that we are not experts in the field and do not profess to be, though we have spent our lives (over 40 years) as pastors and teachers of the Word of God and examining the prophecies.
So, we share our opinions from what we have studied and examined over those years, but remain teachable and open to challenge.
