Student Council members of the ACS International School Egham describe the journey they are on, in raising awareness and establishing their voice, to educate people about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice.
The ACS Egham Student Council did a fabulous job of recording their convictions about DEIJ work. Their teacher is Dominique Dalais. 4 members of the School Student Council told us about their student leadership initiatives. Student Council President Veera , Vice-President Daniel, Diversity Equity and Inclusion Chair Sreeja, and Treasurer, Mags –. In April, the AGS Egham Student Council will present in more detail, at the ECIS/NEASC online leadership conference.
Dominique Dalais is Head of Physical and Health Education at ACS Egham and supports the Student Council in their work. Additionally he has published books and journals and blogs and he has two Podcasts. Dom is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead at ACS Egham.
