We all knew where we were that day; it was a clear, blue cloudless sky, warm day... a hint that summer was not over. Yet in a New York City minute life would change forever. For myself, nothing would ever be the same. Today, we have a World Class Memorial and Museum to remember those lost on September 11th, 2001. How did it happen in the Heart of Manhattan?
