Simple Keto Recipes: Recent Episodes

Gregor

I started the Simple Keto Recipe blog and now podcast, simply because there weren’t any good no-fluff Keto Recipes to be found.

Most Keto Recipes bombard you with ads and pages of backstory. I dont’ care for any of that.

I just want a good simple Keto Recipe. Just the name, ingredients, and instructions. No brand names, no ads, no fluff.

Alot of the times I tweak the recipe anyway and just want a rough idea of what the ingredients and measurements are and improvise from there.

  • Unsweetened Peanut Butter
  • Protein Powder
  • Erythritol or other sugar replacement of your choice

By far the easiest way to make protein bars.  Simple mix ingredients together, spread out in container, put in freezer.

Auflauf is German for casserole and very popular dessert and quite easy to make.

This is a good "Pancake Hack" for those many Keto Pancake recipes that turn out to be too mushy and just dont make good pancakes.  Use your failed Keto Pancake mix and bake it!

  • 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Stevia to sweeten

Mix all ingredients, at room temperature, (I use my breadmaker) until it's dough like.

For peanut butter cookies bake at 190C/370F for about 20 minutes, let cool, then put in the freezer overnight.

Or for protein bars, skip the oven and freeze overnight.   You can also add the mass to keto chocolate as a layer or cover in keto chocolate

Other times I just have a brain fart and need a reminder how to make something.

That is why I created this site. Kinda like your grandma’s recipe cards. Sweet and simple.

Enjoy and feel free to submit your recipes.
