This guided meditation can be used to help you calm your mind so you can respond and not react to your context. With consistent practice, you can shift into this practice and a place of ease much quicker. But, you do need to practice ! Start with a reasonable time frame, be that one, two, three or more minutes and gradually increase your practice!
This guided meditation asks that you find a place to sit in quiet for the practice. It will help you quiet your mind during the day and allow you the opportunity for improved clarity of thought.
With the guided meditation, you do need to practice so you can shift into the place of stillness much quicker and easier. Start with a reasonable time and work up to 4, 5, 10, 15 or more minutes of practice.
This guided meditation will help you develop a pattern for your bedtime that allows your mind to quiet and you the opportunity to relax into your bed before sleep. The patterns you focus on allow you to quiet your mind, focus on your body and relax into your bed.
With continued practice, you can grow this meditation into something longer, or shorter, depending on how active your mind is when you begin your bedtime routine next to your bed.
This guided meditation will help you cultivate an attitude of happiness, or gratitude, in your mind and being. It takes practice and the use of your breath. Not only will you learn to offer happiness or gratitude for yourself, but for others.
Again, take the time to practice this so you may shift into the feeling of happiness or gratitude much easier. Start with a reasonable time for your initial sessions and grow that time into 4, 5, 10, 15 or more minute sessions.
