This journey has been surreal! She thanks God for blessing her with so many of her customers and she’s still in awe of how quickly it has grown! It brings her so much joy to know her boxes and boards makes everyone’s day/event better! She has had the honor of being part of birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, corporate events, etc!
She’s presently working on a few projects and can’t wait to share them soon.

Show Notes:

Culinary artist and confectioner, Elizabeth Freeman serves as founder and head chef at Flaky Salt Desserts. Initially beginning her career as a fine artist, Elizabeth ultimately followed her passion for food and took her personal and professional dreams in that direction

Her love for baking started at an early age of seven, where she would sit for hours in front of the "Food Network Channel" and try to replicate every recipe down to the exact gram of flour.

By the age of 12, Elizabeth had started her baking business among family friends and quickly became the go-to cake shop of every birthday gathering. Years later, she would find herself involved in the fitness world and sought to combine her two passions.

Although there was an influx of protein confectionary in the market, there was only one thing missing, FLAVOR!

Today, Flaky Salt Desserts focusses exclusively on deliciously decadent protein-based desserts and custom cake creations inspired by French culinary technique. All desserts are meticulously handcrafter with organic ingredients and protein that make up the complete amino-acid profile.
